“Il Tramonto” è un’abitazione che offre una bellissima vista sul mare di Castiglione della Pescaia (lo si può vedere già dal cancello d’ingresso).
Appena entrati in casa vi è un piccolo corridoio su cui si affacciano le porte delle varie stanze. La prima porta a sinistra è l’ingresso della camera matrimoniale che ha una porta-finestra che conduce in terrazza, poco dopo, sempre sulla sinistra, vi è la porta che conduce nella sala (dove vi sono un tavolo con sedie, Tv con antenna parabolica e divano). Dalla sala si accede all’ampia terrazza panoramica (in parte ombreggiata) con l’impiantito in cotto.
Alla fine del corridoio, sul lato destro, si trovano la camerina con un letto a castello, una terza camera con due letti singoli, il cucinotto (con frigo, congelatore, macchina per il caffè all’americana e la lavatrice), il bagno con doccia ed il bagno con lavandino e WC.
Nel disimpegno, fra la cucina ed il salotto, vi è una piccola scala che conduce al ripostiglio della soffitta dove i proprietari tengono i propri oggetti personali.
In giardino vi è la possibilità di posteggiare un’auto (ma non una Station Wagon), comunque sulla strada si riesce quasi sempre a trovare un posto libero.
Si accettano cani (non più di uno) e si pregano gli ospiti di non lasciarlo mai solo in casa.
“Il Tramonto” è una casa ideale anche per chi vuole andare al mare o in paese passeggiando: infatti in soli 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere la spiaggia ed il centro.

 IL TRAMONTO “Il Tramonto” is a house with a very beautiful view over the sea of Castiglione della Pescaia (you can see it even from the entrance gate).
As soon as you get into the house, you will see a short corridor into which the doors of the various rooms open. The first door on the left leads into  the double bedroom, where there is a French door opening into the terrace. The second door on the left is the living room door. In this room there is a table with chairs, SAT TV, and a sofa. From the living room you get to the large panoramic terrace (part of which is in the shade) with a terracotta tile floor.
At the end of the corridor, on the right side, there is a single bedroom with a bunk bed, a bedroom with twin beds, a kitchenette (with a fridge, a freezer, an American coffee machine, and a washing machine), a bathroom with a shower an a bathroom with a washbasin and a toilet.
In the access, between the kitchen and the living room, there is a small staircase leading to the attic, where the owners keep their own belongings.
You can park a car in the garden (not a Station Wagon). Anyway, along the road you can always find a parking place too.
Dogs are welcome (but not more than one) but guests are kindly requested never to leave it alone inside.
“Il Tramonto” is an ideal home also for people who want to go to the seaside or to the town centre, both of which can be reached after a 10 minutes’ walk.             

 IL TRAMONTO “Il Tramonto“ (Der Sonnenuntergang) ist ein Quartier, das einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer von Castiglione della Pescaia bietet (Man kann das Meer vom Eingangstor sehen).
Einmal eingetreten ist man in einem kleinen Flur mit verschiedenen Türen.
Die erste linke Tür führt ins Doppelbettzimmer und hier durch eine Fenstertür kommt man auf die Terrasse. Durch die nächste linke Tür gelingt man ins Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Tisch, Stühlen und Sat-Tv. Die breite Aufsichtsterrasse (zum Teil im Schatten) mit Cotto Boden ist auch aus dem Wohnzimmer erreichbar.
Am Ende des Flurs auf der rechten Seite befinden sich ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Stockbett, ein Zweibettzimmer, die kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlfach, Kaffeemaschine und Waschmaschine, das Bad mit Dusche und ein WC.
Im Durchgangsraum zwischen der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer ist eine Treppe, die zum Speicher mit privaten Objekten der Besitzer führt.
Im Garten kann man ein Auto (kein Kombiwagen) parken, ansonst findet man meistens einen Parkplatz auf der Straße. Ein Hund ist erlaubt, allerdings darf man ihn nie allein zu Hause lassen. „Il Tramonto“ ist das ideale Quartier für diejenige, die ans Meer oder in die Stadt zu Fuß gehen wollen: In nur 10’ zu Fuß erreicht man den Strand und das Zentrum.
