Questa abitazione è ubicata in Loc. Vaticino, a soli 17 km da Castiglione della Pescaia. Anticamente era un frantoio ma i proprietari lo hanno sapientemente trasformato in 4 appartamenti: uno è abitato dai proprietari e gli altri vengono affittati.
Il casale è interamente in pietra ed in stile toscano. Sul retro è presente un ampio giardino, con olivi secolari, in comune per tutti gli appartamenti. I proprietari hanno realizzato anche un piccolo laghetto con una cascata artificiale. A pochi metri dal giardino e dal laghetto si trova la piscina (5x10x1,3m) da cui si ha una bella vista su colline di olivi e sulle vallate circostanti. I proprietari hanno cani e gatti.
Passiamo adesso a descrivere gli appartamenti.

Ziro Si trova a piano terra ed ha un doppio ingresso: uno dal lato della strada da cui si accede al soggiorno e l’altro dalla camera da cui si accede al cortile sul retro dell’abitazione dove troviamo anche un tavolo con sedie ed un ombrellone. In questo appartamento non è possibile ospitare animali anche perché non c’è una recinzione e parte del cortile è riservato al proprietario. L’appartamento dispone di soggiorno con angolo cottura, frigorifero con congelatore, tavolo con sedie, divano letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia e camera da letto matrimoniale.

Olivo E’ l’appartamento che dispone di una piccola recinzione e, dunque, offre la possibilità di ospitare i vostri amici a quattro zampe. A questo appartamento si può accedere sia dalla strada che dal retro dell’abitazione. Si sviluppa su due livelli. A piano terra c’è l’ingresso ed il soggiorno con angolo cottura, tavolo con sedie e divano letto matrimoniale. Al primo piano si trova un’ampia camera da letto matrimoniale ed il bagno con doccia.

Macina E’ l’appartamento ubicato al primo piano. Vi si accede solamente dal retro dell’abitazione attraversando il cortile e passando accanto allo “Ziro”. Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura, frigorifero con congelatore, tavolo con sedie, bagno con doccia, una camera matrimoniale ed una camera con letto singolo. Dal soggiorno, per mezzo di una ripida scale in legno si accede al soppalco dove si trova un divano letto matrimoniale. Il soppalco si addice a ragazzi non troppo piccoli.

IL RUSTICO This house is located in Località Vaticino, only 17 km from Castiglione della Pescaia. In old times it was an olive mill but the owners have intelligently refurbished it and changed it into 4 flats : one for the owners themselves and the others to be let. The building is entirely made of  stone and its style is typically  Tuscan. The owners have also provided the house with a small lake and an artificial waterfall. The swimming pool (5x10x1.3) is a few metres from the small lake. From the pool, you can enjoy a beautiful view over the hills covered olive trees and the valleys around. The owners have cats and dogs.
The following are the three flats to be rented.

Ziro This flat is on the ground floor and has a double entrance : one is from one side of the road and  leads to the living room, the other is from the bedroom from which you can go into  the yard at the back of the house. There is a table with chairs and a sun umbrella in the yard. You cannot take pets to this flat because there is no fence and also because part of the yard is used by the owner. The flat has a living room with a cooking area (with a fridge with a freezer), a table with chairs, a double soda bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom.

Olivo This  flat has a small fence and, therefore, you can take your pets with you. Access to the flat is both from the road and from the back of the house. It has two floors. On the ground floor, there is the hall and the living room with a cooking area, a table with chairs and a double sofa bed. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

Macina This is the flat on the first floor. The entrance is only at the back of the house. You have to cross the yard a go past “Ziro”. It has a living room with a cooking area (with a fridge and a freezer) and a table with chairs. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom and a single bedroom with only one single bed. From the living room, by means of a steep wooden staircase, you get to the loft where there is a double sofa bed. The loft is suitable for children who are not too young.

Each flat has got a washing machine, a small microwave and SAT TV (the dish is pointed to Hotbird).
You can leave your car along the road or park it in the garden with the other guests.

 IL RUSTICO Dieses Haus befindet sich im Ortschaft Vaticino, nur 17 km von Castiglione della Pescaia entfernt. In alten Zeiten war es eine Ölpresse, dann haben die Besitzer es in 4 Wohnungen umgewandelt: Eine ist vom Besitzer bewohnt und die anderen werden vermietet. Es handelt sich um  ein Steinhaus im toskanischen Stil. Hinter dem Haus ist ein großer Garten mit alten Olivenbäumen, gemeinsam für alle Wohnungen. Die Besitzer haben auch einen kleinen Biotop mit einem Wasserfall geschaffen. Wenige Meter vom Garten und Biotop entfernt liegt der Pool (5x10x1,3m) mit Blick auf die Olivenhaine und auf die umliegenden Täler. Die Besitzer besitzen Hunden und Katzen.
Hier die Beschreibung der Wohnungen:

Ziro Wohnung im Erdgeschoß mit zwei Eingänge: Ein Eingang liegt auf der Straßenseite und führt zum Wohnzimmer und der andere Eingang liegt auf der Gartenseite mit Gartenmöbel und Sonnenschirm und führt zum Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Tisch mit Stühlen, Doppelbettsofa, Bad mit Dusche und Doppelbettzimmer. Da der Garten nicht eingezäunt ist und ein Teil des Gartens für den Besitzer reserviert ist, sind hier keine Tiere erlaubt.

Olivo In dieser Wohnung sind Tiere erlaubt, da der Garten eingezäunt ist. Diese Wohnung hat zwei Eingänge, einen auf der Straßenseite und einen auf der Hinterseite des Hauses. Sie hat zwei Stockwerke: Im Erdgeschoß sind das Vorzimmer und das Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke, Tisch mit Stühlen und Doppelbettsofa und im ersten Stock sind das Doppelbettzimmer und das Bad mit Dusche.

Macina Diese Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock. Der  Eingang liegt auf der Hinterseite des Hauses. Sie besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Tisch mit Stühlen, einem Bad mit Dusche, einem Doppelbettzimmer und einem Einbettzimmer. Aus dem Wohnzimmer über eine steile Holztreppe kommt man ins Dachgeschoß mit einem Doppelbettsofa. Das  Dachgeschoß ist nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet.

Jede Wohnung verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, eine Mikrowelle und Sat-TV (Hotbird). Man kann auf der Straße oder im Garten parken.
