La casa di Benito si trova su un colle che dista ca 1 km da Paganico. Al piano terreno Benito ha costruito un delizioso appartamento per 4 persone ed è un padrone di casa premuroso che, se necessario, mette a disposizione gratis un letto chiudibile per un'altra persona. Davanti alla casa si trova una bella terrazza immersa nei fiori ed un'altra davanti ad una camera da letto. Ma in realtà questo non è importante, perché per la maggior parte del tempo sarete da soli in casa. La moglie di Benito, Rosalba, lavora e lui è nella vigna o nei campi. L'appartamento ha due camere da letto, ciascuna per due persone, un bagno e un soggiorno con angolo cottura. Troverete anche una lavatrice a vostra disposizione. In una piccola cassaforte potrete depositare i vostri oggetti di valore. L'appartamento ha il riscaldamento centralizzato ed è perciò adatto per ogni stagione. Si può consigliare anche a coloro che desiderano viaggiare con i mezzi pubblici perché da Paganico è possibile andare in ogni direzione con il treno o con l'autobus.

 Benito's house is on a hill about 1 km from Paganico. There is a nice flat for four people on the ground floor. Benito is a very friendly person who, if necessary, can give you a free extra cot for another person. Anyway, you will be alone most of the time in the flat, as Benito's wife, Rosalba, works, and he is in his vineyard or in the fields all day. There is a beautiful terrace, full of flowers, at the front of the house. One of the bedrooms has got a French window that opens onto another terrace. Actually, the bedrooms are two, each for two people. The flat has got also a bathroom and a living room with cooking facilities. There is a small safe box too, where you can leave your most valuable things. The flat has got central heating and is therefore equipped for all seasons! It is suitable also for people who want to use public transportation, as, in Paganico, there are buses and trains going almost everywhere.

 Benitos Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe, ca. 1 km von Paganico entfernt. Er hat im Erdgeschoss eine reizende Wohnung für 4 Personen ausgebaut. Benito ist ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber und stellt bei Bedarf ein Gästeklappbett für eine weitere Person kostenlos zur Verfügung. Vor dem Haus ist eine schöne, in Blumen eingebettete Terrasse und eine weitere vor einem der Schlafzimmer. Aber eigentlich ist das nicht wichtig, denn Sie sind meist alleine am Haus. Benitos Frau Rosalba arbeitet und er ist im Weinberg oder auf dem Felde. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer für je 2 Personen, ein Bad und einen Wohnraum mit einer Kochnische. In einem Safe können Sie Ihre Wertsachen deponieren. Die Wohnung hat Zentralheizung und ist daher für jede Jahreszeit geeignet. Auch für Personen, die mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreisen möchten, kann man sie empfehlen, denn von Paganico können Sie in alle Richtungen per Bahn und Bus reisen.
