È situata a circa 2 Km da Arcidosso su un colle con vista meravigliosa ed è circondata da un parco recintato. Da qui si possono vedere gli antichi paesi di Arcidosso, Monticello e Montelaterone. Questa bellissima struttura  (considerata monumento nazionale) è stata ricostruita con sapienza dal proprietario, partendo da una rovina. La struttura è divisa in 3 grandi appartamenti ognuno con ingresso esterno indipendente. La casa infatti per la sua pendenza è raggiungibile dai tre piani. Anche le terrazze sono state sistemate in modo da non darsi fastidio a vicenda. Di lato si trova anche una casetta con la sua zona esterna.
Un po’ più in giù, immersa nel verde, si trova la piscina (10X5 m; aperta da metà Maggio a metà Settembre) e ad una distanza tale da non dare fastidio anche un campo da tennis. Qui trovate lusso e al tempo stesso agio - in altre parole l’atmosfera che vi garantirà  una vacanza indimenticabile.
L’appezzamento di 7 ettari è chiuso da un cancello. Poco distante si trova una cappella, una chiesina “La Chiesina” da cui il nome di questo terreno. In tempi antichi si trattava di un ufficio doganale, in quanto da qui passavano le consegne di sale dal mare al nord. Nel corso degli anni furono trovate strade più comode di queste e così l’ufficio cadde in disuso. Si dice, e si trova anche scritto nei libri su Arcidosso, che qui sia seppellito un tesoro. Durante i lavori non è stato trovato niente, ma forse qualche ospite avrà più fortuna.
Adesso passiamo a descrivere i singoli appartamenti. Sono arredati alla perfezione e con ogni comfort: lavatrice, lavastoviglie e televisione satellitare. Le stanze hanno il soffitto a travi e l’impiantito di mattoni, puro ambiente toscano.  Pagando € 80,00 in più è possibile aggiungere un letto supplementare.

MARIANNA A questo appartamento appartiene una piccola radura. Qui si trova tutto ciò che serve per le vacanze: tavolo da giardino, sedie, grill, sdraio per rilassarsi e una piccola altalena per i più piccoli. L’appartamento si raggiunge tramite una scala esterna con tettoia. Ha un grande soggiorno con camino. Attraverso un arco fatto con mattoni a vista si passa alla sala da pranzo, alle tre camere da letto  con letto matrimoniale e ai due bagni. L’appartamento viene affittato con due camere da letto, per l’uso della terza camera bisogna pagare un extra di 150€ (anche la terza camera ha due letti). Dalla sala da pranzo, una scala di legno conduce alla camera da letto sulla torre con la capriata originale del tetto e una vista panoramica  sulla campagna.

DAVIDE L’appartamento ha davanti alla porta d’ingresso un porticato che permette di sedere fuori a mangiare o chiacchierare anche in caso di brutto tempo. Davanti c’è una terrazza con ghiaia, circondata da aiuole di fiori. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono  sdraio per prendere il sole o rilassarsi,mobili da giardino e un barbecue. Nell’ampio soggiorno si trova un bella zona pranzo e davanti al camino ci sono poltrone molto comode e invitanti. “Davide” dispone di due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali, due bagni e una cucina.

VALENTINA Dalla picola terrazza, dalla quale il sole del mattino invita a fare colazione, si accede al soggiorno con camino, panca e tavolo. Ci sono due camere da letto, ognuna con un letto matrimoniale, due bagni e un’ampia cucina. Dalla cucina e dalle due camere da letto attraverso le porte-finestre si arriva all’altro lato della casa dove c’è un prato con mobili da giardino, sdraio e barbecue.

FRANCESCO Questa casa è separata dalle altre e dispone come le altre di una zona esterna privata. Dietro la casa c’è il barbecue in muratura. Mobili da giardino e sdraio sono presenti in grande quantità. Da una porta-finestra si accede al soggiorno che comunica con la sala da pranzo e dopo viene la cucina. A sinistra c’è una camera da letto e un bagno. Attraverso una scala di legno si arriva al piano superiore. Qui si trova un’altra camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, una cameretta e un altro bagno.

 LA CHIESINA The Chiesina is about 2 km far from Arcidosso. It’s surrounded by a little wood like the one of a park, it’s enclosed and it’s situated on a low hill with a wonderful view. You can see from here Arcidosso, Monticello and Montelaterone (mountain of bandits). The master with knowledge and feeling following the old plans restructured the building of great value under the protection of the guardianship of the monuments many years ago. It was only a ruin. It’s was divided into three houses; each one has an own entry. Since the house is situated on a slope, it’s on three levels. Also the terraces are located so that each one can stay undisturbed. On the side there is a small house, however with an own garden.
Further down, in the green, a pool (10x5; opened from middle May to middle September) is waiting for the guests. Further distant so that none can feel disturbed there is a tennis court. Here you can find the luxury as the convenience. The atmosphere guarantees an unforgettable holiday. The land about 7 hectares large is closed by a gate. Further ahead there is a small church- The Chiesina as Italians say-that name this place. The main building was in old time a boundary house (signal box). Near it run the salt consignment from the sea to the north. During the years people found better ways. So the traded road on the mountains and the signal box were abandoned. Anyway people in old books say that in Arcidosso might be an underground treasure. During the building works nobody have seen anything. Maybe guests could be so lucky! The houses are perfectly and comfortably furnished. There is also a washing machine, a dishing machine, the TV and the vacuum cleaner. The rooms have the wood made ceiling and pavements in brick, pure Tuscan surrounding. All the furniture invites you to the pleasure. In every house there is an additional bed with sheets paying € 80,00.

FRANCESCO On the ground floor there are a hall, the kitchen, the bathroom with a shower and a double-bedded room. On the first floor there are another double bedded room, a single bedded room and another bathroom. Also here there are the washing machine, the dishing machine, TV and fireplace; outdoors there is the grill.

MARIANNA This flat has got  its own little wood that its guests do not have to share with anybody else. It has got everything you can possible imagine to spend a happy holiday. A garden table with chairs, a  B-B-Q deck chairs and a swing for children. The flat can be reached from an external staircase. It has got a large living room, with a fireplace, and a dining room next to it. The two rooms are separated by a brick arch wall. It has got also three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. Only two bedrooms are usually rented, but, on request, also the third can be available by paying an extra €80,00 per person. From the dining room you can reach the tower room, built on top of the roof, which has a magnificent view on the countryside.

VALENTINA The House Valentina is situated on the ground floor. From a wide terrace, where the sun invites you to have breakfast here, you arrive to the hall with a fireplace, a corner where to sit and a table. Then there is a wide kitchen, two double-bedded rooms and two bathrooms. From the kitchen and from both the bedrooms you arrive through a French window to the opposite side of the house where there is a meadow with garden furniture, little beds and a grill.

DAVIDE This house has in front of the main entry an arcade so you can sit here to eat or to chat even with bad weather. Closed to it there is a terrace, surrounded by flowerbeds; it’s well provided of deck chairs, garden furniture and of course also here there is a grill. In the wide hall there is a beautiful corner where to eat and in front of the fireplace comfortable armchairs invite you to chat for hours. Also here there are 2 double bedded rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The houses Valentina and Davide are different only for their gardens.

LA CHIESINA La Chiesina liegt ca. 2 km von Arcidosso entfernt. Es ist von einem parkähnlichen Wald, der eingezäunt ist, umgeben und steht auf einer Anhöhe mit herrlicher Aussicht. Man sieht von hier auf die alten Orte Arcidosso, Monticello und Montelaterone (Berg der Spitzbuben). Das ehrwürdige, unter Denkmalschutz sehende Gebäude, wurde vor Jahren vom Besitzer mit viel Sachkenntnis und Feingefühl nach den alten Plänen wieder aufgebaut. Es war nur noch eine Ruine. Es wurde in drei grosszügige Wohnungen aufgeteilt. Jede hat einen separaten Zugang von aussen. Da das Haus am Hang liegt, ist es von drei Ebenen begehbar. Auch die Terrassen wurden so angelegt, dass jeder ungestört sein kann. Seitlich steht noch ein kleines Haus, ebenfalls mit eigenem Aussenbereich.
Etwas tiefer versetzt auf dem Grundstück, eingebettet in Grün, wartet auf die Gäste ein Pool (10x5 m; öffnete von mittlerem Mai zu mittlerem September). In einiger Entfernung, damit sich niemand gestört fühlt, ist ein eigener Tennisplatz. Hier finden Sie Luxus, zugleich auch Gemütlichkeit. Die Atmosphäre garantiert einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.
Das 7 ha grosse Grundstück ist mit einem Tor verschlossen. Etwas abseits steht ein kleines Kirchlein – la Chiesina - , das diesem Gelände den Namen gab. Das Haupthaus war in alten Zeiten ein Zollhaus. Hier entlang gingen die Salzlieferungen vom Meer in den Norden. Im Laufe der Zeit fand man bequemere Wege. So geriet die beschwerliche Strasse über die Berge in Vergessenheit und auch das Zollhaus. Übrigens wird erzählt, es wurde sogar in alten Büchern über Arcidosso erwähnt, dass hier ein Schatz vergraben sei. Bei den Bauarbeiten kam er nicht zum Vorschein. Vielleicht hat ja ein Gast Glück und findet ihn!!!
Die Wohnungen sind alle perfekt und komfortabel eingerichtet. Dazu gehören je eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Fernseher, Staubsauger. Die Räume sind mit den traditionellen Holzbalkendecken und Ziegelfussböden ausgestattet, toscanisches Ambiente pur. Die ansprechenden Möbel laden zum Geniessen ein.
Ein Zusatzbett mit Bettwäsche ist in jeder Wohnung gegen einen Aufpreis von € 80,- möglich.

CASA FRANCESCO Im Erdgeschoss ist ein Wohnzimmer, die Küche, Duschbad und ein Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett. Im 1. Stock ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett, ein Einzelzimmer sowie ein weiteres Duschbad. Auch hier gibt es Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Fernseher, offenen Kamin und draußen einen gemauerten Grill.

WOHNUNG VALENTINA Die Wohnung Valentina liegt im Erdgeschoss. Von einer kleinen Terrasse, auf der die Morgensonne zum Frühstück einlädt, gelangt man in das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Sitzecke und großen Esstisch. Dann gibt es noch eine geräumige Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, jedes mit Doppelbett, und zwei Bäder. Von der Küche und den beiden Schlafzimmern gelangt man durch Fenstertüren auf der anderen Seite des Hauses auf eine große Rasenfläche mit Gartenmöbeln, Liegen und Grill.

WOHNUNG MARIANNA Bei der Wohnung Marianna haben Sie als Außenbereich eine kleine Waldlichtung, ganz für sich alleine. Hier finden Sie alles, was man zum Urlaubsglück braucht. Gartentisch und -stühle, Grill, Liegen zum Ausruhen und eine Kinderschaukel für die Kleinen. Die Wohnung selbst erreichen sie über eine überdachte Außentreppe. Sie hat wieder einen großen Wohnraum mit Kamin, daran anschließend, durch einen schönen Hausteinbogen getrennt, ein Eßzimmer, 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 2 Bäder. Die Wohnung wird mit 2 Schlafzimmern vermietet. Man hat hier aber die Möglichkeit, gegen einen Aufpreis von €80,00 pro Person, auch das dritte Zimmer zu belegen. Vom Eßzimmer führt eine Holztreppe weiter zum Turmzimmer, mit einer interessanten, noch original erhaltenen Dachstuhlkonstruktion und einem wunderschönen Ausblick weit über das Land. Jede Wohnung hat zwei Bäder, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Fernseher, offenen Kamin und im Garten einen eigenen Grill. Die Wohnungen sind individuell, teilweise mit antiken, toscanischen Möbeln eingerichtet.

WOHNUNG DAVIDE Diese Wohnung hat vor der Eingangstür einen Porticato, so dass man hier auch bei schlechtem Wetter gemütlich sitzen, essen oder plaudern kann. Anschließend daran gibt es eine sehr große Kies-Terrasse, eingefasst mit Blumenbeeten, zum Sonnen, großzügig mit Liegen und Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet und natürlich fehlt auch hier der Grill nicht. Im großen Wohnzimmer gibt es einen hübschen Essplatz und vor dem Kamin laden bequeme Sessel zum Plauderstündchen ein. Auch hier gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, 2 Bäder und eine Küche wie oben beschrieben.
Die Wohnungen Valentina und Davide unterscheiden sich nur durch die Außenbereiche.
