State cercando una casa tranquilla, a soli 4 minuti (9 km dal mare), immersa nel verde di un oliveto, indipendente, completamente recintata con un grande porticato di 45 m²? "Il Boschetto" è l'abitazione che fa per voi.
Il proprietario è molto gentile ed ha come hobby la fotografia (tant'è che molte delle foto che vedete esposte ce le ha fornite lui). Lui vive a poca distanza dall'abitazione che affitta ma poiché lavora a Marina di Grosseto, non è quasi mai presente (dunque "Il Boschetto" offre un elevato grado di privacy).
L'abitazione dispone di un posto auto all'ombra. Il nome rispecchia appieno la sensazione che si ha una volta aver varcato il cancello: sembra di essere all'interno di un boschetto di olivi.
Un largo porticato con vicino un BBQ offre la possibilità di cucinare e gustare dell'ottima carne toscana alla brace.
L'interno dell'abitazione è molto curato. Il soggiorno si compone di un angolo cottura con cucina, tavolo, sedie e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. La sala dispone di divani ed un bel camino funzionante.
Attraversando un arco in mattoni si accede al reparto notte che è costituito da una bagno con doccia e tre camere da letto (rispettivamente con letto matrimoniale, letto doppio alla francese e letto singolo) con la possibilità di aggiungere, all'occorrenza, un letto singolo nella camerina più piccola.
In casa è presente anche una lavatrice.
I cani sono ben accetti ma vi preghiamo di non lasciarli soli in casa.
Siamo sicuri che "Il Boschetto " vi piacerà così tanto da prenotarlo anche l'anno successivo.

  IL BOSCHETTO If you are you looking for a quiet detached house, only a few minutes' drive from the sea (9 km), in the middle of an olive yard, totally fenced and with a large arcade of about 45 sq m, then "Il Boschetto" will suit you perfectly.
The owner is very kind and an amateur photographer (many of the photographs you will see hanging on the walls were taken by him). He lives near "Il Boschetto" but, as he works in Marina di Grosseto, he is almost always away and therefore you will enjoy a high degree of privacy.
The house has got a parking place in the shade. Its name suggests perfectly the way you feel once you cross the entrance gate: happy and relaxed surrounded by olive trees.
The large arcade and the near Bar-B-Q give guests a chance of cooking and eating the excellent Tuscan grilled meat in the open air.
The inside is very accurately furnished. The living room has got a cooking area with a table and chairs and all the necessary cooking equipment. There are also some sofas and a working fireplace.
A red brick arch separates the living room from the night area, where there is a bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms (respectively: one with a double bed, one with a French bed and the smaller bedroom with a single bed).
There is also a washing machine in the house.
Dogs are welcomed but they cannot be left alone inside.
We are positive you will like "Il Boschetto" a lot and that you will rent it again next year!!

 IL BOSCHETTO Sind Sie auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen Haus nur 9 km vom Meer entfernt, eingebettet in das Grün der Olivenbäume, unabhängig, eingezäunt und mit einer überdachten Terrasse von 45 m²? "Il Boschetto" ist dann wie für Sie gemacht.
Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und fotografiert aus Leidenschaft (viele Photos, die hier zu sehen sind, hat er gemacht). Er wohnt in der Nähe von "Il Boschetto", aber er arbeitet in Marina di Grosseto und ist daher während des Tages so gut wie nie anwesend.
Das Haus verfügt über einen Autoabstellplatz im Schatten. Der Name "Il Boschetto" (deut. "das Wäldchen") beschreibt das Gefühl, das man nach dem Durchschreiten des Tors hat: Man hat den Eindruck in einem kleinen Wald aus Olivenbäumen zu stehen…
Eine breite überdachte Terrasse mit einem Grill daneben bietet die Möglichkeit zum Grillen und zum Genießen.
Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist eine offene Küchenzeile mit Tisch, Stühlen und allem was man zum Kochen braucht. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich Sofas und ein schöner funktionsfähiger Kamin.
Durch einen gemauerten Bogen kommt man in den Schlafbereich, welcher aus einem Bad mit Dusche und drei Schlafzimmern (ein Doppelzimmer, ein Zimmer mit französischem Bett und ein Einzelzimmer) besteht. In dem Einzelzimmer ist es möglich ein Zusatzbett aufzustellen. Im Haus gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine.
Hunde sind sehr willkommen, sie dürfen aber nicht allein im Haus gelassen werden. Wir sind sicher, dass Sie wieder hierher kommen wollen.
