Cerri Alti è in una posizione da sogno, il mare è vicino e facilemente raggiungibile e tuttavia qui si trova la tranquillità e la solitudine che si desiderano in una vacanza riposante. Dal giardino e dalla terrazza si ha una vista fantastica sul paesaggio collinare toscano sino al mare.
Dalla terrazza si entra dapprima nel comodo soggiorno con divano e poltrone, televisione (con collegamento SAT) e caminetto. Accanto si trova un forno da pizza che putroppo non funziona, poiché il muratore ha fatto un errore, ma ha un bell'aspetto e crea un bell'ambiente. Oltre il forno, che funge quasi da divisorio, si trova una accogliente zona pranzo e infine un angolo cottura. Dall'altra parte, oltre il divano, il grande soggiorno è separato con una tenda doppia, così che questa stanza può essere utilizzata come terza camera da letto. Dal soggiorno si va a destra in un corridoio. Da qui si accede alle due camere da letto e ai due bagni. Il giardino è un paradiso: grill, doccia esterna, piscina (6x12 m), sedie a sdraio, parcheggio e fiori,fiori,fiori………….La piscina viene talvolta usata anche dal proprietario, ma spesso non ha tempo a causa del molto lavoro nell'azienda agricola. Naturalmente i proprietari hanno il loro giardino separato, così che gli ospiti non vengono mai disturbati. Per il resto si tratta di una famiglia veramente gentile,che si può solo apprezzare dato che fa di tutto per far star bene i propri ospiti.

 This is a particularly beautiful offer. Cerri Alti is located in dream place, with the sea nearby and easily reachable. Yet, you can find there the peace and solitude that you need when you are looking for a relaxing holiday! From the garden and terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view on the hilly Tuscan countryside that stretches as far as the sea. From the terrace you get to the living comfy room where there is a sofa and armchairs, a TV set with a SAT connection, and a fireplace. Next to it there is a pizza oven, which, unfortunately, is not working yet, as the bricklayer made a mistake while making it. However, it looks nice and makes the atmosphere even more Tuscan style. This oven sort of divides the living room area from the dining room area and the cooking facilities that are on the left. The large living room has got a double curtain behind the sofa. The area behind the curtain can be used as another bedroom as there are two twin beds. From the living room, you go to a corridor on the right. This leads to the two bedrooms and to the bathroom. The garden is a real Eden! There is a B-B-Q, a shower, a swimming pool (6 x 12m), deck chairs, a parking area and lots of beautiful flowers!!! The swimming pool is sometimes used by the owner too, but very rarely as he is very busy with his farm work. The owner has got his own private garden, so guests are never disturbed. The owner's family is really friendly. They try their best to make guest feel at home!

 Dies ist ein besonders schönes Angebot! Cerri Alti hat eine Traumlage, das Meer ist nahe und leicht erreichbar und trotzdem findet man hier die Stille und Abgeschiedenheit, die man sich für erholsame Urlaubstage wünscht. Vom Garten und der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick über die toskanische Hügellandschaft bis hin zum Meer. Von der Terrasse kommt man zuerst in den gemütlichen Wohnraum mit Sitzgruppe, Fernseher (mit SAT-Empfang) und offenem Kamin. Daneben ist ein dekorativer Pizzabackofen, der leider nicht funktioniert, weil der Maurer einen Fehler gemacht hat, aber er sieht gut aus und macht ein schönes Ambiente. Nach dem Pizzabackofen, der quasi als Raumteiler fungiert, kommt dann ein heimeliger Essplatz und anschließend eine Küchenzeile. Auf der anderen Seite, nach der Sitzgruppe, ist der große Wohnraum durch einen doppelten Vorhang abgeteilt, so dass dieser Raum als drittes Schlafzimmer genutzt werden kann. Vom Wohnbereich geht es dann rechts in einen Flur. Von dort kommt man in die zwei Schlafzimmer und in die zwei Bäder. Der Garten ist ein Paradies - Grill, Gartendusche, Pool (6x12 m), Sonnenliegen, Autoabstellplatz und Blumen, Blumen, Blumen ... Das Schwimmbad wird manchmal von den Besitzern mitbenutzt, aber meist bleibt wegen der vielen Arbeit in der Landwirtschaft keine Zeit. Selbstverständlich haben die Besitzer ihren eigenen, abgegrenzten Garten, so dass die Gäste nie gestört werden. Im übrigen ist es eine ganz liebe Familie, die man gern haben muss, da sie alles tut, damit sich der Gast wohl fühlt.
