Questa azienda si trova a soli 10 km da Grosseto e a circa 15 dal mare su una collina nel mezzo a vecchi e meravigliosi olivi - un paradiso. Si può scegliere qui fra tre offerte in un certo modo diverse fra loro con una caratteristica comune - sono tutte armoniose. Affittiamo da decenni e ancora non abbiamo ricevuto reclami - questo parla da solo. I proprietari, simpatici e disponibili, creano per i loro ospiti sempre un'ottima atmosfera. Il prato viene tagliato, quando gli ospiti si assentano, la piscina pulita mentre gli ospiti dormono ancora… Possiamo garantire qui, che è sempre tutto a posto. La piscina di forma ovale (6x12m), circondata da fiori e molto verde, è in comune agli ospiti del "Il Frantoio"e "Le Nuove Ginestre".

Il Poggio Solo descrivere questa piccola e squisita casa di ferie è un piacere. E' come creata per individui che amano le cose particolari. Il Poggio è circondato da un bel terreno recintato. Per le auto c'è un posto all'ombra di una pergola. Per i piccoli ospiti c'è un'altalena e per gli amanti della tavola c'è anche qui un grill in muratura. A fianco alla casa c'è un porticato. Si può sedere qui "sotto un tetto" con il brutto tempo o con l'afa. Dall'ingresso si arriva alla sala con una bella cucina in muratura e un bell'angolo per mangiare. Anche qui c'è la tv col satellite. A sinistra c'è un'intima e incantevole camera, ideale per lunghi sonni senza pressione del tempo e della sveglia. Accanto c'è un bagno carino. A destra del soggiorno c'è la cosa più bella, una sala da giardino: una parte del porticato è stato chiuso con pareti in vetro (2,5x3 m). Questa stanza è raggiungibile dal soggiorno e, con il divano letto e le belle tende, diventa di notte una bella camera oltre che una stanza in più di giorno. La presenza di aria condizionata allieterà le vostre giornate estive. Lavastoviglie e lavatrice renderanno più piacevoli le vacanze delle signore… Una piscina circolare di 5 m all'interno del giardino rende veramente unica quest'abitazione.

 This farm is only 10 km far from Grosseto and only 15 km from the sea. It is on a hill, amid old and beautiful olive trees : a paradise. You can choose one of three houses, each quite different from one another, but with a common characteristic: they are all comfortable. We have been renting the place for years and nobody has ever complained. That speaks for itself! The owners, nice and helpful, make their guests always at their ease. The grass is mown while the guests are out on a trip; the swimming pool is cleaned while they are still sleeping…we can guarantee that everything is always perfect there. The oval swimming pool (6 x 12m) is surrounded by flowers and plants and is shared by the guests of "Il Frantoio" and "Le Nuove Ginestre".

Il Poggio Describing this small and exquisite holiday house is a pleasure. It seems as if it was built for people who like very special things. The house is set on a large fenced area. There is a parking place for cars under a pergola. Children have a swing at their disposal. There is also a stone grill for people who love cooking. There is a porch next to the house where you can sit when it rains or when it is very hot. From the hall you get straight to the living room, which has a beautiful built in stone kitchen and a dining area. There is Sat TV here too. There is a charming bedroom on the left, which is ideal to sleep late without worrying about time and alarm clocks! There is a nice bathroom next to it and, to its left, the most beautiful part of the house : the porch, part of which has been closed with glass walls (2.5 x 3m) and has been changed into a sort of "garden living room". You can reach it from the living room, and, with its sofa bed and its curtains, it can be used, at night time, as a bedroom. The house has got air conditioning too, so you will not have any problems during the summer months. Il Poggio is also equipped with a dish washer and a washing machine. The garden round pool, with a diameter of 5,5 m, makes this house unique.

 Diese "Azienda" liegt nur 10 km von Grosseto und ca. 15 km vom Meer entfernt auf einem Hügel inmitten alter, wunderschöner Olivenbäume - ein Paradies. Man kann hier wählen zwischen drei in ihrer Art sehr unterschiedlichen Angeboten mit einer Gemeinsamkeit - sie sind alle wundervoll harmonisch. Wir vermieten schon über ein Jahrzehnt und es hat noch nie die kleinste Reklamation gegeben - das alleine spricht für sich. Die Besitzer, überaus sympathisch und hilfsbereit, schaffen unauffällig im Hintergrund für ihre Gäste immer eine Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre. Der Rasen wird gemäht, wenn die Gäste Ausflüge machen, der Pool gewartet, wenn die Gäste noch schlafen ... Wir können hier garantieren, dass immer alles vorbildlich ist. Ein ovaler Pool (6x12), eingebettet in Blumen und viel Grün, steht zu Verfügung der Gästen von "Il Frantoio" und "Le Nuove Ginestre".

Il Poggio Dieses kleine, exquisite Ferienhaus zu beschreiben, ist alleine schon eine Freude. Es ist wie geschaffen für Individualisten, die das Besondere lieben. Il Poggio ist umgeben von einem schönen, eingezäunten Grundstück. Für das Auto steht ein schattiger Abstellplatz unter einer Pergola bereit. Auf die kleinen Gäste wartet eine Schaukel und für Tafelfreuden im Freien sorgt auch hier ein gemauerter Grill. Über eine Längsseite des Hauses zieht sich eine überdachte Terrasse. Man kann hier auch bei schlechtem Wetter oder bei großer Hitze bequem "unter Dach" sitzen.
Vom Vorzimmer kommt man zuerst in das Wohnzimmer mit einer schönen, gemauerten Einbauküche und einem gemütlichen Essplatz. Auch hier steht natürlich ein Fernseher mit SAT. Links liegt ein bezauberndes intimes Schlafzimmer, ideal für langes Ausschlafen ohne Zeitdruck und Wecker. Daneben ist ein hübsches Badezimmer. Rechts vom Wohnzimmer ist eigentlich das Schönste - ein kleiner "Sala da Giardino", also ein kleiner Gartensalon. Es wurde hier ein Stück der überdachten Terrasse (2,5x3 m) mit Glaswänden abgetrennt. Dieser Raum ist vom Wohnzimmer aus begehbar und mit der Doppelbettcouch und den hübschen Vorhängen ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer bei Nacht und auch ein sehr nettes zusätzliches Wohnzimmer bei Tag. Eine Klimaanlage gibt an heißen Sommertagen Erleichterung. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine werden den Urlaub für die Damen angenehmer machen…. Ein runder Pool im Garten von 5 m Durchmesser macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig.
