Le due abitazioni sotto descritte sono ubicate a Marina di Grosseto nella zona meglio conosciuta come “Rosmarina” e distanti  soli 250 mt dalla spiaggia.
Fanno parte dello stesso stabile (per un totale di sei abitazioni) e condividono lo stesso ingresso pedonale.

La Martina-Prima
Si trova al primo piano. Una volta varcato il cancello pedonale comune e saliti pochi gradini, si devono salire due rampe di scale per raggiungere il portone d’ingresso dell’appartamento che è posto sulla destra.
Una vota entrati troviamo sul lato sinistro un ampio soggiorno con divano letto da una piazza e mezzo, un tavolo con sedie ed un piccolo balcone non sufficientemente grande per accogliere un tavolo con sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Sul lato opposto al soggiorno vi è l’angolo cottura. Per mezzo di un piccolo corridoio si accede al reparto notte dove troviamo una camera matrimoniale, una camera con due letti singoli ed un bagno con doccia.
Questo appartamento dispone di un ampio posto auto recintato esclusivo.

La Martina-Seconda
Si trova al secondo ed ultimo piano. Una volta terminate le scale ed aperto il portone di destra, si accede ad un’ampia terrazza. Una porzione di terrazza è coperta da un porticato sotto cui troviamo  un tavolo con sedie. Dalla terrazza, aprendo un’altra porta, si accede all’appartamento che ha un soffitto basso. L’appartamento dispone di un soggiorno con angolo cottura, di un bagno con doccia e di una camera da letto matrimoniale con armadio. In soggiorno ed in camera è presente l’aria condizionata. L’appartamento è ideale per una coppia o per una coppia con un neonato.

Entrambi gli appartamenti sarebbero un’ottima soluzione per una grande famiglia od un gruppo di amici. Inoltre quando gli appartamenti sono prenotati contemporaneamente, l’ampio posto auto di “Martina-Prima” può essere utilizzato anche dagli ospiti di “Martina-Seconda”.

LA MARTINA The two flats below are in Marina di Grosseto, in the area which is known as "Rosamrina". They are only 250 m from the beach.
They are in the same building (with four more flats) and have the same entrance.

La Martina-Prima
This flat is on the first floor. You will have to go through the building gate and up a few steps and then  up two flights of stairs to get to the entrance door of the flat on the right.
As soon as you get into the flat you will see, on the left, a large living room with a three-quarter sofa bed, a table with chairs and a small balcony which is not large enough to be equipped with a table with chairs to have meals in the open. On the other side of the living room there is a cooking area. A narrow corridor leads to the night area where there is a double bedroom, a  bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with a shower.
This flat has its own large fenced parking area.

La Martina-Seconda
This flat is on the second or top floor . Once you get to the top of the staircase and open the right hand door, you into a large terrace. A part of the terrace has a portico under which there is a table with chairs. From the terrace, by opening another door, you get into the flat which has a low ceiling. This flat has  a living room with a cooking area, a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom with a wardrobe. The living room and the bedroom have air-conditioning. This flat is suitable for a couple or for a couple with a new born baby.

Both flats would be perfect for a large family or a group of friends. Besides, when the two flats are rented together, the large parking area of "Martina Prima" can also be used by the guests of "Martina Seconda".

 LA MARTINA Diese beiden, nachstehend beschriebenen Unterkuenfte befinden sich in Marina
di Grosseto, in einer Zone besser bekannt als "Rosmarina" und nur 250 m vom Strand
entfernt. Sie sind Teil eines Hauses mit sechs Wohnungen und teilen sich den gleichen Eingang.

La Martina-Prima
Befindet sich im ersten Stock. Einmal durch den gemeinsamen Eingang und über einige Treppentritte getreten führen zwei Treppen zum eigentlichen Eingangstor zur Wohnung auf
der rechten Seite. Hier finden sie auf der linken Seite ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit einem Eineinzweitel-Sofabett, ein Tisch mit Stühlen und einem kleinen Balkon, leider zu klein um einen Tisch mit Stühlen rauszustellen und im Freien zu essen. Gegenüber dem Wohnzimmer finden Sie eine Küchenzeile. Ueber einen kleinen Gang gelangen Sie zu einem Doppel-Schlafzimmer, einem Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einer Dusche. Zu dieser Wohnung gehört ein persönlicher, eingezäunter Parkplatz.
La Martina-Seconda
Befindet sich im zweiten und letzten Stock. Einmal oben an der Treppe angekommen öffnen Sie rechts eine Tür und sie kommen auf eine grosse Terrasse. Einen Teil dieser Terrasse
ist von einem Säulen- gang bedeckt unter dem sie einen Tisch mit Stühlen finden. Von der Terrasse aus durch eine andere  Tür kommen sie in eine Wohnung mit einer niedrigen Decke. Diese Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer mit einer Küchenzeile, eine Dusche und ein Doppel-Schlafzimmer mit Schrank. Im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer hat es eine Klimaanlage. Diese Wohnung ist ideal für ein Paar oder ein Paar mit Kleinkind.

Beide Wohnungen zusammen sind ideal für eine grosse Familie oder einer Gruppe von Freunden. Ausserdem, werden beide Wohnungen zusammen gemietet, können die Gäste von "Martina-Seconda" auch den grossen Parkplatz von "Martina-Prima" benützen.
