Questo tipico casolare in pietra sorge nelle colline del Chianti fra Siena (17km) e Gaiole in Chianti (12 km). Soggiornando in questo casolare si possono ammirare in lontananza alcuni castelli quali Cacchiano (3 km) e Brolio (5 km) oltre che il campanile del piccolo paese di S. Felice (9 km).
La struttura dispone di una piscina (12x6 mt) aperta da metà Maggio a metà Ottobre.
Gli animali sono bene accetti anche se la proprietà non è recintata.
A circa 700 metri si trova un piccolo villaggio dov’è presente un ufficio postale ed un piccolo negozio di generi alimentari.
La struttura è formata da una casa (l’Aia) e da 3 appartamenti (“Nonno”, “Forno”, “Bosco”) che offrono un buon livello di privacy perché ciascuno ha un proprio vialetto ed una propria zona dove stare all’aperto (tranne per “Bosco”) che è ubicato al 1° piano.
I proprietari hanno un’azienda vinicola a circa 4 km dove vengono prodotti il Chianti Classico, il Chianti Riserva, il Vin Santo e la Grappa.

1-L’Aia (5+1*)
E' la piccola casa distante circa 10 mt dall'altra costruzione dove sono ubicati gli altri tre appartamenti.
Dispone di un proprio parcheggio e di un proprio giardino dove si può mangiare all'aperto. La casa ha un piccolo soggiorno con angolo cottura, camino, divano letto singolo, bagno con doccia e due camere matrimoniali (una con al suo interno un letto matrimoniale ed un letto singolo).

2-Il Nonno (2+1*)
E’ il primo appartamento a piano terra che troviamo una volta raggiunto il secondo edificio. Entrando troviamo un ampio soggiorno con camino, angolo cottura e poltrona letto per una persona. Da soggiorno, per mezzo di una seconda porta-finestra a vetri, si può uscire sul retro dove troviamo la scala esterna che conduce all’appartamento “Bosco” (dunque “Il Nonno” ed “Il Bosco” si presterebbero ad essere affittati anche da due famiglie amiche). Sulla destra rispetto all’ingresso principale troviamo un corridoio che conduce al bagno ed all’unica camera matrimoniale esistente.
All’esterno, vicino al vecchio pozzo, vi è un tavolo con sedie ed un gazebo.

3-Il Forno (4+2*)
Anch’esso posizionato a piano terra, è l’appartamento posto alla fine del casolare dove si trovano i tre appartamenti. Anticamente era la zona del casale dove si preparava il pane e dove si custodivano gli animali. Entrando troviamo il soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e con un camino, sulla destra un arco oltre il quale vi è la cucina e sulla sinistra la prima piccola camera matrimoniale. Salendo 4 scalini si accede al bagno con doccia ed alla seconda camera matrimoniale. All’esterno un ombrellone ed un tavolo con sedie permettono di trascorrere  momenti di relax.

4-Il Bosco (3+2*)
E’ l’unico appartamento ubicato al primo piano. Vi si accede per mezzo di due rampe di scale. Si compone di un ampio soggiorno con camino, angolo cottura e divano letto matrimoniale. A sinistra del soggiorno vi è il bagno con doccia mentre a destra vi è la porta che conduce alla camera dove troviamo il letto matrimoniale ed un letto singolo.

Tutti gli appartamenti dispongono di forno a microonde, Tv satellitare e connessione Wi-Fi. A disposizione degli ospiti vi sono 2 BBQ ed una stanza lavanderia con lavatrice, ferro da stiro e asse, ubicata vicino alle scale che conducono all’appartamento “Il Bosco”.

* Per l’uso dei divani letto vengono richiesti Euro 70,00 a persona per settimana.

TRAPODI This typical stone farm is located on the Chianti hills bewteen Siena (17 Km) and Gaiola in Chainti (12 Lm). The farm has a view over the castles of Cacchiano (3km) and Brolio (5km) and the steeple of the little village of S. felice (9 km).

It has  a swimming pool (12 x 6 m) which is open from mid May to mid October. Animals are welcome although the property is not fenced.

There is a small village 700 metres away with a post office and a small grocer's.

"Trapodi" consists of a small house ("Aia") and three flats ("Nonno", "Forno" "Bosco") which offer a good level of privacy as each flat has its own drive and its own open air area where guests can sit outside (except for "Bosco" which is on the first floor).

The owners have a small winery about 4 km from "Trapodi" where they produce Chianti Classico, Chianti Riserva, "Vin Santo" and "Grappa".

1-L’Aia (5+1*)
This is the small house which is 10 metres away from the building with the three flats.
It has its own parking area and its own garden where you can take meals.
There is a small living room with a cooking area, a fireplace and a single sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a second bedroom with a double bed.

2-Il Nonno (2+1*)
This is the first flat on the ground floor which can be found in the second building. It has a large living room with a fireplace, a cooking area and a single sofa bed. From this room, by means of a glass French window, you can get outside and to the external staircase which leads to the flat "Bosco" (for this reason "Bosco" and "Nonno" could also be rent by two families of friends). To the right of the main entrance there is a corridor leading to the bathroom and to the only bedroom of the flat.

Outside, near the old well, there is a table with chairs and a gazebo.

3-Il Forno (4+2*)
Also this flat is on the ground floor and is at the end of the building. In old times it was the part of the farm where they used to bake bread and where animals were kept. It has a living room with a double sofa bed and a fireplace. There is an arch on the right. The kitchen is beyond that arch. On the left, there is the small double bedroom. By walking up 4 steps you get to the bathroom with a shower and to a double bedroom. Outside, where you sit and relax, there is a sun umbrella and a table with chairs.

4-Il Bosco (3+2*)
This is the only flat on the first floor and which can be reached by means of two flights of stairs. It has a large living room with a fireplace, a cooking area and a single sofa bed. To the left of the living room there is the bathroom with a shower, while, to the left, there is the door opening into the bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.

All the flats have a microwave, Wi-Fi and Sat TV. Guests can also use two BBQ's and a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron, and an iron board. This room is near the stairs leading to the "Bosco". Flat.  

*If guests want to use the sofa beds they will be charged €70,00 a week per person.

 TRAPODI Dieses typische Steinhaus steht inmitten der Hügel von Chianti zwischen Siena (16km) und Gaiole in Chianti (12km). Von diesem Haus aus kann man in der Ferne einige Schlösser wie Cacchiano (3km), Brolio (5km) und der Kirchenturm des kleinen Dorfes S. Felice (9km) bewundern.
Im Garten befindet sich ein Schwimmbad (12x6mt), benutzbar ab Mitte Mai bis Mitte Oktober. Tiere sind willkommen, auch wenn das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt ist. Ca. 700 mt entfernt finden Sie ein Postamt und ein kleiner Einkaufsladen.
Auf diesem Boden finden Sie ein Haus (l’Aia) und 3 Wohnungen („Nonno“, „Forno“ und „Bosco“), die alle eine grosse privacy garantieren, da jede einen eigenen Zugang und Sitzplatz hat (ausser „Bosco“, da diese im ersten Stock liegt). Die Besitzer haben ca. 4 km entfernt Rebberge wo der Chianti Classico, Chianti Riserva, Vin Santo und Grappa hergestellt werden.

1-L’Aia (5+1*)
Befindet sich ca. 10mt von den drei Wohnungen entfernt.
Hat einen eigenen Parkplatz und Garten wo man draussen essen kann. Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile, Kamin, ein Einzelsofabett, eine Dusche, ein grosses Doppelschlafzimmer mit Einzelbett u. eine zweite Doppelschlafzimmer.

2-Il Nonno (2+1*)
Es ist die erste Wohnung im Erdgeschoss des zweiten Hauses. Sie hat ein weites Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, eine Küchenzeile und ein Einzel-Sofabett. Durch eine Fenstertür im Wohnzimmer gelangt man nach hinten auf eine Aussentreppe, die zur Wohnung „Il Bosco“ führt.
(Somit könnten „Il Nonno „ und „Il Bosco” auch an zwei befreundete Familien vermietet werden). Hier finden Sie einen Gang der zu einer Dusche und zu einem Doppelschlafzimmer führt. Draussen, neben einem alten Brunnenschacht hat es einen Tisch mit Stühlen und einem Gazebo.

3-Il Forno (4+2*)
Es ist die zweite Wohnung im Erdgeschoss am Ende des zweiten Hauses. Es war dies der alte Teil wo man Brot herstellte und ein Stall untergebracht war. Hier finden Sie ein Doppelsofabett und einen Kamin. Rechts ist ein Bogen durch den man in die Küche und in ein kleines Doppelschlafzimmer gelangt. Ueber 4 Treppenstufen  kommt man zu einer Dusche und zum zweiten Doppelschlafzimmer.
Draussen finden Sie einen Tisch mit Stühlen und einen Sonnenschirm wo Sie wunderbar relaxen können.

4-Il Bosco (3+2*)
Es ist die einzige Wohnung im ersten Stock, die über zwei Rampen erreichbar ist. Sie hat ein grosses Wohnzimmer, ein Kamin, eine Küchenzeile und ein Doppelsofabett. Links vom Wohnzimmer hat es eine Dusche während rechts eine Tür  zu einem Dreibettzimmer führt.

Alle Wohnungen haben einen Mikroofen, TV-Satellit u. WiFi. Neben der Treppe, die zu „Il Bosco“ führt stehen für die Gäste auch zwei BBQ und ein  Zimmer mit Waschmaschine und Bügelbrett zur Verfügung.
