E’ un appartamento di ben 135 mq situato all’interno di un prestigioso residence sua una delle colline di Porto S. Stefano. Il panorama è mozzafiato. Dalle sue due terrazze la vista spazia dalla fortezza spagnola alla chiesa di S. Il garage è ubicato 15-20 metri più in basso, ma non dovete affaticarvi per raggiungere l'abitazione perché la struttura dispone di una breve funicolare (anch’essa panoramica).
L’appartamento si sviluppa su tre piani. Al piano della porta d’ingresso si trovano: un ampio soggiorno munito di tavolo, sedie e divano; una piccola terrazza con la lavatrice e il lavello; un bagno con lavandino e wc (senza doccia); la cucina con frigorifero, congelatore, fornelli e lavastoviglie. Sempre dal soggiorno possiamo accedere all’ampia terrazza panoramica munita di tavolo con sedie e di una tettoia ombreggiante.
Per mezzo di una scala di marmo si può o scendere, raggiungendo un salotto dove si trova un divano letto matrimoniale ed un bagno con doccia, o salire al primo piano.
Al primo piano troviamo la camera matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia e una camera con tre letti singoli. Da quest’ultima camerina si può accedere ad una piccola terrazza panoramica.

IL SOLE This is a flat of 135 Sq m, inside a  prestigious residence located on one of Porto Santo Stefano’s hills. The flat has a breathtaking view from the Spanish Fortress, to St. Stefano’s, from the The Rioni Square to  the yachts that are moored in the tourist harbour, from the Orbetello lagoon to the sand bars of Giannella and Feniglia, from the village of Talamone to the Uccellina Park. You will be able to enjoy the same view also from the windows of the garage where you can park your car.
This garage is located 15-20m below the flat level, but going to the front door, after parking your car, is not tiring as the structure has a short funicular ( which is panoramic too).
The flat has three floors. On the ground floor – the entrance door level – there is a large living room with a table, some chairs and a sofa. There is also a small terrace with a washing machine and a sink, a toilette with a wash basin and a loo (there is no shower), a kitchen with a fridge, a freezer, a cooker and a dish washer. From the living room one can get to the shadowy terrace where there is a table with chairs under a canopy.
By a  marble staircase one can go downstairs -  where there is a living room with a  double sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower -  or upstairs to the first floor.
On the first floor, there is the double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with three small beds. This room opens into a small panoramic terrace.

 IL SOLE Il Sole ist eine135 qm große Wohnung einer eleganten Anlage auf einem der Hügel von Porto S.Stefano gelegen. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Der Ausblick von den zwei Terrassen erstreckt sich von der spanischen Festung bis zur Kirche von S.Stefano, von der Piazza der Rioni bis zu den Jachten im Hafen, von Orbetellos Lagune bis zu Gainnellas und Feniglias Sanddünen, von Talamone bis zum Naturpark „ Parco dell’uccellina“. Auch von den Fenstern der Garage, in der man das Auto parken kann, genießt man diesen Ausblick…
Die Garage liegt 15-20 m unterhalb der Wohnung, die aber dank einer kurzen Standseilbahn (auch mit toller Aussicht) ohne große Mühe erreichbar ist.
