“Raggio di Sole” si trova a soli 7 km dal paese di Porto S. Stefano, sul promontorio situato sopra l’Isola Rossa.
Il panorama che offre questa casa è unico: stando comodamente seduti sulla panchina del giardino o sul tavolo posto sotto al gazebo si può godere di una meravigliosa vista del mare ed anche dell’Isola di Giannutri. La tranquillità, l’eleganza e la privacy sono gli elementi che caratterizzano questa casa.
Per accedervi si oltrepassa un cancello elettrico e si devono percorrere circa 40-50 metri fino a giungere al posto auto immerso nel verde (c’è posto a sufficienza per 2 auto). Il posto auto è ubicato accanto all’abitazione.
Una verde barriera costituita da ulivi, rosmarini, cipressi ed altre piante mediterranee mette al riparo dallo sguardo di possibili ospiti che dimorano nelle altre due villette ("Ambra" e "Smeralda"), ubicate all’inizio della proprietà.

Fra le altre due villette e “Raggio di Sole” vi è una stradina di campagna delimitata da cipressi che conduce alla villa del proprietario. Quest’ultimo, molto rispettoso della privacy dei suoi ospiti, alcune volte risiede nella villa ubicata poco più in alto (comunque la vegetazione è così fitta che dalla villa padronale non si riesce a vedere le altre villette sottostanti).
Raggio di Sole dispone anche di una piccola e verde terrazza panoramica adatta a pittori o amanti della lettura che amano la serenità e la tranquillità che solo una tale vista può infondere.
Al suo interno l’abitazione fa onore al panorama che offre. Per entrare si passa dal soggiorno per una porta finestra scorrevole a vetri. Non appena entrati la vostra attenzione sarà catturata immediatamente dalla meravigliosa antica porta a quattro ante che separa il soggiorno dalla cucina. La cucina dispone di lavastoviglie, forno, fornelli a gas, frigorifero con congelatore e di quant’altro avrete bisogno in cucina.
Nel soggiorno è presente anche un camino ed una televisione con antenna parabolica (Astra).
Dal soggiorno si accede al reparto notte composto da una camerina con due letti singoli, bagno con doccia nel corridoio e una camera matrimoniale con all’interno un bagno con doccia.
Dall’esterno si accede ad una terza camera con due letti singoli ed un piccolo bagno con lavabo e wc utilizzabile su richiesta pagando un piccolo extra settimanale.
Raggio di Sole è l’abitazione adatta a chi volesse venire in vacanza con i figli e la “tata” oppure per una famiglia composta da genitori, bambini e nonni.
Il punto più vicino e facilmente accessibile al mare dista circa 3,3 km (“Le Cannelle”). Si può raggiungere in auto ed una volta posteggiato si devono percorrere solamente 200 mt a piedi.
Raggio di Sole è una villa adatta a persone che ricercano tranquillità e serenità.

The view from this house is unique: just by sitting comfortably on the garden bench or at the table under the gazebo, you can enjoy the view on the sea with the Giannutri island. Quietness,  elegance and privacy characterise this house.
To get to “Raggio  di Sole”,  you have to go through the gate and then walk about 40-50 metres as far as the parking area, which has enough room for two cars and which is surrounded by vegetation.
A green barrier made of olive trees, rosemary bushes, cypresses and other Mediterranean plants, hides guests from the curiosity of the people living in the two nearby small villas("Ambra" e "Smeralda"), which are located at the beginning of the property.
Between these two small villas and “Raggio di Sole” there is a narrow country road, lined by cypresses, which leads to the owner’s villa. The owner, who is very respectful of  his guests’ privacy, sometimes stays in the villa which is located a little  further uphill. Anyway, the vegetation is so thick that you cannot see the villas below from there.
“Raggio di Sole” has also a small panoramic  green terrace, suitable for painters or people who love reading in a quiet, relaxing ambience which only such a view can provide.
The house is as beautiful inside as the view it offers. A sliding glass French door leads you into the living room where guests can admire the marvellous and ancient door, with four antae, which separates the living room from the kitchen. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge with a freezer and anything  you may need.
There is a fireplace and  SAT TV with a dish pointed towards Astra in the living room. From there, you get to the night area, where there is a small bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with a shower (along the corridor), and a double bedroom with a bathroom (with a shower) inside.
There is a third bedroom, which you can reach from outside. This room has two twin beds and a small bathroom with a basin and a toilet. This bedroom can be used on request by paying a small weekly sum of money.
This villa is ideal for people who want to go on holiday with their children and their nanny too, or for a family that includes parents, children and grandparents.
The nearest beach is  3.3 km from the villa (“Le Cannelle”). You can get there by car. Once you have parked your car you only have to walk 200 metres.
“Raggio di Sole” is for people who love  tranquillity and quietness.

Das Haus bietet ein einzigartiges Panorama: Ob Sie auf einer Gartenbank oder auf der Sitzgruppe unter dem Pavillon sitzen, der Blick aufs Meer und auf die Insel Giannutri ist immer ein Genuss. Die Ruhe, die Eleganz und die Privatsphäre sind die Besonderheiten dieses Hauses.
Durch ein elektrisches Tor kommt man auf das Grundstück und nach 40-50 m erreicht man den Autoabstellplatz (es gibt genug Platz für zwei Autos), der neben dem Haus liegt.
Olivenbäume, Zypresse, Rosmarinbüsche und andere Mittelmeerpflanzen dienen als grüne Barriere und schützen vor den Blicken der Gäste der anderen zwei Villen ("Ambra" e "Smeralda"), die am Anfang des Grundstückes liegen.
Zwischen „Raggio di sole“ und den anderen zwei Villen liegt eine kleine Zypressenallee, die zum Besitzerhaus führt.
Der Besitzer, der viel Respekt vor der Privatsphäre der Gäste hat, wohnt gelegentlich in der Villa, die etwas oberhalb liegt (allerdings ist die Vegetation so dicht, dass man vom Besitzerhaus die anderen Villen nicht sehen kann).
„Raggio di Sole“ verfügt über eine kleine grüne Terrasse mit Ausblick, ideal für Künstler oder für diejenigen, die gerne lesen und die Ruhe lieben, die nur so ein Panorama vermitteln kann.
Die Einrichtung macht dem Panorama Ehre: Beim Eintreten gelangt man durch eine Schiebefenstertür ins Wohnzimmer. Hier kann man die wunderschöne alte Tür mit vier Flügeln bewundern, die das Wohnzimmer von der Küche trennt. Die Küche verfügt über eine Spülmaschine, einen Gasherd, einen Ofen, einen Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach und alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Vom Wohnzimmer aus, das über einen Kamin und Sat TV verfügt, kommt man in den Schlafbereich. Er besteht aus einem Zweibettzimmer, einen Bad mit Dusche im Flur und einem Doppelbettzimmer mit Bad mit Dusche. Von Außen erreichbar ist ein drittes Zweibettzimmer mit einem kleinen Bad mit Waschbecken und WC, das man gegen einen wöchentlichen Zuschlag mieten kann.
„Raggio di sole“ ist  ideal für alle, die auch das Kindermädchen oder die Großeltern im Urlaub mitnehmen wollen.
Der nächste leicht erreichbare Zugang zum Meer befindet sich in ca. 3.3 km Entfernung („Le Cannelle“). Man kann mit dem Auto dorthin fahren und entlang der Straße parken. Danach sind es nur noch 200 m zu Fuß zum Strand.
