La casa si trova in pianura a ca. 10 km dalla spiaggia di Marina di Grosseto ed offre una bella vista sulle colline circostanti.  La casa dispone di ogni comfort ed è circondata da un giardino recintato di ca. 3.000 metri quadri: un vero paradiso. Ci sono cespugli di lavanda, di rosmarino, olivi centenari e rose. Immersa nel verde si trova la piscina (con trampolino) che misura 6x12 (con profondità variabile da 1,2 a 2,4 m, dunque è necessario che i genitori non lascino mai soli i bambini quando questi giocano intorno alla piscina). Per accedere  alla proprietà vi è un cancello elettrico e nel car-porter si possono posteggiare comodamente fino a 4 auto.
Veniamo adesso alla casa la cui superficie è di 190 mq. Due lati della casa offrono la possibilità di sedersi sotto il porticato. Entrando, a piano terra, si trova un grande soggiorno con camino e televisione con impianto satellitare e la cucina in muratura con lavastoviglie. Accanto alla cucina troviamo un bagno con doccia. 
Dalla sala, per mezzo di una porta a vetri, si accede ad una piccola loggia (delle dimensioni di 3,50x3,30 m) trasformata in camera con due letti singoli senza armadio e con una grande vetrata (da cui si gode una bellissima vista del giardino e della piscina).
Per mezzo di una scala si accede poi al primo piano dove troviamo 2 camere matrimoniali, un bagno con doccia e una terza camera con  4 letti singoli di cui 3 a castello. Il letto che si trova più in alto è adatto solamente a bambini il cui peso non sia superiore a 45 kg. I 4 letti appena descritti non possono essere spostati nelle altre camere.
Una delle due camere matrimoniali ha l’accesso ad una piccola terrazza panoramica.
Per i più piccoli vi sono a disposizione 2 culle. La casa è arredata con amore e con gusto.
Nella zona giardino, vicino alla piscina, c’è uno spogliatoio con all’interno un bagno con doccia ed una lavatrice. Inoltre, se volete mangiare all’aperto (sempre vicino alla piscina) vi è un gazebo con il BBQ ed il forno dove cuocere le pizze.
Stare in terrazza o sotto la pergola in giardino, stare sdraiati in piscina a prendere il sole o seduti su una panchina accanto al muro di casa ….. è sempre un piacere.
I proprietari, persone molto gentili, abitano in un fabbricato annesso con ingresso indipendente, per  non disturbare gli ospiti. In “Casa-Il Cristo” vivono due gatti, per questo motivo non vengono accettati i cani.
Un vacanza  in questa casa offre davvero qualcosa di speciale.

 The house in on a plain about 10 km from the beach of Marina di Grosseto and has a beautiful view on the nearby hills. It has got all comforts and is surrounded by a fenced garden of about 3.000 sq m : a real Eden. There are lavender and  rosemary bushes, one hundred-year-old olive trees and roses. There is also a swimming pool with a trampoline (which is 6x12m and with a depth from 1.2m to 2.4m) surrounded by vegetation. It is therefore necessary for parents not to leave their children unattended when playing around the swimming pool.
There is  also an electric gate at the entrance of the property and a car park which can host up to 4 cars comfortably.
The house is about 190 sq m. There is a porch on two sides of the house where you can sit. When you get in, on the ground floor, there is a large living room, with a fireplace and Sat TV, and the stone kitchen with a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen, there is a bathroom with a shower.
From the living room, by a glass-door, you have access to a small portico which has been turned into a bed room (3,50x3,30 m) with two single beds where there is no wardrobe but with a large glass window from which you can enjoy a beautiful view over the garden and the swimming pool.
A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a third  bedroom with four beds  (three of which are bunk beds ). The upper bed is suitable only for children weighing not more than 45 kg. The above said beds cannot be moved to the other bedrooms.
One of the two double bedrooms has got a French window opening onto a small terrace with a panoramic view.
There are also two cradles. The house is furnished with very good taste. In the garden area, near the pool, there is a dressing room with a bathroom (with a shower) and a washing machine. Besides, if you want to eat  outside (near the pool), there is a gazebo with a Bar-B-Q and an oven to bake pizza.
Sitting on the terrace or under the pergola in the garden, sunbathing next to the pool or sitting on a bench next the house wall is really a pleasure.
The owners, who are very friendly people, live in an annexe with an independent entrance not to disturb guests.
At “Il Cristo” there are two cats, this is why dogs are not welcome.

 Dieses Haus liegt nur ca. 10 km vom Strand von Marina di Grosseto entfernt in der Ebene, mit wunderschönem Blick auf die umliegenden Hügel. Es ist ein Wohlfühlhaus und liegt in einem ca. 3000 qm grossen, eingezäunten Garten, ein wahres Paradies. Lavendel, Rosmarin, alte knorrige Olivenbäume, Rosen und mittendrin eingebettet der Pool mit Sprungbrett (6x12m, Tiefe von 1,2 bis 2,4 m). Es ist wichtig, dass Eltern ihre Kinder nicht unbeaufsichtigt am Pool spielen lassen. Zum Grundstück kommt man durch ein elektrisches Tor und unter dem Car-Port können bis zu 4 Autos parkieren.
Nun zum Haus: Es hat eine Wohnfläche von 190 qm. Auf beiden Seiten sind wunderschöne, durch ein Vordach gedeckte Sitzplätze angebracht. Durch den Eingang im Erdgeschoss kommt man in ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Fernseher mit SAT-Empfang sowie eine sehr schöne Steinküche mit Spülmaschine. Neben der Küche ist ein Bad mit Dusche.
Vom Wohnzimmer aus kommt man durch eine Fenstertüre in eine kleine Loggia mit zwei Einzelbetten ohne Schrank (Größe 3,50x3,30 m) mit einem großen Fenster, von wo aus man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Garten und das Schwimmbad genießen kann. Über eine Treppe kommt man in den ersten Stock mit zwei Doppelbettzimmern, einer Dusche und einem dritten Zimmer mit 4 Einzelbetten, wovon 3 Stockbetten. Das oberste Bett eignet sich nur für Kinder nicht über 45 kg. Die vier soeben beschriebenen Betten  können nicht in andere Zimmer verlegt werden.
Von einem der beiden Doppelschlafzimmer kommt man auf eine kleine Terrasse mit  Panoramaausblick. Für die Kleinen stehen zwei Wiegen zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist mit viel Geschmack und Liebe eingerichtet.
Im Garten, in Nähe des Pools, hat es einen Umkleideraum mit Dusche und einer Wasch- maschine. Falls Sie draußen essen wollen finden Sie (immer in Nähe des Pools) einen Gazebo mit BBQ und Pizzaofen.
Ob Sie die Terrasse beim Haus wählen oder die Sitzgruppe unter der Pergola im Garten bevorzugen, ob Sie lieber auf dem Bänkchen an der Hauswand oder die Sonnenliegen am Pool zu Ihrem Lieblingsplatz machen – es ist immer ein Genuss.
Die Besitzer, sehr angenehm mit ihrer freundlichen Art, wohnen in einem Anbau mit eigenem Eingang auf dem Grundstück, sodass die Gäste nicht gestört werden.
In Il Cristo leben zwei Katzen, darum sind Hunde nicht erlaubt.
