E’ una delle più antiche aziende agricole della Valdinievole i cui proprietari hanno ristrutturato alcune case coloniche ed un’ala del fabbricato principale, un tempo riservata agli stallieri, ricavandone sette appartamenti.
Il complesso, prossimo all’antica cittadina di Pescia, è immerso nella quiete della campagna alle pendici delle colline lucchesi, nel punto in cui le medesime si insinuano nella provincia di Pistoia, a due passi da Collodi, il famoso paese di Pinocchio. I servizi principali quali bar, pizzerie, ristoranti, supermercati, negozi ecc. si trovano a distanze inferiori al chilometro e sono quindi facilmente raggiungibili a piedi: in particolare la stazione ferroviaria che collega Pescia con Firenze, Lucca, Pisa e le spiagge della Versilia è a soli 50 km.
Nell’Agriturismo vero e proprio, distante alcuni metri dalla Villa padronale, si trovano 3 appartamenti (“Caminetto”, “Granaio”, “Pozzo”), ciascuno di 70 m², ricavati dalla ristrutturazione di una casa colonica. Gli appartamenti sono ammobiliati modernamente e ciascuno ha uno spazio esterno pavimentato, recintato e dotato di porticato.
Pozzo e Caminetto dispongono entrambi del soggiorno con angolo cottura a piano terra; per mezzo di una scale si accede al reparto notte, posto al primo piano, dove vi sono una camera matrimoniale, una camerina con due letti singoli ed un bagno con doccia. Solamente nell’appartamento “Caminetto” è presente in soggiorno un camino.
Il Granaio differisce dai due poc’anzi descritti per il fatto che vi è una sola camera matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale nell’ampio corridoio che conduce al bagno con doccia.
Di fronte all’ agriturismo si trova una vasta area comune tenuta a prato, dotata di barbecue, forno a legna, gazebo, parcheggio e di una piscina fuori terra di 5 mt di diametro e di 110 cm. di altezza acqua (piscina aperta da Maggio a Settembre).
Sul retro dei 3 sopradescritti appartamenti ve ne è un quarto.
A fianco della Villa padronale e con ingresso dal giardino di questa si trovano altri tre appartamenti che usufruiscono di un proprio spazio verde e di una seconda piscina. Questi appartamenti sono posti lontano rispetto allo spazio aperto ed alla piscina di “Caminetto”, “Granaio”, “Pozzo”.

 IL MARCHESE This is one of the oldest country farms in the Valdinievole. Its owners have refurbished some farms and a wing of the main building, which was once reserved to grooms, and they got seven flats to let.
“Il Marchese”, which is near the old town of Pescia, is immersed in the countryside quietness and is located on the hills around Lucca, exactly where the hills enter the Pistoia province, not far away from Collodi, Pinocchio’s famous hometown. The main facilities, such as bars, restaurants, pizza restaurants, supermarkets etc., are within one km from the farmhouse and therefore they can be reached on foot, especially the railway station which connects Pescia to Florence, Lucca, Pisa and the Versilia beaches, is only 50 km away.
There are three flats in the main country farm, which is only a few metres away from the owners’ villa (“Caminetto”, “ Granaio”, “Il Pozzo”), each one of about 70 m². They were obtained from the refurbishing of  only one country farm. The flats have modern furniture and each one has got an outside area which is paved, fenced and with a portico.
Both “Pozzo” and “Caminetto” have a living room with a cooking area on the ground floor. By means of a staircase you can reach the night area, on the first floor, where there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. There is a fireplace in the living room only in the flat “Caminetto”.
“Granaio” is a little bit different from the other two flats, as there is only one double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the large corridor which leads to the bathroom with a shower.
Opposite the farmhouse, there is a large common lawn which has a BBQ, a wood burning oven, a gazebo, a parking area and an external swimming pool on the lawn itself (5 m x 110 cm of water height) which is open from May to September.
At the back of the above said flats there is another flat.
Next to the owners’ villa there are three more flats (each with its entrance from the owner’s garden) which have their own lawn and a swimming pool in common. These flats are quite far from the lawn and the swimming pool of “Caminetto”, “Granaio” and “Pozzo”.
Pets are welcome but an extra sum of money has to be paid for the cleaning.

 IL MARCHESE Es handelt sich um einen der ältesten landwirtschaftlichen Betriebe der „Valdinievole“. Die Besitzer haben einige Landhäuser und ein Teil des Hauptgebäudes (einmal für die Stallknechte reserviert) renoviert und daraus 7 Wohnungen geschaffen. Die von der Landesruhe umgebene Anlage liegt in der Nähe der alten Stadt Pescia am Hang der Hügel der Provinzstadt Lucca. In diesem Punkt dringen diese Hügel in die Provinz von Pistoia, zwei Schritte von Pinocchios Stadt Collodi, ein. Bars, Pizzeria, Restaurants, Supermärkte und Geschäfte befinden sich weniger als 1 km entfernt und daher sind sie auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof, der Pescia mit Florenz, Lucca, Pistoia und den Stränden der Versilia verbindet,  ist nur 50 km entfernt.

In dem echten Bauernhof (Agriturismo), wenige Meter vom Herrenhaus entfernt, befinden sich drei 70 qm große Wohnungen (“Caminetto”, “Granaio”, “Pozzo”), gewonnen aus der Renovierung eines Landhauses. Die Wohnungen sind modern eingerichtet und jede verfügt über einen eigenen eingezäunten gepflasterten Außenbereich mit überdachter Terrasse. Pozzo und Caminetto haben im Erdgeschoß ein Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke; über eine Treppe kommt man in den Schlafbereich im ersten Stock mit einem Doppelbettzimmer, einem kleinen Zweibettzimmer und einem Bad mit Dusche. Nur in der Wohnung „ Il Caminetto“ ist ein Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Il Granaio unterscheidet sich von den anderen zwei Wohnungen durch ein Doppelbettzimmer  anstelle von zwei und durch ein Doppelbettsofa auf dem breiten Flur, der zum Bad mit Dusche führt. Gegenüber dem Bauernhof ist eine breite Grünfläche mit Grill, Holzofen, Pavillon, Parkplatz und Pool (Durchmesser 5 m und 1,1 m Tiefe. Der Pool ist von Mai bis September offen). Hinter diesen Wohnungen  befindet sich noch eine vierte Wohnung. Neben dem Herrenhaus und mit Eingang aus dem Herrenhauses Garten befinden sich anderen drei Wohnungen, die über ihren eigenen Außenbereich und Pool verfügen. Diese Wohnungen liegen entfernt genug von dem Außenbereich und dem Pool der Wohnungen Il Caminetto, Il Granaio und Il Pozzo. Tiere sind willkommen, aber es wird einen Zuschlag für die Endreinigung verlangt.
