Questa abitazione è veramente l’ideale per chi ama le colline toscane. Dalla piscina (diametro di 3,8 m e profondità 1 m) o dal grande porticato che caratterizza questa casa si possono ammirare le infinite e dolci colline che caratterizzano il paese di Cinigiano. In realtà “La Capanna” è costituita da due case ma, poiché il primo piano non è stato ancora finito di ristrutturare, il proprietario affitta solamente il piano terra.
La casa dispone di un ampio soggiorno con frigorifero piccolo, angolo cottura con piastre elettriche, acquaio, forno, tavolo con sedie e divano.
Le due camere sono matrimoniali e in una di queste vi è anche una piccola cassaforte. Nell'ampio bagno con doccia vi è la lavatrice.
A disposizione degli ospiti vi sono due biciclette, lettino e seggiolone per neonati, giocattoli per bambini ed un apposito angolo con sabbia dove i vostri figli possono giocare.
Siamo certi che in “La Capanna” sarete felici delle vostre vacanze e che la sera potrete ammirare le colline toscane sorseggiando un buon vino locale.

 LA CAPANNA This flat is ideal for those who love  Tuscan hills. From the swimming pool (3.8 m diameter and 1m depth) or from the large porch which characterizes this home, you can see the beautiful, charming hills that surround the small town of Cinigiano. “La Capanna” is actually a two-flat home but, as the owner has not yet finished to refurbish the building, he only lets the ground floor.
The flat has a large living room with a small fridge, a cooking area with an electric cooker, a sink, an oven, a table with chairs and a sofa.
There are two double bedrooms one of which has also a safe deposit box. The dishwasher is in the large bathroom with a shower.
Guests can use two bikes, a cot and have  a  high chair for newborns, and some children’s toys, at their disposal. There is a special corner covered with sand where the guest’s children can play.
We are positive that you will be happy to spend your holidays at “La Capanna” and that you will also enjoy sipping the local good wine while looking at the Tuscan hills around you.

LA CAPANNA Diese Unterkunft ist ideal, für Liebhaber der toskanischen Hügel. Vom Schwimmbad (Länge 3,8 m, Tiefe 1,0 m) aus oder auch vom grossen Portico (Säulengang), der dieses Haus charakterisiert, kann man die wunderschönen Hügel über Cinigiano bewundern. Eigentlich besteht  „La Capanna“ aus zwei Häusern, aber da der erste Stock noch nicht fertig gebaut wurde, vermietet der Besitzer nur die Parterrewohnung.
Das Haus hat ein grosses Wohnzimmer, ein kleiner Kühlschrank, eine Küchenzeile mit elektrischen Kochplatten, Abwaschbecken, Backofen und einen Esstisch mit Stühlen. Es hat zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, wobei sich in einem der Beiden ein Safe befindet. In der grossen Dusche hat es eine Waschmaschine. Den  Gästen stehen zwei Fahrräder, ein Kinderbett, ein Essstuhl, Spielzeug und ein Sandkasten zur Verfügung.
Wir sind überzeugt, dass Sie in „La Capanna“ schöne Ferien geniessen  und bei einem guten Glas Wein die Aussicht geniessen können.
