L’abitazione, immersa nel verde, è ubicata a circa 6 km da Porto S. Stefano e a 1,5 km dalla spiaggia di Cala del Gesso. Stando seduti in giardino oltre al mare si può vedere anche il promontorio di Torre di Cala Grande.
L'abitazione è composta da tre costruzioni distanti circa 3-4 metri l’una dall’altra.
Ciascuna delle costruzioni ha una funzione ben precisa.
La prima costruzione che si incontra dopo aver oltrepassato il cancello ed il posto auto, dove si possono posteggiare comodamente fino a 3 auto, è adibita a reparto giorno e pertanto vi è un’ampia cucina (con lavastoviglie); un’ampia sala con camino, tavolo e divani; un bagno con doccia.
A 3-4 metri da questa prima costruzione, collegata da un pergolato, troviamo l'altra costruzione che costituisce “il reparto notte”. Qui vi è una camera matrimoniale, una camera con due letti singoli, una camera con un letto a castello ed un ampio bagno con doccia. Tutte le camere hanno una porta comunicante con il giardino.
Nella terza costruzione (a circa 4 metri dalla seconda struttura) vi è una camera con due letti singoli ed un bagno con doccia. La terza costruzione non viene però affittata.
L’ampio giardino ha alcune piante da frutto come peri e ciliegi. Gli animali sono ben accetti, ma l’abitazione non ha una recinzione vera e propria che impedisca ai vostri cani di fuggire.
Questa abitazione piacerà sicuramente sia a chi ama la campagna sia a chi ama il mare.

 L’OLIVASTRA The farm, located about 6 km from Porto S. Stefano and 1.5 km from the “Cala del Gesso” beach, is surrounded by vegetation. From the garden, you can even see the “Torre di Cala Grande” promontory.
The farm is divided into three buildings which are 3-4 metres away one from the other.
Each building has its own specific purpose.
The first one you meet, after going through the gate and past the parking area (where you can easily park up to three cars) is the “living quarters”. It has a large kitchen (with a dishwasher), a large living room with a fireplace, a table and sofas and a bathroom with a shower.
Three-four metres away from this building, and connected by a pergola, there is another building which can be considered as the “night area”. This one has a double bedroom, a bunk bed bedroom and a large bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms have a French window each opening into the garden.
The third building (about 4 metres away from the second home) has a twin-bed bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The third building is not for rent.
The large garden has also some fruit trees (pear trees and cherry trees). Pets are welcome but the farm is not properly fenced, so they can easily get away.
This farm is ideal for people who love both the sea and the countryside.

 L’OLIVASTRA Diese Unterkunft, im Grünen gelegen, ist ca 6 km von Porto S. Stefano und 1.5 km vom Strand Cala del Gesso entfernt. Im Garten sitzend sieht man das Meer sowie auch das Vorgebirge von Torre di Cala Grande.
Sie besteht aus drei Unterkünften, jede ca. 3-4 m von der anderen entfernt und jede mit einer ganz bestimmten Funktion.
Die Erste, die Sie nach dem Eingangstor und dem dreiplätzigen Partkplatz finden, ist dem Tagesaufenthalt gewidmet.
Sie hat eine grosse Küche mit Geschirrwaschmaschine, einen weiten Aufenthaltsraum mit Kamin, Tisch,  Sofas und eine Dusche.
3-4 m entfernt und durch einen Säulengang verbunden finden Sie die Räume für die Nacht. Ein Doppel-Schlafzimmer, ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein Zimmer mit einem Stockbett und eine grosse Dusche. Von jedem Zimmer aus gelangen Sie in den Garten.
Wiederum ca. 4 m entfernt finden Sie die letzte Unterkunft. Ein  Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und eine Dusche. Das dritte Unterkunf ist nicht vermietet.
Im grossen Garten stehen einige Obstbäume mit Birnen und Kirschen.
Tiere sind gerne gesehen, doch ist der Garten nicht gut eingezäunt, so dass Hunde ev. doch „abhauen“ können.
Dieses Haus gefällt bestimmt, sei es für Meer- wie auch für Landliebhaber.
