Questa struttura, immersa nel verde di olivi e cipressi, si trova sulle colline circostanti la città di Lucca e a soli 5 Km da questa. Circa un terzo della villa padronale è riservata agli ospiti mentre la rimanente parte è abitata dai proprietari. La proprietà è recintata ed un cancello elettrico scorrevole ne delimita l’ingresso. Una volta entrati un viale di olivi vi accompagnerà alla villa.
La parte sinistra del casale è riservata agli ospiti che hanno a disposizione anche un car-porter. A pochi metri dal posteggio si trova il porticato della villa. La presenza di piante rampicanti rende molto gradevole questa zona della casa. L’abitazione si sviluppa su due piani. A piano terra vi sono il soggiorno con angolo cottura, forno, frigorifero, congelatore, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, tv con ricevitore satellitare (puntata su “Hot Bird”) ed un ripostiglio.
Al primo piano troviamo la camera matrimoniale, la camerina con due letti singoli ed il bagno con vasca-doccia. L’abitazione è ben arredata e vi sono anche mobili d’epoca.
A circa 20 metri dalla villa, in posizione panoramica, si trova la piscina di forma ovale (14x6x1,4 m; aperta da metà Maggio a fine Settembre) che viene usata anche dai proprietari.

 IL GROTTETO This villa, surrounded by olive trees and cypresses, is located on the hills surrounding  Lucca and only five km from this town. About a third of the owner’s villa is reserved to guests while the rest is the owner’s residence. The estate is fenced. A sliding iron gate is the entrance. A path lined with olive trees will lead you to the villa.
The left part of the house is reserved to guests who have also a car-porter at their disposal. A few metres from the parking area you will see the villa porch. The presence of climbing plants makes this part of the villa very agreeable. The villa has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a cooking area (where you can find an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine). In the living room there is also  SAT TV (the dish is pointed to Hot Bird). There is also a closet.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a tub and a shower. The place is nicely furnished and there are also some antiques.

 IL GROTTETO Auf den Hügeln, die die Stadt Lucca umgeben und nur 5 km von dieser entfernt, steht dieses Haus inmitten von Olivenbäumen und Zypressen. Ca. ein Drittel des Herrenhauses ist für die Gäste reserviert, während der andere Teil von den Besitzern bewohnt wird. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und man gelangt zum Haus durch ein elektrisches Schiebetor und eine Olivenbaumallee. Die linke Seite des Anwesens ist für die Gäste reserviert. Zur Verfügung der Gäste steht ein Car-Porter und wenige Meter vom Parkplatz entfernt kommt man zu der mit   Kletterpflanzen überdachten Villa. Das Haus hat zwei Stockwerke. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke (Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine), Sat-TV  Hot Bird und ein Abstellraum. Im ersten Stock befindet sich ein Doppelbettzimmer, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein Bad mit Badewanne  und Dusche.
Die Wohnung ist mit schönen alten Möbeln eingerichtet.
Ca. 20 m von der Villa entfernt befindet sich mit schöner Panoramasicht ein ovales Schwimmbad (16x6x1,4 m), offen von Mitte Mai bis Ende September, den manchmal auch die Besitzer benützen.
