I 6 alloggi sono stati ricavati dalla ristrutturazione di una vecchia stalla non più utilizzata, che si trova al centro di un piccolo borgo di campagna chiamato " Sanguineto ". La località prende il nome dal ricordo della sanguinosa battaglia del 217 a.C. tra l'esercito romano e quello cartaginese, guidato da Annibale.
Gli alloggi sono stati rifiniti lussuosamente usando i materiali e le tecniche delle antiche tradizioni, ma adottando tutti i moderni accorgimenti di comfort. Ognuno è dotato di riscaldamento autonomo a gas liquido con caldaia posta al di fuori dell'abitazione e di una propria utenza elettrica.
Un grande balcone con veranda ed un giardino privato completano la parte abitabile, proiettandola verso l'esterno, onde consentire l'integrazione con il paesaggio circostante e di godere della magnifica vista del Lago Trasimeno.
Poiché due alloggi appartengono ad un proprietario e gli altri 4 (più La Torre) ad un altro, agli appartamenti sono stati dati nomi diversi pur facendo parte della stessa struttura.
Tutti gli ospiti, anche quelli de “ la Torre” possono usufruire della piscina (6x12mt) posta 30-40 metri al di sotto della struttura. Dalla piscina si gode di una bella vista sulla vallata sottostante e sul lago Trasimeno.

La Torre
L'antica torretta di avvistamento sorge in prossimità del piccolo abitato di Sanguineto e domina la pianura a ridosso della quale si svolse la battaglia del Trasimeno tra l'esercito di Annibale e quello Romano. Nell'ultimo secolo la torre fu adibita ad abitazione, e poi abbandonata: l'accurato restauro e gli adattamenti agli standard di vita moderna hanno consentito di ricavarne un piccolo alloggio per due persone, mantenendo intatto il fascino antico.
A piano terra si trova il soggiorno con angolo cottura e, da questo, per mezzo di una scala in ferro battuto si raggiunge il primo piano dove troviamo la camera matrimoniale con un piccolo bagno con doccia.
Un giardino panoramico con all’interno un paio di olivi secolari, circonda la costruzione. All’ombra di uno dei due olivi è stato realizzato un gazebo dove si può stare comodamente seduti a far colazione o a godersi il panorama.
Anche gli ospiti de La Torre possono usufruire della piscina sopra descritta che dista circa 20 metri. Inoltre l’abitazione dispone di aria condizionata che può essere usata pagando un extra.

In ciascuna delle strutture sopra descritte i cani sono ben accetti ma si prega i proprietari di non lasciarli mai soli in casa. Per ciascun cane vi è un sovrapprezzo di €15,00 per le pulizie finali.

ANNIBALE, SANGUINETO  AND LA TORRE The six flats were made when  an old cowshed, which was never used, was refurbished. It is in the centre of a tiny country village called “Sanguineto”. This place takes its name after the  battle between the Roman army and the army from Carthage - led by the famous leader Hannibal -   where a lot of blood was shed.
The flats have been luxuriously built with the help of ancient  materials and techniques but, at the same time, by using all the modern accessories to make them as comfortable as possible. Each has liquid gas central heating with a boiler outside the flat and each has got its own electricity consumption.
Each flat has also a large balcony with a veranda and a private garden. All the flats are perfectly integrated with the  environment and have a beautiful view over lake Trasimeno.
As two flats belong to the  same owner and the other four (plus “La Torre”) to another person, they have all been given different names, although they are located in the same structure. All guests (included the ones of “La Torre”) can use the swimming pool (6x12 m) which is located 30-40 m below the structure. The pool has a magnificent view over the valley below and over Lake Trasimeno.

La Torre
This ancient sighting tower stands near the tiny village of Sanguineto and dominates the flat country near which the famous battle between the Roman army and Hannibal’s army took place. During the last century people used to live in the  tower, then they stopped. The careful refurbishing and the modernisation of the place – keeping its old fascination intact -  gave, as a result, a small flat for two people.
The living room, with a cooking area, is downstairs. By means of an iron wrought staircase you get to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with a small bathroom with a shower. There is also air conditioning which can be used by paying some extra money. 
The Tower is surrounded by a panoramic garden where there are two vey ancient olive trees. There is a gazebo under one of the two olive trees, where you can comfortably sit to have breakfast or look at the view.
The guests of La Torre can also enjoy the pool which is only 20 m far from the small house.
In each of the above said flats dogs are welcome but guests are kindly requested never to leave them inside alone. For each dog there is an extra charge of 15 € for the cleaning of the place when guests leave the flat.

Dieser Name erinnert an die blutige Schlacht zwischen Römern und Karthagern unter Hannibal, die hier  im Jahr 217 v.C. stattfand.
Die Wohnungen sind luxuriös ausgestattet. Materialen und Techniken der alten Traditionen wurden verwendet, um den modernen Komfort zu erzielen.
Jede Wohnung verfügt über eine Zentralheizung mit Flüssiggas, Boiler im Außenbereich und eigenen Stromzähler.
Ein großer Balkon mit Veranda und einen privaten Garten ergänzen die Struktur und versetzen sie nach außen, um die perfekte Integration mit den umliegende Landschaft und das Genießen des wunderschönen Ausblick über den Trasimenischen See zu erlauben.
Die Wohnungen haben verschieden Namen, da sie zwei Besitzern gehören. Allen Gästen  (auch den von „La Torre“) steht der Pool (6x12mt) zur Verfügung, der 30-40 m unterhalb der Wohnungen liegt. Aus dem Pool genießt man einen wunderschönen Blick über das Tal und den Trasimenischen See.

La Torre
Der alte Turm liegt in der Nähe der kleinen Ortschaft “Sanguineto” und blickt auf das Tal, hinter dem, die Schlacht von „Trasimeno“ zwischen Römern und Karthagern stattfand. Im letzten Jahrhundert wurde er als Wohnung verwendet und dann verlassen. Dank der sorgfältigen Renovierung und der Anpassungen an den Standard eines modernen Lebens ist  eine kleine Wohnung für zwei Personen geschaffen worden, die den alten Charme beibehalten hat. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke und von hier über eine Schmiedeisentreppe kommt man in den ersten Stock mit dem Doppelbettzimmer und einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche. Ein Panoramagarten mit einigen alten Olivenbäumen umgibt die Struktur. Im Schatten eines Olivenbaumes befindet sich ein Pavillon, unter dem man gemütlich frühstücken oder einfach den Ausblick genießen kann. Auch den Gästen von „La Torre“ steht der oben beschriebene Pool zur Verfügung, der ca. 20 m entfernt von der Wohnung liegt. Die Wohnung verfügt über Klimaanlage, die gegen Aufzahlung zu verwenden ist.

In jeder Wohnung sind die Hunde willkommen, allerdings dürfen sie nie allein zu Hause gelassen werden. Für jeden Hund sind  zusätzlich  € 15 zu der Endreinigung zu bezahlen.
