AZIENDA SFORZI Vicino al piccolo borgo di Marrucheti sorge la piccola Azienda Sforzi. Una metà è abitata dalla madre del proprietario, l'altra fu trasformata in un appartamento per la villeggiatura molto carino, con ingresso indipendente e spazi esterni propri.

Il Campino Un po' fuori dalla casa principale si trova una casetta per gli ospiti. Vi si accede per un ingresso proprio attraverso gli uliveti. Su tutto la parte anteriore la casa si estende la terrazza coperta, da cui si gode di una splendida veduta. Davanti alla casa si trova una vecchissima e meravigliosa quercia. Di sotto è un approntato una zona relax con barbecue in muratura. Per gli ospiti più piccoli c'è un'altalena. Nella casa trovate due camere da letto, un bagno con doccia ed un locale piccolo con angolo cottura. Anche l'antenna parabolica ed il televisore non mancano. Il Campino è molto carino e arredato con gusto; una casa dove i giorni di vacanza possono essere più divertenti che altrove.

Entrambi le case sono disposte su separati appezzamenti recintati e sebbene il mare dista solo 25 km, gli ospiti dell'Azienda Sforzi hanno una piscina a loro disposizione inserita in un meraviglioso uliveto con la vista stupenda sul paesaggio toscano.

 AZIENDA SFORZI The small Azienda Sforzi is located near the village of Marrucheti. Half of the Azienda is the owner's mother's home, the rest was changed into a very nice holiday flat with an independent entrance and its own garden.

Il Campino Not far from the main building you can see a small guest house. You get there walking through the olive yards. It has its own entrance of course. A covered terrace - with an incredible view on the countryside - stretches along the whole front part of the house. There's a stone Bar-B-Q in the garden, and a beautiful area to relax under a very old and magnificent oak tree. There is also a swing for children. In the house there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a small living room with cooking facilities. There is also sat TV and a TV set. Il Campino is very pretty and furnished with very good taste. A place where you can spend very relaxing holiday.

Both houses are placed in different places with wire-net fencing and, even if "Az. Sforzi" is only 25 km far from to the sea, the clients has a very beautiful pool placed in a fantastic olive-grove with a nice Tuscany landscape view.

AZIENDA SFORZI Nahe dem kleinen Weiler Marrucheti steht die kleine Azienda gli Sforzi. Eine Hälfte wird von der Mutter des Eigentümers bewohnt, die andere wurde in eine hübsche Ferienwohnung ausgebaut, mit eigenem Eingang und Außenbereich.

Il Campino Etwas abseits vom Haupthaus steht ein kleines Gästehaus. Eine eigene Zufahrt durch den neu gepflanzten Olivenhain bringt Sie dahin. Über die ganze Vorderseite des Hauses zieht sich eine überdachte Terrasse, von der man einen herrlichen Blick hat. Vor dem Haus steht eine wunderschöne alte Eiche. Darunter ist ein Sitzplatz mit gemauertem Grill. Für die kleinen Gäste gibt es eine Kinderschaukel. Im Haus sind zwei reizende Schlafzimmer, ein Duschbad und ein kleiner Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile. Auch die Sat-Antenne und Fernseher fehlen nicht. Il Campino ist sehr nett und individuell eingerichtet - ein Haus, wo Urlaubstage noch mehr Spaß machen, als anderswo.

Beide Häuser liegen auf separat eingezäunten Grundstücken und obwohl das Meer nur ca. 25 km entfernt ist, steht den Gästen auf der Azienda gli Sforzi ein Pool zur Verfügung, wunderschön in einen Olivenhain eingefügt, mit einem weiten faszinierenden Blick in die toskanische Landschaft.
