Questo seminterrato è accogliente ed offre molta  privacy. Si trova alle  spalle della  casa padronale (talvolta qui i proprietari trascorrono i loro week-ends da Maggio a Settembre).
Per raggiungerlo dovrete attraversare il vialetto da  cui accedono anche i proprietari per raggiungere la loro abitazione. L’app.to è separato dalla casa padronale da una  recinzione (dunque ideale anche per chi vuol venire in vacanza con il cane). In giardino vi è la possibilità di posteggiare l’auto. E’ ombreggiato dai  pini tipici di questa zona della Maremma e dispone anche di  una doccia assai comoda da utilizzare una volta che si è fatto ritorno a casa dopo una giornata di mare.
Si accede al porticato scendendo alcuni scalini. Una persiana e una porta-finestra separano il portico dalla cucina. Sullo stesso livello della cucina, munita di tutto l’occorrente (anche di divano, lavastoviglie e Tv satellitare), si accede al bagno con doccia, alla camerina con due letti singoli ed alla camera matrimoniale.
A pochi passi dalla casa vi è un piccolo ripostiglio dov’è presente una lavatrice ed un barbecue in muratura.
La Conchiglia è senz’altro un’abitazione ideale o per una famiglia con due bambini o per una coppia di amici che desiderano trascorrere un’estate all’insegna del mare e, al tempo stesso, della tranquillità. Potete raggiungere il mare anche a piedi: dista circa 750 metri.

LA CONCHIGLIA This basement flat is cosy and offers a lot of privacy. It is at the back of the owners’ house (where the owners sometimes spend their week-ends  from May to September). If you want to get to the flat, you will have to walk along the path which is used also by the owners to get to their home.  The flat is separated from the owners’ house by a fence, so it is the right place also for people who decide to take their dog along with them. You can park your car in the garden. There are pine trees – which are typical of this part of Maremma – around the flat and a shower which is quite comfortable when you get back from the sea at the end of the day.
You get to the portico by going down some steps. A shutter and a French door separate the portico from the kitchen. On the same level as the fully equipped kitchen (which has also a sofa, a dish washer and Sat TV), there is a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with twin beds and a double bedroom.
There is a small storeroom, close to the house, with a washing machine and a masonry BBQ.
“La Conchiglia” is ideal for a family with two children or for a couple of friends who want to spend their summer holidays  at the seaside and in a quiet place. You can even walk to the beach, which is only 750 m away.

If you have a couple who wants to come with you, they might rent “L’Aragosta”,  which is next to “La Conchiglia” and whose garden borders the garden of “L’Aragosta”.

 LA CONCHIGLIA Diese Wohnung im Kellergeschoß ist sehr gemütlich und bietet viel Privatsphäre an. Sie liegt hinter dem Besitzerhaus (Die Besitzer verbringen hier manchmal das Wochenende in der Zeit von Mai bis September) und ist durch den Gartenweg erreichbar, der auch zur Besitzerhaus führt. Die Wohnung ist vom Besitzerhaus durch einen Zaun getrennt (und also ideal für jemanden, der mit seinem Hund in Urlaub kommen möchte). Im Garten kann man das Auto parken. Der Garten ist von den typischen Pinien dieser Gegend der Maremma beschattet und verfügt über eine sehr praktische Duschenkabine, die man beim Heimkehrer nach einem ganzen Tag am Strand benutzen kann.
Man kommt zur Laube einige Stufen hinunter. Ein Fensterladen und eine Fenstertür trennen die Laube von der Küche. Auf der gleichen Höhe der völlig ausgestatteten Küche (auch Sofa, Spülmaschine und Sat-TV) geht es zum Duschbad, zum Zweibettzimmer und zum Doppelbettzimmer.
Wenige Schritte vom Haus entfern  befindet sich ein Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine und gemauertem Grill.
„La Conchiglia“ ist die ideale Wohnung entweder für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern oder für zwei befreundete Paare, die den Sommer am Meer aber auch zugleich in aller Ruhe verbringen wollen. Das Meer ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar: es ist ungefähr 750 m entfernt!!
