Campotondo è un piccolo gruppo di cinque case ai margini della località di Campiglia d‘Orcia.

Il Girasole Nel giardino recintato a disposizione dei soli ospiti, può essere parcheggiata l’auto. In fondo si trova una piccola casetta in mattoni con acqua corrente, frigorifero, barbecue e arredi da giardino, un posto ideale per le gioie estive all’aperto. Sul lato posteriore della casa si trova l’abitazione del proprietario che però è presente solo in alcuni fine settimana o per vacanze. Anche Voi avete però il Vostro giardino privato, cosicché nessuno può disturbarvi. Attraverso una scala esterna si accede all’appartamento. Si raggiunge per prima la cucina in stile toscano, in legno,  con lavastoviglie, accanto il soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e zona pranzo. Ci sono 2 camere da letto, una matrimoniale e una con letti a castello che possono essere smontati comunque in due letti singoli. Accanto c’è il bagno con lavatrice e in più una toilette aggiuntiva con lavandino. Di qui si gode di una vista fantastica sulla Val d’Orcia e nei giorni più chiari si possono vedere Pienza e Siena. I buoni rapporti con gli ospiti hanno fatto sì che il proprietario rinnovasse un’altra casa posta sull’altro lato della strada che è poi stata divisa in due appartamenti meravigliosi, con ingressi indipendenti.

Fiordaliso L’appartamento ha un soggiorno molto bello con una cucina in legno (con lavastoviglie), zona pranzo e divano letto matrimoniale davanti al camino. La camera ha due letti che possono essere anche accostati. C’è la possibilità di inserire un altro letto senza alcuna maggiorazione del prezzo. Nel bagno fornito di doccia si trova anche una lavatrice. Dal soggiorno quattro scalini conducono ad una piccola galleria. Da qui si accede una terrazza da sogno. E‘ coperta e circondata da cedri libanesi. In tutte le stanze sono stati lasciati gli originali soffitti a travi di tipico stile toscano.

La Ginestra Anche qui è tutto così carino e confortevole come in Fiordaliso. Si raggiunge l’appartamento per una vecchia scala in pietra. La suddivisione interna è uguale all’altra, con l’unica differenza che in camera si trova un letto matrimoniale, per cui è impossibile aggiungere un lettino in più. Anche qui c’è una grande terrazza, perfetta per gli osservatori di stelle. Non è coperta, ma lasciata direttamente all’aperto, circondata dalle chiome dei vecchi cedri.

Il Ciclamino E’ ubicato a piano terra e l’ingresso è rivolto sul giardino in direzione della piscina. E’ strutturato come Fiordaliso e Ginestra. Composto da 3 stanze, dispone di soggiorno con camino e tavolo da pranzo con divano letto matrimoniale, cucina (con lavastoviglie, fornelli a gas e forno elettrico), bagno con doccia e camera matrimoniale. Si può accedere all’esterno sia dalla cucina che dal soggiorno.

Il Tulipano Come per “La Ginestra” anche per “Il Tulipano” l’ingresso è rivolto sul lato della piccola strada asfaltata. Per mezzo di un’antica scalinata si accede al primo piano dove troviamo un ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura, sulla sinistra il bagno con doccia e a destra la porta che conduce all’ampia terrazza da cui si gode di un’ottima vista sulla Val d’Orcia. Dal soggiorno, per mezzo di una scalinata in cotto, si accede al piano superiore. Qui troviamo una camera con due letti singoli, un bagno con doccia e una camera con letto matrimoniale.

Una piscina dalla forma sinuosa ed elegante, che si trova nel giardino riservato a  tutti gli appartamenti, allieterà le vostre calde giornate e le tiepide notti estive tipiche della Val d’Orcia.

 Campotondo is a small group of five houses next to Campiglia D’Orcia.

Il Girasole A car can be parked in the fenced garden which is only used by the guests. There, there is also a small house with runing water, a fridge, a B-B-Q and garden furniture. This is  ideal for the summer months, when people like eating outdoors. At the back of the house there is the owner’s flat, that he uses  only at  week ends or during holidays. Guests have their own private garden too, where nobody can disturb them.  An external staircase leads to the flat. First you get into a typically Tuscan wood kitchen with a dish washer. Next to it there is a living room, with a double sofa bed and a dining area. There are two bedrooms, a double one and one with  bunk beds which can be turned into two twin beds. There is a bathroom with a washing machine and a toilette with a washbasin too. From this flat you can enjoy a beautiful view on the Val D’Orcia, and when the sky is very clear, you can also see Pienza and Siena. The good relationship with  guests made the owner refurbish another building  on the other side of the road, which was divided into two beautiful flats, with independent entrances.

Fiordaliso The flat has got a very beautiful living room, a wood kitchen (with a dishwasher), a dining area and a double sofa bed opposite the fireplace. The bedroom has got two twin beds that can be tuned into a large bed if necessary. In the bathroom (with a shower) there is also a washing machine. Four steps lead you from the living room to a small gallery from where you get into a fantastic terrace which is covered and surrounded by Lebanese citrons. All the rooms have got the original Tuscan wooden beam ceilings.

La Ginestra This flat is as nice and as comfortable as Fiordaliso. An old stone staircase leads you to the flat. The flat has got the same rooms as Fiordaliso. The only difference is that the bedroom has got a large bed, therefore it is impossible to add an extra bed.  There is a large terrace here too which is not covered, but surrounded by the leaves of the old citrons. You can sunbathe there, or watch the stars at night.

Il Ciclamino This flat is on the ground floor and the entrance door is in the garden facing the swimming pool. It is like “Fiordaliso” and “La Ginestra”. It has three rooms: a living room (with a fireplace, a dining table with chairs and a double sofa bed), a kitchen  (with a dishwasher, a gas stove and an electric oven) a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. You can get outside both from the living room and the kitchen.

Il Tulipano The entrance door is in the narrow asphalt road, as in “La Ginestra” and “Il Tulipano”. By means of a very old staircase, you can get to the first floor, where there is a large living room with a cooking area. On the left, there is the bathroom with a shower and on the right there is the door that leads to the large terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view on the Val d’Orcia. From the living room, by means of a brick staircase, you can get to the upper floor, where there is a twin-bedded bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom. 

An elegant and winding swimming pool, which is in the garden shared by all flats, will make the typical Val D’Orcia hot days and warm nights more pleasant for you.

 Campotondo ist eine kleine fünf Häusergruppe am Rande des Ortes Campiglia d’Orcia. Schon seit mehreren Jahren vermieten wir hier die Wohnung

Il Girasole Im eingezäunten Garten, der den Gästen alleine zur Verfügung steht, kann man das Auto parken. Am unteren Ende steht ein kleines Häuschen aus Ziegelsteinen mit fließendem Wasser, Kühlschrank, Grill und Gartenmöbeln, ein ideales Plätzchen für Sommerfreuden im Freien. Auf der Rückseite des Hauses liegt die Wohnung der Besitzer, die aber nur gelegentlich am Wochenende oder in den Ferien kommen. Aber auch sie haben ihren eigenen großen Garten, so dass keiner den anderen stört. Zur Wohnung im ersten Stock gelangt man über eine Außentreppe. Man kommt zuerst in eine schöne Küche im toskanischen Stil aus Holz mit Spülmaschine, daneben ist ein Wohnzimmer mit Doppelbettcouch und Essplatz. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Ehebett, das andere mit Stockbett, das man aber auch als zwei Einzelbetten aufstellen kann. Daneben ist ein Bad mit Waschmaschine, zusätzlich gibt es noch ein separates WC mit Handwaschbecken.  Man hat von hier oben einen fantastischen Ausblick über das Orciatal, an klaren Tagen sieht man Pienza und sogar Siena.
Der Umgang mit den Feriengästen machte den Besitzern so große Freude, dass sie beschlossen, ein weiteres Haus zu renovieren. Es liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite und wurde in zwei wunderschöne Wohnungen aufgeteilt, jede mit eigenem Eingang.

Fiordaliso Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Wohnbereich mit Holzeinbauküche (Spülmaschine), Essplatz und Doppelbettcouch vor dem offenen Kamin. Das Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, die man aber auch zusammenschieben kann. Hier besteht die Möglichkeit, kostenlos ein Zusatzbett aufzustellen. Im Duschbad ist auch eine Waschmaschine. Vom Wohnraum führen vier Stufen auf eine kleine Empore. Von dort kommt man auf einen Traum von Terrasse. Sie ist überdacht und von mehreren Libanon-Zedern gesäumt – Dialog zwischen Erholung und Natur. In allen Räumen sind die alten Holzbalkendecken erhalten, toskanisches Ambiente pur.

La Ginestra Auch hier ist es genauso hübsch und gemütlich wie in Il Fiordaliso. Man erreicht die Wohnung über eine schöne alte Steintreppe. Die Einteilung ist gleich, nur dass im Schlafzimmer ein Ehebett steht, so dass ein drittes Bett aus Platzgründen nicht möglich ist.
Auch hier gibt es eine große Terrasse, das Richtige für „Sterngucker“. Sie ist nicht gedeckt, aber direkt in das Dach eingelassen, umgeben von den Baumkronen der alten Zedern. Am Tage in der Sonne baden, bei Nacht unter den Sternen des Südens träumen – glückliche Erinnerungen für den Alltag.

Il Ciclamino Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoß und der Eingang geht in den Garten in Richtung Pool. Sowie Fiordaliso und Ginesta besteht auch Ciclamino aus 3 Zimmern: Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Doppelbettsofa und Esstisch; Küche mit Gaskochherd, elektrischem Ofen und Spülmaschine, Doppelbettzimmer und Bad mit Dusche. Aus der Küche und aus dem Wohnzimmer kommt man nach draußen.

Il Tulipano Wie in “La Ginestra” liegt auch in “Il Tulipano” der Eingang auf der Seite der kleinen asphaltierten Straße. Über eine alte Treppe kommt man in den ersten Stock mit einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke, links das Bad mit Dusche und rechts die Tür, die zu der großen Terrasse führt. Hier kann man einen wunderschönen Blick über das Orciatal genießen. Von Wohnzimmer aus über eine Treppe aus Cotto erreicht man den oberen Stock. Hier sind ein Zweibettzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche und ein Doppelbettzimmer.

Ein gewundener und eleganter im Garten eingebetteter Pool zu Verfügung aller Gäste wird die heißen Tage und die lauwarmen Nächte erfrischen, die für das Orciatal typisch sind.
