E’ un bellissimo casale toscano immerso nelle campagne vicino Lucignano.
La struttura inizialmente si componeva di tre appartamenti indipendenti che oggi, invece, vengono affittati in blocco a gruppi di persone che ricercano privacy e tranquillità.
La struttura ancora oggi si compone di 3 appartamenti e questo offre la possibilità a due o tre famiglie di trascorrere insieme le loro vacanze in Toscana senza rinunciare ad un po’ di privacy familiare.
Il primo appartamento a piano terra, ubicato vicino alla scalinata che conduce all’appartamento del primo piano, si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura, un bagno con doccia e una grande camera matrimoniale.
L’altro appartamento a piano terra con l’ingresso sull’altro lato della struttura, si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura, di una camera matrimoniale e di una camerina con un letto singolo. L’unico bagno qui presente è accessibile solamente dalla camera matrimoniale.
Per mezzo di una rampa di scale si accede all’appartamento del primo piano che si compone di tre camere matrimoniali, un bagno con doccia e soggiorno con angolo cottura.
Ogni appartamento ha il proprio impianto di riscaldamento indipendente ed il proprio impianto TV.
Solamente l’appartamento al primo piano, però, ha la TV con impianto satellitare dov’è possibile vedere i canali del satellite Astra ed Hot Bird.
Il giardino intorno al casale è terrazzato e munito di cancello elettrico e posti auto coperti.
La zona piscina si trova leggermente sopra al casale ed è accessibile per mezzo di un camminamento che attraversa il giardino.
La piscina misura 16x6,50 metri ed ha un’unica profondità di 1,40 metri.
Nella piccola costruzione vicina alla piscina c’è una lavatrice.
“Il Rocchetto” è veramente una struttura da sogno. Gli interni sono stati sapientemente ristrutturati e restaurati nel rispetto delle tradizioni architettoniche dell’antica Toscana.

 IL ROCCHETTO“Il Rocchetto” is a beautiful farmhouse immersed in the countryside near Lucignano.
The three flats in the building used to be let separately. At the moment, on the contrary, they are all rented out together to groups of people looking for privacy and quietness.
Of course, if two or three families want to spend their holidays together, they can do this by renting these flats, and have their own privacy.
Two flats are on the ground floor. One  of them is near the staircase leading to the first floor flat. It has a living room with a cooking area, a bathroom with a shower and a large double bedroom.
The other ground floor flat – with its entrance on the other side of the building – has a living room with a cooking area, a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a single bed. The only bathroom in the flat can be reached from the double bedroom.
The first floor flat has three double bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower and a living room with a cooking area.
Each flat has its own independent central heating  and  a TV set. Only the first floor flat has Sat TV with a dish pointed towards Astra and Hot Bird.
The garden around the farmhouse is terraced. It has an electric gate and  a sheltered parking lot.
The swimming pool (16x6.50 and with just one depth : 1.40 m) is a little bit uphill and can be reached by walking along a path which crosses the garden.
There is a washing machine in the shed near the pool.
“Il Rocchetto” is a dream house. It has been finely refurbished inside respecting the old Tuscan tradition.
Dogs are not welcome.

 IL ROCCHETTO Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes Landhaus, eingebettet in dem Land in der Nähe von Lucignano.
Einmal bestand das Haus aus drei unabhängigen Wohnungen, die heute zusammen an einer Gruppe Leute auf der Suche nach Privatsphäre und Ruhe vermietet werden. Das Haus besteht noch aus drei Wohnungen, so dass zwei oder drei Familien die Möglichkeit haben, zusammen den Urlaub zu verbringen, ohne auf die Privatsphäre ihrer Familie vernichten zu müssen.
Die erste Wohnung im Erdgeschoß, nah der Treppe gelegen, die zur Wohnung im ersten Stock führt, besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke, einem Bad mit Dusche und einem weiten Doppelbettzimmer.
Die andere im Erdgeschoß gelegene Wohnung, mit Eingang auf der anderen Seite des Hauses, besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke, einem Doppelbettzimmer und ein Einzelbettzimmer. Das einzige Bad ist aus dem Doppelbettzimmer erreichbar.
Über eine Treppe kommt man in die Wohnung im ersten Stock. Sie besteht aus drei Doppelbettzimmern, eine Bad mit Dusche und einem Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke.
Jede Wohnung verfügt über Zentralheizung und TV. Nur die Wohnung im ersten Stock verfügt über Sat-TV (Astra und Hot Bird).
Der Garten um das Haus ist terrassiert. Das Gut verfügt über ein elektrisches Tor und zwei überdachte Autoabstellplätze.
Der Pool (16 x 6,5 m; Tiefe 1,4 m) befindet sich leicht oberhalb des Landhauses und ist über einen Gartenweg erreichbar. In der Nähe des Pools ist eine kleine Struktur mit der Waschmaschine.
