L’abitazione si trova soli 8 km da San Gimignano immersa nel verde delle colline toscane. Fa parte di un’antica azienda agricola ristrutturata a fine 2009 ed adibita a residenza privata. La residenza è costituita da circa 14 appartamenti. I proprietari degli altri appartamenti sono stranieri e, solitamente, trascorrono qui le loro vacanze 3-4 volte all’anno.
Tutti gli ospiti hanno a disposizione la piscina (7mx14mx1,5m) aperta da inizio Maggio a fine Ottobre. Vicino alla piscina è presente la connessione Wi-Fi e, i clienti de La Quercia, che si trova non distante dalla piscina, posso beneficiarne non solo in giardino ma anche all’interno del soggiorno.
Il nome di questo appartamento è dovuto alla presenza nel giardino recintato di una grande quercia secolare. L’appartamento si trova a piano terra e ha una superficie di circa 70 m². La struttura dispone di 3 porte-finestre che si affacciano sul giardino: una è quella del soggiorno, l’altra è quella del cucinotto, la terza è quella della camera matrimoniale.
L’appartamento dispone di due camere matrimoniali (di cui la più grande ha al suo interno il bagno con doccia). La seconda camera matrimoniale è raggiungibile dopo aver salito 6 scalini.
In soggiorno troviamo un comodo divano, Sat-Tv ed un impianto Hi-Fi.
In casa è presente sia la lavatrice che la lavastoviglie.
Gli animali non sono ammessi.
Questa struttura è l’ideale per chi vuole visitare ad es. San Gimignano (8km), Monteriggioni (circa 25km,) la zona del Chianti (circa 30 km), Siena (circa 40 km) oppure Volterra (circa 22km) e altre zone famose.

 LA QUERCIA This flat is only 8 km from San Gimignano and is surrounded by the green Tuscan hills. It is part of an old farm refurbished at the end of 2009 and changed into a private home wwhere there are about 14 flats. The owners of the other flats are foreigners who usually spend their holidays there 3/4 times a year.
All guests can use the swimming pool (7m x 14m x 1.5m) which is open from early May until the end of September. The Wi-Fi connection is near the pool therefore the people who rent "La Quercia", which is not far from the swimming pool, can use the connection  not only in the garden but also in the living room.
This flat takes its name from an ancient oak tree located in the fenced garden. The flat is on the ground floor and is about 70 sq m. It has three French doors opening into the garden. One of them is in the living room, another one in the kitchenette and one in the double bedroom. The flat has two double bedrooms (the largest one is en suite and with a shower). The other bedroom is reachable by going up 6 steps. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, a Sat-TV  and a stereo set.
The flat is equipped with  a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Pets are not welcome.

This flat is ideal for those who want to visit towns like San Gimignano (8 km), Monteriggioni (about 25 km), the Chianti area (about 30 km), Siena (about 40 Km), Volterra (about 22 km) and other famous areas.

 LA QUERCIA Diese Unterkunft befindet sich im grünen der toskanischen Hügel und  nur 8 km von San Gimignano entfernt. Sie ist Teil eines alten Bauernhofes, welches Ende 2009 renoviert wurde und in Privatbesitz überging. In dieser Residenz sind 14 Wohnungen. Die Besitzer der restlichen Wohnungen sind Ausländer und verbringen hier ihre Ferien im allgemeinen 3 - 4 Mal im Jahr.
Das Schwimmbad (7mx14mx1,5m) ist für alle Gäste da und offen von anfangs Mai bis ende Oktober. Für die Gäste der Quercia gibt es im Garten und im Wohnzimmer WiFi-Anschluss.
Der name dieser Wohnung kommt von die Eiche, die sich im eingezäunten Garten befindet. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig und ca. 70m2 gross. Sie hat drei Fenstertüren, die in den Garten führen. Die Eine ist die des Wohnzimmers, die zweite, die der Küche und die Dritte die vom Doppel-Schlafzimmer.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, wobei das grössere mit integrierter Dusche.Das andere Schlafzimmer erreicht man über 6 Treppentritte.
Im Wohnzimmer hat es eine gemütlich Sofa, SAT-TV und eine HI-FI-Anlage.
In der Wohnung hat es sowohl eine Waschmaschine wie auch ein Geschirrspühler. Hier sind keine Tiere erlaubt.
Diese Wohnung ist ideal für Gäste, die z.B. San Gimignano (8km), Monteriggioni (ca. 25 km), die Chiantiregion (ca. 30km), Siena (ca. 40km) oder Volterra (ca. 22km) und andere bekannte Orte besuchen möchten.
