Buon gusto, eleganza, quiete e relax sono le parole che meglio descrivono l’aria che gli ospiti respireranno durante le loro vacanze in “La Casetta Elena”.
Questo caldo, accogliente appartamento si trova in un punto strategico della Toscana, a pochi km da Pienza, Montepulciano, Trequanda e Montalcino. Quanti di voi hanno sentito parlare o visto il film “Il paziente inglese”?  Il Monastero di Sant’anna in Camprena, dove hanno girato alcune scene del film, si trova a metà strada fra “La Casetta Elena” e Pienza. 
L’appartamento misura circa 57 m² e si compone di un soggiorno-angolo cottura (con fornelli, acquaio, frigorifero e tavolo dove poter mangiare) ed una camera matrimoniale con al suo interno un bagno con doccia. L’arredamento è veramente impeccabile. Nella camera è presente anche una porta che, tenuta debitamente chiusa, collega la camera da letto con il primo piano dove abitano i proprietari. In camera è presente la Tv via satellite. La signora Elena e suo marito sono molto gentili e garbati: non vi disturberanno ma saranno certamente pronti ad aiutarvi se ne avrete bisogno.
Un gazebo, con vicino un BBQ, a pochi passi dall’ingresso del’appartamento renderà ancor più piacevoli le vostre colazioni o le serate estive.
Purtroppo l’appartamento non ha una piscina ma se avete una coppia di amici o parenti interessati a trascorrere le vacanze con voi, prenotando anche “La Casetta” (proprietario il fratello della Sig.ra Elena), e con un extra di 70,00 Euro a settimana, avrete la possibilità di usufruire della piscina che fa parte di quest’ultima abitazione.

LA CASETTA ELENA Good taste, elegance, quietness and relax are the words that better describe the atmosphere that guests will enjoy during their holidays at “La Casetta Elena”.
This cosy flat is located in a strategic area in Tuscany, a few km from Pienza, Montepulciano, Trequanda and Montalcino. You have probably seen the famous movie The English Patient, The monastery of St Anna in Camprena, where some of the movie scenes were shot, is located midway between “La Casetta Elena” and Pienza.
The flat is about 57sqm and includes a living room with a cooking area (equipped with a stove, a sink,, a fridge and a table where you can have meals) and an en suite double bedroom (with a shower). The flat is finely furnished. The bedroom has also a door which connects the bedroom with the first floor where the owners live. Of course, the door is duly kept locked. There is also Sat TV in the bedroom.
Ms Elena and her husband are really fine and friendly people: they will never disturb you. On the contrary, they will be happy to help you in case of need.
A gazebo, and a BBQ, both not far away from the main entrance, will make your morning breakfasts and evenings outside even more agreeable.
Unfortunately, the flat does not have a swimming pool but, if you have a couple of friends or relatives who want to spend their holidays with you, just by reserving also “La Casetta” (whose owner is Ms Elena’s brother), and by paying 70 more Euros a week, you will be able to use the swimming pool which belongs to “La Casetta”.

Diese warme, gemütliche Wohnung liegt in einem strategischen Punkt der Toskana, wenige Kilometer entfernt von Pienza, Montepulciano, Trequanda und Montalcino. Kennen Sie den Film „ Der englische Patient“? Das Kloster von S. Anna in Camprena, in dem einige Szenen dieses Films gedreht wurden, befindet sich auf halbem Wege zwischen “La Casetta Elena” und Pienza.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 57 m² groß und besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke (Herde, Spüle, Kühlschrank und Esstisch) und einem Doppelbettzimmer mit eigenem Bad mit Dusche. Die Einrichtung ist tadellos. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich auch eine Verbindungstür (normalerweise beschlossen) zum ersten Stock, wo die Besitzer wohnen. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Sat-Tv. Frau Elena und Ihr Mann sind sehr nett und freundlich und stehen jederzeit der Gäste zur Verfügung.
Ein Pavillon und der Grill in seiner Nähe, wenige Schritten von der Eingangstür, werden Ihren Frühstücken oder ihren sommerlichen Abendessen angenehmer machen.
Die Wohnung hat keinen Pool. Wenn Sie aber mit einem anderen Paar (Freunde/Verwandten) auch die Wohnung „La Casetta“ (Der Besitzer ist der Bruder der Frau Elena) mieten gegen einen Zuschlag von 70€/Woche können Sie den Pool von La Casetta mitbenutzen.
