Questo casale, in tipico stile toscano, è ubicato a soli 9 km da Sant’Angelo in Colle, sulle colline che offrono la vista del fiume Orcia, del Castello Banfi e di Argiano. Montalcino con il suo castello dista solo 18 km. Inoltre in soli 30 minuti in auto, percorrendo una strada di campagna panoramica, si può raggiungere la famosissima Abbazia di Sant’Antimo.
I proprietari hanno ristrutturato con amore l’antica masseria rispettando lo stile architettonico toscano. La struttura si suddivide in tre appartamenti che possono anche essere affittati come un’unica grande villa.
Un appartamento si trova al primo piano ed è raggiungibile per mezzo di una scala esterna; gli altri due si trovano a piano terra. Ciascuno dei tre appartamenti dispone di un posto esclusivo all’aperto.
Per la stagione 2012 verrà realizzata la piscina (5x10 mt; profondità 1,50 mt).
I proprietari producono 3 tipi di vino  DOC Montecucco (il rosso, il sangiovese e riserva), oltre a olio extra vergine d’Oliva, a farro e ceci. Tutti prodotti biologici.
Ubicata sotto i due appartamenti più grandi vi è la grande stanza comune (circa 90mq) con un imponente camino ed il tavolo da ping-pong. Questa stanza può essere riservata agli ospiti pagando Euro 250,00/settimana.
Passiamo adesso a descrivere le varie abitazioni.

Alto (65 mq)
L’appartamento verrà realizzato per la stagione 2012. E’ ubicato al primo piano ed è raggiungibile percorrendo due rampe di scale. Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura, divano, Tv satellitare, due camere da letto e due bagni con doccia. Dispone anche di una terrazza dove poter mangiare all’aperto.

Sinistro (60mq)
E’ il primo appartamento (quello posto accanto alla vecchia pianta di cipresso) che si trova arrivando in azienda ed è situato a piano terra. Un porticato con archi permette agli ospiti di mangiare all’aperto. Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura, camino, tv satellitare a parete, lavastoviglie e divano letto matrimoniale, due camere da letto matrimoniali e bagno con doccia. Da una delle due camere si può accedere al piccolo loggiato separato dall’altro appartamento da un cancello in ferro battuto.

Destro (68 mq)
L’ingresso di questo appartamento si trova sul retro della struttura in pietra, sotto al lungo loggiato che offre un bel panorama sul fiume Orcia e sulle colline di fronte alla struttura.
In realtà l’appartamento “Destro” è dato dall’unione di due bilocali. Si costituisce di due camere matrimoniali, di due bagni con doccia, di un’ampia cucina, divano letto matrimoniale, camino e tv satellitare. Inoltre, all’interno di una delle due camere matrimoniali (quella con la porta-finestra che si affaccia sul loggiato) vi è anche un piccolissimo angolo cottura con frigorifero e fornelli.

Piccolo (38mq)
A circa 20-30 metri dal casale in pietra, vicino alla strada che congiunge il paese di Paganico al monte Amiata, si trova questo piccolo bilocale composto da soggiorno con angolo cottura, piccolo frigorifero, aria condizionata in soggiorno, Tv satellitare, bagno con doccia e camera matrimoniale.
Gli ospiti hanno a loro disposizione due piazzole dove stare all’aperto.

Con 1 o 2 giorni di preavviso è possibile avere:
1) colazioni (latte o the, yoghurt, prosciutto, formaggio, pomodori in estate, brioche o dolce fatto in
casa) al prezzo di € 8,00/persona.
2) cene (antipasto, primo, secondo, contorno, caffè, acqua minerale, 1 bottiglia di vino ogni 3 persone) al prezzo di Euro 25,00/persona.

 LA MASSERIA This typical Tuscan farm house is only 9 Km from Sant'Angelo in Colle, on the hills with a beautiful view on the Orcia River, from the Banfi castle and Argiano. Montalcino, with its castle, is only 18 Km away. By  driving along a panoramic country road one gets to the very famous Sant'Antimo Abbey.
The farm was lovingly refurbished by the owners who tried to respect the Tuscan  architectural style. The building is divided into three flats which can be let together as  if it were a big villa.
One of the flats in on the first floor and can be reached by means of an external staircase. The other two flats are on the ground floor. Each flat has its own clear space outside. A swimming pool (5x10m and 1,50 m deep)  will be ready in 2012. The owners produce three different types of DOC Montecucco wine (Red, Sangiovese and Reserve), extra virgin oil, emmer and chickpeas.
Below the three flats there is a large common room (about 90 sq m) with a massive fireplace and a tennis table. This room can be reserved by guests by paying € 250,00 a week.
The following are the three flats in the farm:

Alto (65 mq)
This flat will be ready in 2012. It is on the first floor and is reachable by means of an external two- flight staircase. It has a living room with a cooking area, a sofa, SAT TV, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower. It has also a terrace where one can take meals.

Sinistro (60mq)
This is the flat next to the old cypress tree at the beginning of the farm and is on the ground floor. An arch portico allows guests to have meals in the open air. It has a living room with a cooking area with a dishwasher, a fireplace, SAT TV on a wall and a double sofa bed.  There are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. From one of the bedrooms one can reach the small portico which is separated by the other flat by means of an iron-wrought gate.

Destro (68 mq)
The hall of this flat is at the back of the stone farm, below the long portico with a beautiful view over the Orcia river and the hills opposite the farm.
This flat consists of two two-room flats. It has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower, a large kitchen, a double sofa bed, a fireplace and SAT TV. Besides, in one of the bedrooms, (the one with the French door opening into the portico) there is also a very small cooking area with a fridge and a cooker.

Piccolo (38mq)
This small two-room flat is about 20-30 metres from the  stone farm and near the road leading to Mount Amiata from  the village of Paganico.  It has a living room with a cooking area, a small fridge, air conditioning (in the living room only), SAT TV, a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom. Guests have two clear spaces where they can relax in the open air.

With two days notice you can have:

1. breakfast (tea or milk, yoghurt, ham, cheese, tomatoes in summer, croissant or homemade cake) at a price of € 8.00 per person;
2. dinners (starter, main course, side dishes, coffee, mineral water, a bottle of wine each 3 persons) at a price of Euro 25.00 per person.

 LA MASSERIA Dieses typisch toskanische Gehöft liegt auf den Hügeln, nur 9 km von Sant'Angelo in Colle, mit Sicht auf den Orcia-Fluss und die Burgen Banfi und Argiano. Montalcino mit seiner Burg ist nur 18 km entfernt. In nur 30 Autominuten entfernt, über eine panoramische Landstrasse, erreicht man die sehr bekannte Abtei von Sant'Antimo.
Die Besitzer haben diesen alten Bauernhof mit viel Liebe renoviert und den toskanischen Stil architektonisch beibehalten. Das Gebäude ist in drei Wohnungen unterteilt, das jedoch auch als einzige grosse Villa vermietet werden kann.
Ueber eine Aussentreppe erreicht man die Wohnung im ersten Stock. Die anderen beiden Wohnungen befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. Jede der drei Wohnungen hat einen eigenen, exklusiven Aussensitzplatz.
Für die Saison 2012 wird ein Schwimmbad gebaut, (5x10mt, Tiefe 1.50mt).
Die Besitzer produzieren drei Sorten Wein DOC Montecucco (der rote, der Sangiovese und Riserva), sowie Olivenoel extra vergine aus Dinkel und Erbsen. Alles biologische Produkte.
Unter den beiden grösseren Wohnungen befindet sich ein grosser Aufenthaltsraum (ca. 90mq) mit einem wuchtigen Kamin und einem Ping-pong-Tisch. Dieser Raum kann von den Gästen für 250.-€ pro Woche dazugemietet werden.
Nun lassen Sie mich die verschiedenen Behausungen beschreiben.

Alto (60mq)
Diese Wohnung wird für 2012 fertig gestellt. Sie liegt im ersten Stock und ist über zwei Treppen erreichbar. Sie hat einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Küchenzeile, ein Sofa, SAT-TV, zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Duschen. Sie hat auch eine Terrasse wo man draussen essen kann.

Sinistro (68mq)
Es ist die erste Wohnung im Erdgeschoss wenn man auf das Gehöft kommt (neben der alten Zypresse). Ein schönes Portico erlaubt es den Gästen im Freien zu essen. Es hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, Kamin, SAT-TV an der Wand, Geschirrspülmaschine, ein Doppelsofabett, zwei Doppel-Schlafzimmer und eine Dusche. Von einem der Schlafzimmer aus gelangt man durch ein Schmideisentor in einen Bogengang, der die beiden Wohnungen verbindet.

Destro (68mq)
Der Eingang dieser Wohnung befindet sich auf der Rückseite dieses Steinhauses, unter dem Bogengang von wo man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Hügel und den Orcia-Fluss hat. Eigentlich besteht diese Wohnung aus zwei zusammengelegten Wohnungen. Sie hat zwei Doppel-Schlafzimmer mit je einer Dusche, eine grosse Küche, ein Doppelsofabett, Kamin und SAT-TV. In einem der Doppelzimmer (das mit der Fenstertür über dem Bogengang) befindet sich auch eine kleine Küchenecke mit Kühlschrank und Kochplatten.

Piccolo (38mq)
Ca. 20-30 Meter von diesem Steinhaus, nahe der Strasse die das Dorf Paganico zum Monte Amiata verbindet, befindet sich diese kleine Zweizimmerwohnung. Sie hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage, eine Küchenecke, kleiner Kühlschrank, SAT-TV und Doppelschlafzimmer mit Dusche. Den Gästen stehen zwei Sitzplätze im freien zur Verfügung.

Gegen eine vorherige Reservierung von 1 bis 2 Tagen ist es möglich Folgendes zu erhalten.

1. Ein Frühstück (Milch od. Thé, Yoghurt, Schinken, Käse, im Sommer Tomaten, Brioche od. hausgemachtes Gebäck. Preis € 8,00 pro Person.
2. Abendessen (Antipasto, Vorspeise, Hauptteller mit Beilagen, Kaffee, Mineralwasser, 1 Flasche Wein je drei Personen. Preis € 25,00 pro Person.
