Una casa da sogno nella meravigliosa campagna collinare! Il Podere Capanna Rossa vi attende alla fine di una piccola e remota strada sterrata. La vecchia e grande fattoria è costruita in pietra locale ed è stata ristrutturata nel 2001, suddividendola in due grandiosi appartamenti. In realtà si potrebbe proprio parlare di due metà abitative, giacché sono poste l'una accanto all'altra con ingresso indipendente, ma ciascuna con tutte le caratteristiche originarie ben conservate. Il loro nome deriva dalle due stelle luminose che si vedono dalla terrazza e che, a dire dei proprietari, proteggono l'intero podere.
Dalla piscina (6x14), posta leggermente su un'altura, si apre un vasto panorama fra gli uliveti e le macchie. La piscina è aperta da metà Maggio a metà Settembre.

Venere (Sx) Questo pianeta è conosciuto nella tradizione occidentale come "stella della sera" o "del mattino" e nella mitologia si trattava anche della dea protettrice dei giardini. Qui è esattamente tutto come nell'altro appartamento, ad eccezione della scala a vista che porta ad un piano superiore, ma che non prosegue, giacché la mansarda verrà sviluppata solo fra qualche anno. In ognuno degli appartamenti ci sono una lavatrice, un televisore satellitare ed un barbecue. Su richiesta può essere aperta una porta di comunicazione così da poter utilizzare entrambe le unità abitative, ideale per famiglie amiche che decidono di trascorrere insieme le vacanze, o per un gruppo più numeroso. L'ampia terrazza in ombra per il tetto che la copre, si estende per tutto il lato frontale della casa ed è perciò divisa in due, in modo da dare ad entrambi gli appartamenti il proprio spazio all'aperto. Da qui si può godere di una splendida vista in particolare alla sera, quando di lontano si scorgono le luci di Grosseto. Qui a Podere Capanna Rossa, un po' appartati dal resto del mondo, in una campagna solitaria e silente, tuttavia vicinissimi al mare e alla città di Grosseto, si possono veramente combinare una vacanza di relax con quella d'avventura.

 A dream house in the beautiful Tuscan hill country. Podere Capanna Rossa is at the end of a narrow country road. The old, large farm was built in local stone. It was refurbished in 2001 and divided into two beautiful flats with independent entrances, although, being the flats one next to the other, the have retained their original structure and characteristics. Their names come from two famous stars which that can be seen from the terrace and that, according to the owners, protect the place.
From the swimming pool (6x14m), which is an a high ground, you can enjoy the most beautiful view on olive groves and thickets. The pool is opened from middle May to middle September.

Venere (on the left) This planet is traditionally known as the "Evening Star", or "Morning Star", and, in mythology, Venus also protected gardens. This flat is exactly like Sirio, except for the external staircase that leads to the upper floor. The mansard flat has not been refurbished yet. Both flats have got a washing machine, satellite television and a Bar-B-Q. On request, a door can be opened in case people should rent the two flats together. The place is therefore also ideal for two families of friends who decide to spend their holidays together, or for a very large family. The large terrace is covered by a roof and therefore a shadowy place ideal to relax. It extends itself along the whole length of the front of the house and is divided into two parts, so that each flat has its own space in the open. You can enjoy an incredible view from there, especially at night time, when you can see Grosseto - with all its lights - from a distance. At Podere Capanna Rossa, far from the busy routine and city noise, in a solitary and silent countryside, and yet near the sea and the town of Grosseto, you will be able to spend a perfect holiday.

 PODERE CAPANNA ROSSA Ein Traumhaus im wunderschönen Hügelland! Das Podere Capanna rossa erwartet Sie am Ende einer kleinen, abgelegenen Staubstrasse. Das große, alte Bauernhaus ist aus Naturstein erbaut, wurde 2001 renoviert und in zwei großzügige Wohneinheiten aufgeteilt, eigentlich könnte man sagen Doppelhaushälften, da sie nebeneinander liegen, jede mit eigenem Eingang. Sie wurden nach zwei Sternen benannt, die man von der Terrasse aus sieht und die das Podere - nach Ansicht der Besitzer - beschützen. Vom hochgelegenen, harmonisch in die Landschaft eingefügten Schwimmbad (6x14m), eröffnet sich ein weites Panorama über Olivenhaine und Waldflecken. Der Pool ist geöffnet von Mitte Mai bis Mitte September.

Venere Dieser Planet ist bei uns als Venus oder noch besser als Morgen- und Abendstern bekannt, in der Mythologie als altitalienische Gartengöttin. Als solche ist sie im Capanna rossa für das Grundstück zuständig. Im Il Venere ist alles identisch wie vorher beschrieben, nur dass hier eine Scheintreppe nach oben führt, da geht es aber nicht weiter, denn das Dachgeschoss wird erst in einigen Jahren ausgebaut.
Für beide Wohnungen gibt es jeweils eine Waschmaschine, Fernseher mit SAT-Antenne und Gartengrill. Auf Wunsch kann eine Verbindungstüre geöffnet werden, so dass man beide Wohneinheiten zusammen benützen kann, was sicher bei befreundeten Familien oder einer größeren Gruppe vorteilhaft ist. Die breite, von einem Dach beschattete Terrasse geht über die gesamte Vorderfront des Hauses, ist aber wiederum in zwei separate Bereiche gegliedert. Von hier hat man eine schöne Aussicht, besonders am Abend, wenn man in der Ferne die Lichter von Grosseto sieht. Hier im Podere Capanna rossa, abgelegen und still in ländlicher Umgebung und trotzdem nahe am Meer und Grosseto, kann man Erholung und Erlebnisurlaub kombinieren.
