 A soli 4 km dal paese di Pievescola, a 14 km da Casole d’Elsa ed a 13 km da Colle Val d’Elsa, a 450 mt s.l.m., sorge questo piccolo borgo che con il passare degli anni i proprietari hanno sapientemente ristrutturato.
Dalle finestre e dal giardino di alcuni degli appartamenti della proprietà e dalla piscina con acqua salata (10x8 metri; profondità massima 1,4 metri; aperta da metà Maggio a fine Settembre) si possono ammirare anche le torri di San Gimignano.
I proprietari hanno trasformato questo piccolo borgo in case per vacanze. Vi sono 4 edifici per un totale di 8 appartamenti e 2 abitazioni indipendenti. Due appartamenti sono riservati al proprietario. I proprietari hanno 3 cani che vengono lasciati liberi di muoversi all’interno della proprietà: gli animali degli ospiti sono comunque bene accetti.
Nel giardino attorno la reception c’è il servizio Wi-Fi gratuito. Ogni abitazione dispone di un BBQ.
La proprietà dispone di una tavolo per Ping-Pong e di una lavatrice a gettoni (Euro 5,00 a lavaggio).
Per raggiungere la proprietà è necessario percorrere 2.300 metri di strada sterrata.
Il panorama che offre “IL RIPOSTO” è meraviglioso: siamo sicuri che vorrete tornarci.
Passiamo adesso a descrivere le strutture.
1 - (2+2) 55m²
Dal giardino di questa piccola casa si accede ad una specie di soppalco con ringhiera. Da questo salendo 9 scalini si raggiunge il soppalco in cui si trovano due letti singoli (vi è la possibilità di unirli). Se, invece, una volta entrati in casa si scendendo 5 gradini si giunge nel reparto giorno dove troviamo un angolo cottura, forno, un piccolo frigorifero, un divano letto matrimoniale e il bagno con doccia. Questa piccola casa dispone di aria condizionata e di un ampio giardino con un porticato che permette agli ospiti di stare all’aperto.
Appartamenti nr. 2 e nr. 3 sono riservati al proprietario.
4 - (2+2) 59m²
Si trova al primo piano. Per raggiungere l’ingresso si devono salire 12 scalini. Il portone dell’appartamento si affaccia su un disimpegno dove si trovano anche gli ingressi degli app.ti 2 e 3.
E’ un grande bilocale con un ampio soggiorno munito di angolo cottura, forno, tavolo con sedie, divano letto matrimoniale ed un piccolo frigorifero. Per mezzo di un piccolo corridoio si raggiunge il bagno con doccia e l’ampia camera matrimoniale con aria condizionata.
5 - (4+2) 75m²
E’ ubicato a piano terra. Dispone di una piccola terrazza d’angolo dove gli ospiti possono stare all’aperto all’ombra di un grande ombrellone. Si tratta di un trilocale e, dunque, al suo interno troviamo un soggiorno con angolo cottura munito di forno, piccolo frigorifero e tavolo con sedie. Sulla sinistra, dopo aver salito 3 gradini, troviamo un bagno con doccia e la camera matrimoniale. A destra del soggiorno troviamo il secondo bagno con doccia e la seconda camera matrimoniale: quest’ultima ha la finestra che si affaccia sulla terrazza dell’appartamento nt. 7. Nel soggiorno vi è anche un divano letto matrimoniale.
6 - (4+2) 62m²
Ha l’ingresso a piano terra ma al suo interno si sviluppa su tre piani. Sullo stesso livello dov’è ubicato l’ingresso si trova il soggiorno con l’angolo cottura, il tavolo con sedie, il piccolo frigorifero, il divano letto matrimoniale e l’unico bagno con doccia. Salendo due rampe di scale si raggiunge il soppalco, munito di aria condizionata, dove sono ubicati due letti singoli (il soffitto con travi in legno permette di stare in piedi solamente nella parte centrale). Se dal soggiorno, invece, si scendono 4 gradini raggiungiamo la grande camera matrimoniale.
Per stare all’aperto gli ospiti hanno a disposizione metà di un porticato, suddiviso in due archi, ubicato fra l’appartamento nr.6 ed il nr. 8.
7 - (4+2) 81m²
E’ ubicato vicino all’app.to nr. 5 e dispone di due ingressi e di due terrazze. Per raggiungere l’ingresso si devono salire 7 scalini con pochissima pendenza. Dispone di un ampio soggiorno dove troviamo un arco in pietra, l’angolo cottura, tavolo con sedie ed il divano letto matrimoniale. Dal soggiorno si può accedere all’ampia terrazza panoramica munita di gazebo da cui si può ammirare tutta la vallata sottostante e San Gimignano. Dal soggiorno, per mezzo di una scala interna di 18 scalini si accede al reparto notte dove troviamo due bagni con doccia e due camere matrimoniali.
8 - (4+2) 78m²
E’ l’appartamento ubicato accanto all’app.to 6. Per stare all’aperto gli ospiti hanno a disposizione metà di un porticato, suddiviso in due archi, ubicato fra l’appartamento nr.8 ed il nr. 6.
Dispone di un ampio soggiorno dove troviamo l’angolo cottura, un grande camino (non funzionante), un divano letto matrimoniale ed una finestra che offre un bellissimo panorama sulla vallata sottostante.
Dal soggiorno si entra in un piccolo disimpegno dove troviamo di fronte a noi il bagno con doccia, a sinistra la prima camera matrimoniale ed a destra, dopo aver sceso 4 scalini, la seconda camera matrimoniale.
9 - (2+2) 61m²
Si trova a piano terra, dispone di aria condizionata ed è ubicato sotto all’app.to nr.8. Dispone di un’ampia terrazza dove grazie alla presenza di un ampio gazebo, gli ospiti hanno la possibilità di mangiare all’aperto godendosi un bel panorama.
Gli spazi degli interni sono molto ampi. In soggiorno troviamo, oltre all’angolo cottura, un tavolo con sedie, un piccolo frigorifero ed un divano letto matrimoniale. Dal soggiorno, vicino alla porta d’ingresso, vi è un piccolo disimpegno da cui possiamo raggiungere il bagno con doccia e l’unica camera da letto matrimoniale.
10 - (6+4) 154m²
E’ la quarta struttura che costituisce la proprietà. Si trova a circa 40-50 metri da tutte le altre strutture ed è la casa che offre maggior privacy.
La casa è costituita dall’unione di due appartamenti, ciascuno dei quali ha l’ingresso a piano terra ed indipendente.
Dal primo dei due ingressi si accede al soggiorno dove si trovano un divano letto matrimoniale, un camino in pietra ed un cucinotto. Dal soggiorno si può accedere ad un ampia terrazza panoramica munita di tettoia. Dalla sala si può accedere anche ad un disimpegno dove hanno inizio due scalinate: salendo due rampe di scale si raggiunge il reparto notte (costituito da due camere matrimoniali e da un ampio bagno con doccia); scendendo si raggiunge il soggiorno dell’altro appartamento.
Il secondo appartamento dispone di un ampio spazio all’aperto dove troviamo tavolo con sedie ed un grande ombrellone. Altro non è che un grande bilocale. Dispone, infatti, di un ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura, tavolo con sedie, divano letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia e di un’ampia camera matrimoniale con aria condizionata da cui, per mezzo di un’ampia porta finestra a vetri in ferro battuto si può accedere al giardino. Tra il soggiorno e la camera matrimoniale vi è un gradino. |

 IL RIPOSTO Only 4 km from the village of Pievescola, 450 m above sea level, 14 km from Casole d'Elsa and13 km from Colle Val D'elsa, there is a small village that the owners have expertly refurbished in the course of time.
From the windows, from the garden of some of the property flats and from the pool area you can enjoy the view of the San Gimignano Towers. The seawater pool - 10x8 m, maximum depth 1.4 m - is open from mid May to the end of September.
The owners have changed this small village into a group of holiday flats. There are 4 buildings with 8 flats and 2 independent houses. Two flats are reserved for the owners who have 3 dogs which are kept free inside the property area. However, guest's pets are welcome.
In the garden surrounding the Reception there is a free Wi-Fi service. Each flat has its own BBQ. There is also a ping-pong table in the property and a token-operated washing machine (€ 5 for a laundry ). You have to drive along 2,300 metres of dirt road to get to the property.
"Il Riposto" has a magnificent view : we are positive you will be happy to go there again.
The following are the property flats:
1. (2+2) 55m²
From the garden of this small house you get to a sort of loft with railings from which you can get to the sleeping loft (by walking up 9 steps) where there are two twin beds (which can be joined). On the contrary, if you go down 5 steps (once you get into the house) you enter the living room where you can find a cooking area, an oven, a small fridge, a double sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower. This small house has air conditioning and a large garden with a porch where guests can sit in the open air.
Flats N° 2 and 3 are reserved for the owners.
4. (2+2) 59m²
This flat is on the first floor. To get to the entrance door you have to walk up 12 steps. The door opens into an access corridor where there are also the two entrance doors to Flats 2 and 3. It is a large two room flat with a large living room where there is a cooking area, an oven, a table with chairs, a double sofa bed and a small fridge. A small corridor leads to a bathroom with a shower and the large double bedroom with air conditioning.
5. (4+2) 75m²
This flat is on the ground floor. It has a small corner terrace where guests can sit in the open air under a large sun umbrella. This is a three room flat. One of the rooms is the living room with a cooking area equipped with an oven, a small fridge and a table with chairs and a double sofa bed. On the left, after going up 3 steps, there is a bathroom with a shower and the double bedroom. To the right of the living room you can find another bathroom with a shower and another double bedroom with a window opening into the Flat 3 terrace.
6. (4+2) 62m²
This three floor flat has its entrance on the ground floor. On the same level as the hall, there is the living room (which has a cooking area, a table with chairs, a small fridge, a double sofa bed) and the only bathroom with a shower. By walking up 2 flights of stairs, you get to the sleeping loft (with air conditioning) where there are two twin beds (the wooden beam ceiling allows you to stand only in the central part of the room). If you go down 4 steps from the living room you get to the large double bedroom.
Guests have to share the porch (divided by two arches) if they want to sit in the open. The porch is between Flat 6 and 8.
7. (4+2) 81m²
This flat is next to Flat N°5 and has two halls and two terraces. You have to walk up 7 slightly slanted steps to get to the entrance door. It ha a large living room with a stone arch, a cooking area, a table with chairs and a double sofa bed. You get into the large panoramic terrace form the living room. There is a gazebo on the terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the valley below and San Gimignano. From the living room, by means of an internal staircase with 18 steps, you get to the night area where there are two bathrooms with a shower and two double bedrooms.
8. (4+2) 78m²
This is the flat next to Flat N°6. Guests can use half of the porch between Flats N°8 and N°6 if they want to sit in the open air. The porch is divided by two arches.
It has a large living room with a cooking area, a big (not working) fireplace, a double sofa bed and a window which offers a beautiful view of the valley below.
From the living room you go into a narrow access corridor at the end of which there is a bathroom with a shower, on the left a double bedroom and on the right, after going down 4 steps, another double bedroom.
9. (2+2) 61m²
This flat is on the ground floor and has air conditioning. It is below Flat N° 8 . It has also a large terrace where, thanks to the presence of a small gazebo, guests can take meals outside enjoying, at the same time, a beautiful view.
Its rooms are very large. The living room has, beside a cooking area, a table with chairs, a small fridge and a double sofa bed. There is a small access, next to the living room door, which leads to the bathroom with a shower and the only double bedroom.
10. (6+4) 154m²
This is the fourth building of the property which is 40-50 metres form all the other buildings and which offers a greater privacy.
The house consists of two flats which were joined together each of which has its independent entrance door on the ground floor.
From one of the entrance doors you get into the living room, where there is a double sofa bed and a stone fireplace, and a kitchenette. From the living room you can get to the large panoramic roofed terrace and to an access where there are two staircases : by walking up two flights of stairs you get to the night area (where there are two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower); by walking down the other staircase you get into the living room of the other flat.
This flat has a large open space with a table and chairs and a large sun umbrella. We can say that this is a large two room flat which has a large living room (with a cooking area, a table with chairs, a double sofa bed) and a large double bedroom with air conditioning. From this room, by means of a large glass and iron-wrought French window, you get into the garden. There is a step between the living room and the double bedroom.

 IL RIPOSTO Nur 4 km des Dorfes Pievescola, 14 km von Casole d’Elsa und 13 km von Colle Val d’Elsa erhebt sich, 450 mt über dem Meeresspiegel, ein kleiner Weiler, welcher über die Jahre von den Besitzern fachmännisch renoviert wurde. Von den Fenstern einiger Wohnungen und vom Garten aus kann man die Türme von San Gimignano bewundern. Im Garten befindet sich auch ein mit Meersalz gefülltes Schwimmbad, (10x8m, max. Tiefe l.4m) das von Mitte Mai bis Ende September benutzbar ist. Die Besitzer haben diesen Weiler in Ferienhäuser umgewandelt. Es entstanden vier Häuser mit gesamthaft 8 Wohnungen und zwei unabhängigen Unterkünften. Zwei Wohnungen sind für die Besitzer reserviert. Diese haben 3 Hunde, die sich überall frei bewegen können. Trotzdem sind Hunde willkommen. Im Garten, vor dem Empfang, können Sie gratis den Service von WI-FI benützen. Zu jeder Unterkunft gehört ein BBQ.
Weiter hat es einen Ping-Pong-Tisch und eine Waschmaschine mit Jetons (5.-- € pro Waschgang).
Zum Weiler gelangt man über eine 2.300 mt. lange Naturstrasse. IL RIPOSTO bietet ein traumhaftes Panorama und wir sind überzeugt, dass Sie wieder kommen wollen. Nun zu den Behausungen:
1 - (2+2) 55m²
Vom Garten dieses kleinen Hauses aus kommt man in einen eingezäunten Hängeboden. Von diesem führen 9 Treppenstufen zu einem weiteren Hängeboden mit zwei Einzelbetten, die man auch zusammenfügen kann. Einmal im Haus führen 5 Tritte hinunter in einen Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile, Backofen, kleiner Kühlschrank, einem Sofadoppelbett und einer Dusche. Im Haus ist auch eine Klimaanlage und vor dem Haus ein grosser Garten und ein Bogengang, der den Gästen erlaubt sich im Freien aufzuhalten.
Wohnungen Nr. 2 und 3 bewohnen die Besitzer.
4 - (2+2) 59m²
Befindet sich im ersten Stock. 12 Treppenstufen führen zum Eingang, von welchem man einen Blick auf einen kleinen Innenhof und die Wohnungseingänge 2 + 3 hat. Es hat ein weites Wohnzimmer mit einer Küchenzeile, Backofen, Tisch mit Stühlen, kleiner Kühlschrank und einem Sofadoppelbett Über einen kleinen Gang gelangt man in die Dusche und in ein grosses Doppelbett-Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage.
5 - (4+2) 75m²
Befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Sie hat eine kleine Eckterrasse, wo sich die Gäste im Freien, im Schatten eines grossen Sonnenschirmes aufhalten können. Diese Wohnung hat drei Zimmer. Ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und Backofen, kleiner Kühlschrank und einem Tisch mit Stühlen sowie einem Sofa-Doppelbett. Links, nach drei Treppenstufen, finden Sie ein Doppelschlafzimmer mit Dusche. Rechts vom Wohnzimmer ist das zweite Doppelschlafzimmer mit Dusche. Der Blick durch dieses Fenster geht auf die Wohnung Nr. 7.
6 - (4+2) 62m²
Der Eingang ist im Erdgeschoss, doch verteilt sich diese Wohnung über drei Stockwerke. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Sofa-Doppelbett mit Dusche (einzige Dusche dieser Wohnung), eine Küchenzeile, Tisch mit Stühlen, und kleiner Kühlschrank. Über zwei Treppenrampen kommt man zu einem Hängeboden mit zwei Einzelbetten und Klimaanlage. Die Decke mit Holzbalken erlaubt es allerdings nur in der Mitte aufrecht zu stehen. Wenn sie jedoch vom Wohnzimmer aus vier Treppenstufen nach unten gehen kommt man in das grosse Doppelschlafzimmer. Um im Freien zu verweilen teilen sie sich einen unterteilten Säulengang mit Wohnung Nr. 8.
7 - (4+2) 81m²
Befindet sich neben Wohnung Nr. 5 und hat zwei Eingänge und zwei Terrassen. 7 Treppenstufen führen zum Eingang. Sie verfügt über ein weites Wohnzimmer mit einem Steinbogen, ein Doppelbettsofa, einer Küchenzeile mit Tisch und Stühlen. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kommt man auf die grosse Panorama-Terrasse mit Gazebo von wo man eine traumhafte Aussicht über das Tal und San Gimignano hat. Vom Wohnzimmer aus über eine Treppe mit 18 Stufen kommt man in zwei Doppelschlafzimmer mit je einer Dusche.

Diese Wohnung liegt neben Nr. 6. Um im Freien zu verweilen teilen Sie einen Säulengang, unterteilt mit zwei Bögen, mit Nr. 6. Sie finden ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einen grossen, nicht funktionierenden Kamin, Küchenzeile und ein Fenster mit einem wunderbaren Blick über das Tal. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kommen Sie in einen Raum mit Dusche, links das erste Doppelzimmer und rechts über vier nach unterführende Treppenstufen ins zweite Doppelzimmer.
9 - (2+2) 61m²
Befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unter der Wohnung Nr. 8 und hat eine Klimaanlage. Sie hat eine weite Terrasse mit einem grossen Gazebo, das den Gästen erlaubt im Freien zu speisen und ein wunderschönes Panorama zu geniessen. Die Räume im Innern sind sehr gross. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Sofadoppelbett, eine Küchenzeile, ein Tisch mit Stühlen und ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Beim Eingang befindet sich das einzige Doppelschlafzimmer mit Dusche.
10 - (6+4) 154m²
Es ist das vierte Haus im Weiler. Es befindet sich ca. 40 bis 50 mt von den anderen Häuser entfernt und bietet die meiste Privacy. Das Haus besteht aus zwei Wohnungen, welche je einen eigenen Eingang im Erdgeschoss haben. Die erste Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Sofadoppelbett einem Steinkamin und einer Küchenzeile. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kommt man auf eine grosse, panoramische und überdachte Terrasse. Weiter in einen Raum mit zwei Treppen. Hinauf geht es in zwei Doppelzimmer und einer grossen Dusche. Hinunter kommt man in den Wohnraum der zweiten Wohnung.
Diese hat einen weiten Sitzplatz im Freien mit Tisch, Stühlen und einem grossen Sonnenschirm. Der Rest besteht aus einem sehr weiten Raum, unterteilt durch eine Treppenstufe. Sie finden ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Sofadoppelbett, Dusche, Küchenzeile, und einem Tisch mit Stühlen. Nach der Stufe kommen Sie in ein grosszügiges Doppelzimmer mit Klimaanlage. Durch ein grosses schmideisernes Fenster gelangen Sie in den Garten. |
