E’ un grazioso appartamento a piano terra con giardino recintato a circa 1.000 mt dal mare ed
a soli 800 mt dal centro del paese di Castiglione della Pescaia. Nel giardino è presente un BBQ. Si accede all’abitazione sia dal soggiorno che dalla camera matrimoniale.
La casa è ideale per 3 persone ma la presenza di un divano letto matrimoniale in soggiorno permette di ospitare anche 5 persone. Il soggiorno ha un angolo cottura, tavolo con sedie ed una Tv con ricevitore satellitare (puntata su Asta e Eutelsat). Dal soggiorno si accede ad una piccola stanza di passaggio dov’è presente un letto singolo.
Da questa piccola stanza si può accedere sia al bagno con doccia che alla camera matrimoniale.
Un tavolo con sedie posto sotto un piccolo porticato situato sul lato della porta-finestra della camera matrimoniale permette di fare colazione o cenare all’aperto.
L’abitazione ha un posto auto riservato a meno di 15 mt dall’ingresso del giardino.

 IL MAESTRALE This is a nice ground floor flat with a fenced garden about 1 km from the sea and only 800 m from Castiglione della Pescaia town centre. The garden has a B-B-Q. You can go into the flat both from the living room and the double bedroom.
It is ideal for three people, although a double sofa bed in the living room gives a chance of hosting up to 5 people. The living room has a cooking area, a table with chairs and SAT TV with a dish pointed towards Astra and Eutelsat. From the living room you get into a communicating room where there is a single bed.
From this room, you can get both into the bathroom with a shower and into the double bedroom.
There is a table under a small porch next to the bedroom French door. You can take your meals in the open air, under that lovely porch, if you want.
There is a reserved parking lot for your car less than 15 m from the garden entrance.

IL MAESTRALE Diese reizende Wohnung liegt ebenerdig in einem eingezäunten Garten, ca. 1000 mt vom Meer entfernt und nur 800 mt vom  Dorfkern von Castiglione della Pescaia. Den Garten erreicht man  sei es vom Wohnraum wie auch vom Doppelschlafzimmer aus und sie finden darin auch ein BBQ.  
Die Wohnung ist ideal für 3 Personen, doch durch das Doppelsofa im Wohnraum erlaubt sie auch eine Unterbringung von 5 Personen.
Sie hat eine Küchenzeile, einen Tisch mit Stühlen und einen SAT-TV (Asta und Eutelsat). Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangt man auch in ein kleines Einbettzimmer. Von diesem Zimmer aus kommt man  in die Dusche sowie ins Doppelschlafzimmer.
Vor dem Balkonfenster des Doppelschlafzimmers ist ein kleiner, offener Säulenraum (Portico) mit Tisch und Stühlen wo man gemütlich verweilen und essen kann.
Ca. 15 mt. vom Garteneingang befindet sich ein Parkplatz.
