Il Crocino è un'affascinante casa per le vacanze situato in un bellissimo e curatissimo appezzamento. Dista soltanto 25 Km dal mare e 40 Km dalle cascate termali di Saturnia. Il Crocino si compone di due appartamenti completamente indipendenti posti su due piani ma entrambi accessibili da piano terra. Comunque, all'occorrenza, i due appartamenti possono divenire comunicanti grazie alla presenza di una scala a chiocciola che collega la cucina dell'app.to più grande ("Franca") con il soggiorno dell'app.to sottostante più piccolo ("Giovanni"). Dunque ideale per una grande famiglia od un gruppo di amici.

Giovanni Anche quest'abitazione dispone di un giardino recintato (ideale per chi vuol venire in vacanza con il cane), di un'entrata indipendente ed di un ampio porticato da cui si gode di un'ottima vista della vallata sottostante. Dal porticato, munito di mobili da giardino, si accede ad un ampio soggiorno. Appena entrati troverete alla vostra destra la scala a chiocciola che conduce all'altro app.to e vicino un divano letto matrimoniale, sulla sinistra un forno per preparare delle ottime pizze, un apposito barbecue studiato dal proprietario per cucinare alla griglia ed un bellissimo camino. Le poltrone di fronte al camino sono l'ideale per riposarsi davanti al fuoco durante i mesi autunnali ed invernali. Un lungo tavolo (ideale per mangiare in compagnia degli amici che hanno affittato "Il Crocino-Franca") è situato alla fine del soggiorno vicino alla porta che conduce alla cucina munita di tutto l'occorrente (anche di lavastoviglie). Dalla cucina ha inizio un corridoio che porta al bagno con doccia ed all'unica camera da letto matrimoniale. Anche qui tutto è arredato con gusto.

 Il Crocino is a fascinating holiday house set in a beautiful and well tended area. It's only 25 km from the sea and 40 from the thermal water springs of Saturnia. It is divided into two totally separate flats on two different floors both reachable from the ground floor. In case of need, the two flats can communicate through a spiral staircase that connects the kitchen of the larger flat ("Franca") to the living room of the smaller flat below (Giovanni). The place is therefore ideal for a large family or two groups of friends.

Giovanni Also this flat has got a fenced garden and an independent entrance with a large arcade and with a beautiful view on the valley below. From the arcade - furnished with garden furniture - you get into a large living room. As soon as you get into the room, you will see the spiral staircase, leading to the upstairs flat, on the right, and, next to it, a double sofa bed. On the left, there is an oven to cook pizza, a special B-B-Q - designed by the owner himself - to grill meat, and a beautiful fireplace with armchairs in front of it, where you can sit and relax in the colder autumn and winter months. At the end of the living room, there is a long wooden table, which is ideal to have meals with your friends who rented the "Franca" flat. The table is near the door that leads to the kitchen. This room is fully equipped. It has got a dishwasher too. From the kitchen you get into a corridor which leads to a bathroom with a shower and to the only double bedroom of the flat. Also the bathroom and the bedroom are nicely furnished.

 Das Il Crocino ist ein reizendes Ferienhaus mit einem schönen, gepflegten Grundstück. Es ist nur ca. 25 km vom Meer und 40 km von den heißen Quellen von Saturnia entfernt. Durch seine Hanglage ist es aufgeteilt in zwei unabhängige Wohnbereiche auf zwei verschiedenen Stockwerken, die aber vom Erdgeschoss erreichbar sind. Bei Bedarf können die zwei Wohnungen durch eine Wendeltreppe, miteinander verbunden werden. Die Treppe geht von der Küche der größeren Wohnung ("Franca") zu dem Wohnzimmer der kleineren unterliegenden Wohnung ("Giovanni"). Das ist also ideal für eine große Familie oder für eine Gruppe.

Giovanni Auch diese Wohnung verfügt über einem eingezäunten Garten (ideal für Gäste, die Urlaub mit ihrem Hund machen möchten), einem unabhängigen Eingang und einem Porticato, von dem aus man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das unterliegende Tal genießen kann. Von dem Porticato mit Gartenmöbeln kommt man in das breite Wohnzimmer. Zuerst finden Sie die Wendeltreppe auf der rechten Seite, die zu der anderen Wohnung geht, und daneben eine Bettcouch für zwei Personen. Auf der linken Seite ist ein Backofen um gute Pizzas zu backen, ein vom Besitzer ausdrücklich eingerichteter Grillplatz und ein wunderschöner Kamin. Die Sessel vor dem Kamin sind ideal um sich während der Herbst- und Wintermonate vor dem Feuer auszuspannen. Ein langer Tisch (ideal um zusammen mit den Freunden, die die Wohnung "Il Crocino-Franca" gemietet haben, zu essen) steht am Ende des Wohnzimmers neben der Tür, die zur völlig ausgestatteten Küche geht (es gibt auch eine Spülmaschine). Bei der Küche fängt ein Flur an, der zum Bad mit Dusche und zu dem einzigen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett geht. Auch hier ist alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
