Una casa da sogno nella meravigliosa campagna collinare! Il Podere Capanna Rossa vi attende alla fine di una piccola e remota strada sterrata. La vecchia e grande fattoria è costruita in pietra locale ed è stata ristrutturata nel 2001, suddividendola in due grandiosi appartamenti. In realtà si potrebbe proprio parlare di due metà abitative, giacché sono poste l'una accanto all'altra con ingresso indipendente, ma ciascuna con tutte le caratteristiche originarie ben conservate. Il loro nome deriva dalle due stelle luminose che si vedono dalla terrazza e che, a dire dei proprietari, proteggono l'intero podere.
Dalla piscina (6x14), posta leggermente su un'altura, si apre un vasto panorama fra gli uliveti e le macchie. La piscina è aperta da metà Maggio a metà Settembre.

Sirio (Dx) E' la stella più luminosa e chiara nel cielo, così come chiare e luminose sono le stanze del primo appartamento. Per un'impressione generale di grande armonia sono già di notevole aiuto i soffitti a travi di legno e i pavimenti in pietra, tipici di queste zone. Si raggiunge dapprima il bellissimo soggiorno con zona cucina, zona pranzo ben accogliente, divano letto e camino, una stanza che, insomma, emana tranquillità e comfort. Ci sono qui due camere da letto matrimoniali, una delle quali con bagno privato, ed un bagno ulteriore.

 PODERE CAPANNA ROSSA A dream house in the beautiful Tuscan hill country. Podere Capanna Rossa is at the end of a narrow country road. The old, large farm was built in local stone. It was refurbished in 2001 and divided into two beautiful flats with independent entrances, although, being the flats one next to the other, the have retained their original structure and characteristics. Their names come from two famous stars which that can be seen from the terrace and that, according to the owners, protect the place.
From the swimming pool (6x14m), which is an a high ground, you can enjoy the most beautiful view on olive groves and thickets. The pool is opened from middle May to middle September.

Sirio (on the right) The Sirio flat rooms are as bright as the famous star which is supposed to be the brightest star in the sky. The harmony of the flat is enhanced by the wood beam ceilings and the stone floors that are typical of that area. There is a beautiful living room with cooking facilities, a comfortable dining area, a sofa bed, and a fireplace. A typical country house room where you will be able to relax and be happy. There are also two double bedrooms, one of them with a private bathroom. There is also another bathroom.

 PODERE CAPANNA ROSSA Ein Traumhaus im wunderschönen Hügelland! Das Podere Capanna rossa erwartet Sie am Ende einer kleinen, abgelegenen Staubstrasse. Das große, alte Bauernhaus ist aus Naturstein erbaut, wurde 2001 renoviert und in zwei großzügige Wohneinheiten aufgeteilt, eigentlich könnte man sagen Doppelhaushälften, da sie nebeneinander liegen, jede mit eigenem Eingang. Sie wurden nach zwei Sternen benannt, die man von der Terrasse aus sieht und die das Podere - nach Ansicht der Besitzer - beschützen. Vom hochgelegenen, harmonisch in die Landschaft eingefügten Schwimmbad (6x14m), eröffnet sich ein weites Panorama über Olivenhaine und Waldflecken. Der Pool ist geöffnet von Mitte Mai bis Mitte September.

Sirio (Es) Es ist der hellste Stern am Himmel und so hell und freundlich sind hier auch die mit Licht erfüllten Räume. Für einen harmonischen Gesamteindruck sorgen die traditionellen Holzbalkendecken und Steinfussböden. Man kommt zuerst in den schönen Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile, einladendem Essplatz, Bettcouch und offenem Kamin, ein Raum, der Ruhe und Behaglichkeit ausstrahlt. Es gibt hier zwei Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett, eines davon mit eigenem Bad, und ein weiteres Badezimmer.
