Questa azienda si trova a soli 10 km da Grosseto e a circa 15 dal mare su una collina nel mezzo a vecchi e meravigliosi olivi - un paradiso. Si può scegliere qui fra tre offerte in un certo modo diverse fra loro con una caratteristica comune - sono tutte armoniose. Affittiamo da decenni e ancora non abbiamo ricevuto reclami - questo parla da solo. I proprietari, simpatici e disponibili, creano per i loro ospiti sempre un'ottima atmosfera. Il prato viene tagliato, quando gli ospiti si assentano, la piscina pulita mentre gli ospiti dormono ancora… Possiamo garantire qui, che è sempre tutto a posto. La piscina di forma ovale (6x12m), circondata da fiori e molto verde, è in comune agli ospiti del "Il Frantoio"e "Le Nuove Ginestre".

Le Ginestre Una casa per le vacanze come si sogna. E' posta a fianco de Il Frantoio ma un muro ed un'aiuola la separa da quest'ultima e garantisce un ottimo grado di privacy. L'ingresso principale si trova sul retro. Da qui, per mezzo di scalette in tufo si passa dal posteggio al giardino recintato. Il soggiorno è caratterizzato da angolo cottura con forno, frigorifero con congelatore, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, Tv-Sat, ampio tavolo e divano. Dal soggiorno si accede, per mezzo di una portafinestra, al porticato con travi in legno da cui si gode una meravigliosa vista della piscina sottostante e della città di Grosseto. Una porta separa il soggiorno dal reparto notte caratterizzato da due bagni con doccia e tre camere da letto: due con letto matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli. All'occorrenza e con un piccolo "extra" è possibile aggiungere un letto singolo. Tutto l'arredamento esprime buon gusto e rende l'abitazione calda e accogliente.

 This farm is only 10 km far from Grosseto and only 15 km from the sea. It is on a hill, amid old and beautiful olive trees : a paradise. You can choose one of three houses, each quite different from one another, but with a common characteristic: they are all comfortable. We have been renting the place for years and nobody has ever complained. That speaks for itself! The owners, nice and helpful, make their guests always at their ease. The grass is mown while the guests are out on a trip; the swimming pool is cleaned while they are still sleeping…we can guarantee that everything is always perfect there. The oval swimming pool (6 x 12m) is surrounded by flowers and plants and is shared by the guests of "Il Frantoio" and "Le Nuove Ginestre".

Le Ginestre It is a dream house for your holidays. It is next to Il Frantoio from which it is separated by a wall and a flower bed. That guarantees a high degree of privacy. The main entrance is at the back. From there, by climbing a tuff staircase, you get from the parking area to the fenced garden. The living room has got cooking facilities and an oven, a fridge (with a freezer) a dishwasher, a washing machine, a large table and a sofa. From the living room you get to the wooden beamed porch, through a French window. You can enjoy a wonderful view from there, over the swimming pool below and over the town of Grosseto. The night area is separated from the living room by a door. In this part of the house there are two bathrooms with a shower, and three bedrooms : two of which have got a double bed and one has got twin beds. In case of need, and by paying a little extra charge, one more bed can be added. All the furniture has been chosen with good taste and that makes the place comfy and relaxing.

 Diese "Azienda" liegt nur 10 km von Grosseto und ca. 15 km vom Meer entfernt auf einem Hügel inmitten alter, wunderschöner Olivenbäume - ein Paradies. Man kann hier wählen zwischen drei in ihrer Art sehr unterschiedlichen Angeboten mit einer Gemeinsamkeit - sie sind alle wundervoll harmonisch. Wir vermieten schon über ein Jahrzehnt und es hat noch nie die kleinste Reklamation gegeben - das alleine spricht für sich. Die Besitzer, überaus sympathisch und hilfsbereit, schaffen unauffällig im Hintergrund für ihre Gäste immer eine Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre. Der Rasen wird gemäht, wenn die Gäste Ausflüge machen, der Pool gewartet, wenn die Gäste noch schlafen ... Wir können hier garantieren, dass immer alles vorbildlich ist. Ein ovaler Pool (6x12), eingebettet in Blumen und viel Grün, steht zu Verfügung der Gästen von "Il Frantoio" und "Le Nuove Ginestre".

Le Ginestre Ein Ferienhaus, wie man es sich wünscht. Es liegt neben dem Haus "Il Frantoio", aber es ist durch eine Wand und ein Blumenbett davon getrennt, daher ist die Privatsphäre garantiert. Der Haupteingang befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Von hier aus geht man über eine Tuffsteintreppe vom Autoabstellplatz zum eingezäunten Garten. Im Wohnraum befinden sich ein großer Tisch, ein Sofa, TV-Sat und eine Küchenzeile mit Herd, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Vom Wohnraum aus kommt man durch eine Terrassentür zu der überdachten Terrasse. Von hier genießt man einen schönen Blick auf den unterliegenden Pool und auf die Stadt Grosseto. Eine Tür trennt den Wohnraum vom Schlafbereich, der über zwei Duschbäder und drei Schlafzimmer verfügt: Zwei Zimmer mit Doppelbett und eins mit zwei einzelnen Betten. Bei Bedarf ist es möglich gegen einen geringen Aufpreis ein Zusatzbett dazu zu stellen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und macht das Haus warm und angenehm.
