A soli 3 km da Cinigiano, immerse nel verde delle colline toscane, sorgono le quattro villette indipendenti di circa 65 mq ciascuna in stile toscano. Le case sono ubicate lungo un dolce pendio di una collina e sono dislocate una sotto all’altra.
L’unica cosa che hanno in comune è la piscina delle dimensioni di 5 mt x13 mt con scala romana. La piscina si trova fra “Camino” e “Nella”.

Il proprietario ha allestito anche un punto vendita di olio, vino e altri generi da lui prodotti.

Da Piero (4+2 pers.)
E’ la villetta in pietra posta più in alto e dispone di un giardino recintato, di bbq e di un ampio porticato. Si compone di un soggiorno con di camino, angolo cottura, forno elettrico, fornelli a gas, divano letto matrimoniale e frigorifero con congelatore. Nel reparto notte troviamo il bagno con doccia, una camera matrimoniale ed una camera con due letti singoli. La casa è munita anche di lettini da sole, Tv con ricevitore satellitare e riscaldamenti a gas.

Camino (4+2 pers.)
E’ ubicata a circa 20/30 mt sotto la villetta “Da Piero”. Vi si accede per mezzo di una strada privata. Anche questa villetta ha un ampio giardino recintato.
Il porticato munito di tavolo con sedie offre la possibilità di mangiare all’aperto godendo della vista sulle colline circostanti. La villetta, internamente, ha la stessa disposizione del reparto giorno e del reparto notte di “Da Piero”. Le uniche differenze sono date dal fatto che in questa casa i fornelli sono elettrici e vi è la presenza degli splitter che in estate possono essere usati per l’aria condizionata e d’inverno fungono da riscaldamento.

Nella (4+2 pers.)
E’ ubicata 20-30 mt sotto la piscina ed ha la stessa tipologia di “Camino”.

Foglio (4+2 pers.)
E’ ubicata 20-30 mt sotto “Nella” di cui ha la stessa tipologia.
Per accedere a “Nella” ed a “Foglio” si deve percorrere la stessa strada.

I proprietari sono spesso nella proprietà per irrigare o per verificare se i clienti hanno bisogno di qualcosa.
A Cinigiano potrete trovare bar, ristorante (Il Rintocco), banca, farmacia, distributore di benzina.

LE VILLETTE These three small villas, built in the typical Tuscan style, are located just 3 km from Cinigiano and are surrounded by the vegetation of the Tuscan hills. Each is about 65 sq m and they are all along a gentle slope of a hill and are one below the other. The only thing that they have in common is the swimming pool (5 x 13 m) with an extension ladder. The pool is between "Camino" and "Nella".

Da Piero (4+2 pers.)
This is the stone villa located in the upper position and which has a fenced garden, a BBQ and a large portico. It has a living room with a fireplace, a cooking area, an electric oven, a gas stove, a double sofa bed and a fridge with a freezer. In the night area there is a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom and a twin bedded room. There are also beach mattresses, SAT TV and gas heating.

Camino (4+2 pers.)
This villa is 20/30 metres below "Da Piero". It can be reached by means of a private road. It has a large fenced garden too.
The portico, which is equipped with a table with chairs, gives you a chance  of eating in the open and enjoying the view over the hills around the villa. This house is identical to the "Da Piero" villa inside. The only difference is that the stove is electrical here and there are also air conditioning splits (with warm air in winter).

Nella (4+2 pers.)
"Nella" is located 20/30 metres below the pool and is identical to "Camino".

Foglio (4+2 pers.)
This villa is located 20/30 metres below "Nella". The two villas are  identical  inside.
To reach "Nella" and "Foglio" you have to go along the same road.

 LE VILLETTE Mitten im Grünen und nur 3 km von Cinigiano entfernt stehen diese 4 freistehenden Villette in toskanischem Stil, jede ca. 65m2 gross. Die Häuser sind längs einem leichten Abhang eines Hügels untereinander gebaut.
Das Einzige was sie gemeinsam haben ist das Schwimmbad von 5 x 13 mt mit einer römischen Treppe. Das Pool befindet sich zwischen „Camino“ und „Nella“.

Der Besitzer hat auch eine Verkaufsstelle für Olivenöl, Wein und andere selbstherzeugte Produkte eingerichtet.

Da Piero (4+2Personen)
Es ist das oberste Steinhaus und hat einen eingezäunten Garten, ein BQ und einen grossen Bogen-gang. Es hat einen Wohnraum mit Kamin, ein Doppelsofabett, eine Küchenecke mit elektrischem Backofen, Gasherd und Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach. Weiter hat es ein Doppelschlafzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und eine Dusche. Im Haus hat es Sonnenliegen, SAT-TV und Gasheizung.

Camino (4+2Personen)
Steht ca. 20 bis 30 mt. unter „Da Piero“ und erreichbar mittels einer Privatstrasse. Auch dieses Haus hat einen grossen, eingezäunten Garten.
Der Bogengang mit Esstisch und Stühlen bietet die Gelegenheit im Freien zu essen, mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel. Innen bietet das Haus die gleiche Einrichtung wie „Da Piero“. Einzige Unterschiede sind ein elektrischer Herd und einer Luftanlage, die im Sommer als Klimaanlage und im Winter als Heizung benützt werden kann.

Nella (4+2 Personen)
Liegt 20 bis 30 mt unter dem Schwimmbad und ist identisch mit „Camino“.

Foglio (4+2 Personen)
Steht ca. 20-30 mt. unter „Nella“ und ist mit Dieser  identisch.

„Nella“ und „Foglio“ sind auf der gleichen Privatstrasse erreichbar.
Die Besitzer sind oft auf dem Grundstück um zu sehen, ob die Gäste zufrieden sind oder etwas brauchen.
In Cinigiano finden Sie eine Bar, ein Restaurant (Il Rintocco), eine Bank, eine Apotheke und eine Tankstelle.
