Questo appartamento è accogliente ed offre molta  privacy. Si trova alle  spalle della  casa padronale (qui i proprietari trascorrono le loro vacanze da Maggio a Settembre).
Per raggiungerlo dovrete attraversare il vialetto da  cui accedono anche i proprietari per raggiungere la loro abitazione. L’app.to è separato dalla casa padronale da una  recinzione (dunque ideale anche per chi vuol venire in vacanza con il cane). Il giardino di pertinenza de L’Aragosta  misura circa 150 mq. E’ ombreggiato dai  pini tipici di questa zona della Maremma e dispone anche di  una cabina-doccia assai comoda da utilizzare una volta che si è fatto ritorno a casa dopo una giornata di mare.
Si accede al porticato scendendo alcuni scalini. Una persiana e una porta-finestra separano il portico dalla cucina. Sullo stesso livello della cucina, munita di tutto l’occorrente, si accede al bagno con doccia, ad un ripostiglio ed alla camera con due letti singoli. La camera matrimoniale si trova al primo piano e la si raggiunge dalla cucina per mezzo di una rampa di scale. La camera ha un piccolo balcone dove, nelle serate estive, è possibile starsene in tranquillità a leggere un  bel  libro.
L’Aragosta è senz’altro un’abitazione ideale o per una famiglia con due bambini o per una coppia di amici che desiderano trascorrere un’estate all’insegna del mare e, al tempo stesso, della tranquillità. Potete raggiungere il mare anche a piedi: dista circa 750 metri.

 This flat is very cosy and offers you a lot of privacy. It is located at the back of the owners’ house (where they stay from May to September, during the holiday season).
You can reach your flat  by walking along the path which is used also by the owners to get to their house. The flat and the owners’ villa are separated by  a fence. This makes “L’ Aragosta”  the ideal place for people who have a dog too. Its garden is about 150 sq m with typical pine trees of this area shading it. It also has a  shower cubicle which is very useful when coming back from the beach.
By walking down a short flight of stairs you get to the porch. A shutter and a French window separate the porch from the kitchen. On the same level as the kitchen (fully equipped with everything you may need) there is a bathroom with a shower, a closet, and a  bedroom with twin beds. From the kitchen you also get to the double bedroom, just by walking up a short staircase to the left of the entrance. The bedroom has got a small balcony where, in the summer evenings, you can quietly read the newspaper or a book.
“L’Aragosta” is undoubtedly the ideal flat for a family with two children or for two couples who want to spend a quiet holiday near the sea. You can also walk to the beach as it is only 800 metres from the flat!!!

 Diese Wohnmung ist sehr gemütlich und bietet viel Privacy an. Sie liegt hinter der Villa der Besitzer und sie ist durch den Gartenweg erreichbar, der auch zur Villa geht. Die Wohnung ist von der Villa durch einen Zaun getrennt (und also ideal für jemanden, der mit seinem Hund in Urlaub kommen möchte). Der Garten von der Languste ist ungefähr 100 Qm groß, ist von den typischen Pinien dieser Gegend der Maremma beschattet und verfügt über eine sehr praktische Duschenkabine,die man beim Heimkehr nach einem ganzen Tag am Strand benutzen kann.
Man kommt zur Laube einige Stufen hinunter. Ein Fensterladen und eine Fenstertür trennen die Laube von der Küche. Auf der gleichen Höhe der völlig ausgestatteten Küche geht es zum Duschbad, zu einem Abstellraum und zum Zweibettzimmer. Man kommt zum Ehebettzimmer auch von der Küche aber nur durch eine rechts von dem Eingang gelegenen Treppe. Das Schlafzimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon, wo man in den Sommerabenden in aller Ruhe ein schönes Buch lesen kann.
Die Languste ist die ideale Wohnung entweder für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern oder für ein Freundepaar, die den Sommer am Meer aber auch zugleich in aller Ruhe verbringen wollen. Das Meer ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar: es ist ungefähr 750 m  entfernt.
