In una stupenda zona dell'alta Maremma, a breve distanza dal Monte Amiata, a circa 45 km dal mare ed a circa 17 km da Montalcino si trova l'azienda "Gli Assolati". Immersa nei suoi 103 ha (di cui 3 di vigneto, e 3 di oliveto) l'azienda si compone dell'abitazione padronale (a circa 20 mt dal rustico che viene affittato), delle stalle, magazzini e dal bellissimo casale in pietra che misura circa 300 mq.
Una piccola strada sterrata divide il casale dalla casa padronale. Comunque sono poche le auto che transitano su questa strada.
Un giardino con piante e fiori abbraccia i tre lati dall'abitazione. A pochi metri si trova anche una vecchia rimessa in pietra che è stata ristrutturata e destinata ad accogliere dei tavoli, delle sedie ed un tavolo da ping-pong.
A piano terra Loriano e Daniela, i proprietari, dispongono di una sala per le degustazioni dove far assaggiare ai loro ospiti l'olio extra vergine di oliva ed il vino D.O.C., Sangiovese e Riserva che producono.
"Gli Assolati", il grande rustico che viene affittato, si compone in realtà di due abitazioni comunicanti fra di loro, poste entrambe al primo piano e da cui si può accedere per mezzo di due scalinate situate all'inizio ed alla fine del casolare. Una delle due rampe di scale termina con un loggiato. L'abitazione dispone di una grande sala con camino e tavolo sufficientemente ampia (40mq) da poter contenere 12-14 ospiti. Conta due cucine, sei camere da letto matrimoniali, 5 bagni con doccia ed un bagno con vasca/doccia. Una delle camere matrimoniali è ubicata nella stanza di passaggio fra le due case di cui si compone questa grande abitazione. Dunque chi volesse andare nell'altra casa, nel caso in cui non volesse disturbare chi dorme in questa stanza, dovrebbe scendere le scale ed uscire all'esterno.
La stupenda vista delle tipiche colline toscane circostanti vi rilasserà e vi farà amare questa abitazione come nessun'altra.

 "Gli Assolati" is located in one of the most beautiful northern areas of Maremma. The place is not far from Mount Amiata, only about 45 km from the sea and about 17 km from Montalcino. It is surrounded by 103 ha of land (3 of which with grapevines and 3 with olive trees) and it includes the owners' house (about 20 metres from the cottage to let ), the stables, the warehouses and a beautiful stone house of about 300 sq m.
A narrow unpaved road separates the cottage from the owners' house. Traffic is very scarce along that road, anyway.
The garden, with trees and flowers, runs along three sides of the house. There is also an old stone shed, a few metres from the house, which has been refurbished and which is furnished with a table and chairs ( and a ping-pong table too).
Loriano and Daniela, the owners, have a room downstairs where guests can sample the extra virgin oil and the RDO Sangiovese and Riserva wine they produce.
"Gli Assolati", the big cottage to let, is made up of two communicating flats, both on the first floor, which are reachable by two flights of stairs located at beginning and at the end of the cottage. There is a 40 sq m living room, with a fireplace and a dining table, which is large enough for 12-14 guests. There are also two kitchens, six double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with a tub and one with a tub/shower. One of the double bedrooms is in the room which separates the two flats. Therefore, if you wanted to go from one flat to the other, you would have to use the staircase not to disturb the people who might be sleeping in this room.
The magnificent view on the Tuscan hills surrounding the place will make you feel relaxed and love this residence.

In einer wunderschönen Zone der hohen Maremma, nicht weit weg vom Monte Amiata, ca. 45 km vom Meer und ca. 17 km von Montalcino entfernt befindet sich das Landgut "Gli Assolati". Eingebettet in seine 103 ha (3 davon Weinberge und 3 Olivenhaine) besteht das Landgut aus dem Besitzerhaus (ca. 20 m vom Landhaus, das vermietet wird), dem Stall, den Lagern und einem wunderschönen Steinhaus von 290 qm.
Eine kleine Schotterstraße trennt das Steinhaus vom Besitzerhaus. Es sind jedoch nur wenige Autos, die auf dieser Straße fahren.
Ein Garten mit Pflanzen und Blumen umfasst drei Seiten des Hauses. Wenige Meter davon entfernt befindet sich auch ein altes Lagerhaus aus Steinen, das renoviert worden ist, um Tische, Stühle und einen Pingpongtisch darin unterzubringen.
"Gli Assolati", das große Steinhaus, das vermietet wird, besteht eigentlich aus zwei im ersten Stock gelegenen Wohnungen mit einer Verbindung. Über zwei Treppen am Anfang und am Ende des Hauses gelangt man zu den Wohnungen. Eine der Treppen endet in einem Bogengang. Das Haus verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer (ca. 40 qm) mit Kamin und Tisch, wo man 12-14 Gäste unterbringen kann, zwei Küchen, 6 Doppelzimmer, 5 Bäder mit Duschen und ein Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche. Eines der Doppelzimmer befindet sich in dem Verbindungsraum zwischen den beiden Wohnungen. Daher muss man, um in die andere Wohnung zu gelangen ohne die Leute die in diesem Zimmer schlafen zu stören, die Treppe hinunter und hinausgehen.
