Questa abitazione, a soli 3 km dalla spiaggia di Marina di Grosseto, è qualcosa di veramente unico. Dispone di un verde giardino recintato, un posto auto all’interno del giardino stesso e di un arredamento impeccabile. Gli interni sono stati tutti ideati e realizzati dai proprietari. Entrando troverete di fronte a voi un bel soggiorno con un camino funzionante che vi terrà compagnia nei periodi più freschi. Tuttavia la presenza dei riscaldamenti vi porrà al riparo dalle giornate più fredde in inverno. Alla vostra destra la camera da letto matrimoniale con armadio. A sinistra c’è l’angolo cottura in muratura con il forno elettrico. L’angolo cottura è stato realizzato sfruttando al massimo lo spazio disponibile. Un piccolo arco in mattoni invecchiati separa il soggiorno, munito di un divano letto singolo, dall’angolo cottura.
Il bagno con doccia è molto accogliente e caldo: il color ocra delle pareti e lo specchio incastonato nel muro esprimono l’elegante gusto di chi lo ha ideato.
All’esterno è presente anche un piccolo porticato che, grazie alle piante di gelsomino che crescendo si sono avvolte intorno alle colonne, offrono un ottimo riparo dal sole durante l’estate. Il giardino recintato è un ottimo luogo per lasciare giocare liberamente i bambini piccoli o per permettere al vostro cane di girellare tranquillamente intorno casa senza il timore che fugga via.
I proprietari hanno tre cani pastore nella parte di giardino che funge da confine con quello de “La Gabbianella”.
700 metri di strada asfaltata collegano “La Gabbianella” alla pista ciclabile che da Grosseto giunge fino a Marina di Grosseto. Questa abitazione è l’ideale per chi vuole venire in vacanza in Toscana per spostarsi in bicicletta da casa al mare senza il problema di dover perdere tempo di trovare il posto per l’auto. A soli 500 metri c’è anche un maneggio.
I proprietari, che vivono molto vicino a “La Gabbianella”, sono un sicuro punto di riferimento ogni qualvolta avrete bisogno di aiuto; inoltre i medesimi possiedono uno stabilimento balneare ed un ristorante dove si può mangiare un ottimo pesce e degustare ottimi vini……

 This house - located only 3 km from the Marina di Grosseto beach – is something really unique. It has got a green fenced garden, a parking area inside the garden itself, and is perfectly furnished. All the rooms have been decorated by the owners. When you get into the house you will see a beautiful living room in front of you with a working fireplace to keep you warm in the colder months. However, the house has got central heating too, so you do not have to worry during the winter months. There is a double bedroom, with a wardrobe, on the right. On the left, there is built-in stone kitchen with an electrical oven. This was made by using all the room available. The kitchen is separated from the living room 8with a single sofa bed) by an small arch wall made of aged red bricks. The bathroom with a shower is very cosy . The ochre walls and the  mirror, set in the wall, show the taste of the decorators.
There is a small porch outside which, thanks to the jasmine plants which have covered the columns, gives a comfortable shelter during the sunny summer days. Children can play in the fenced garden safely and, if you have a dog, you can be  sure he will not get away!
The owners have got three shepherd dogs in the part of the garden which borders with yours.
La Gabbianella is only 700 metres from the cycle path which connects Grosseto  to Marina di Grosseto. An asphalt road will lead you to the path. This house is ideal for people who want to spend their holidays in Tuscany and who want to cycle to the sea without having any parking problems! There is a also a riding ground 500 metres away from the house.

 Diese Haus, die sich nur 3 km vom Strand von Marina di Grosseto entfernt befindet, ist wirklich einzigartig. Sie verfügt über einen grünen eingezäunten Garten, einen Autoabstellplatz im Garten und eine tadellose Einrichtung.
Die Ausstattung wurde von den Eigentümern entworfen und ausgeführt. Wenn Sie hinein gehen, befinden Sie sich vor einem schönen Wohnzimmer mit einem sehr leistungsfähigen Kamin, der Ihnen in den kühleren Jahreszeiten Gesellschaft leisten kann. Auf jeden Fall wird Sie die vorhandene Heizung vor den kälteren Tagen im Winter schützen.
Rechts befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Schrank, links die gemauerte Kochnische mit Elektroherd. Die Kochnische ist so eingerichtet worden, dass der verfügbare Raum optimal genutzt wird. Ein kleiner Bogen aus alten Ziegeln trennt das mit Einzelbettsofa ausgestattete Wohnzimmer von der Kochnische. Das Bad mit Dusche ist sehr freundlich und warm: Die Ockerfarbe der Wände und der in die Wand eingelassene Spiegel sind Beweise des guten Geschmacks des Eigentümers.
Draußen befindet sich auch eine kleine überdachte Terrasse, die dank des um die Säulen rankenden Jasmins einen optimalen Sonnenschutz im Sommer bietet. Der eingezäunte Garten ist ideal Ihre Kinder frei spielen zu lassen oder Ihren Hund um das Haus laufen zu lassen, ohne Angst haben zu müssen, dass er weglaufen könnte. Die Besitzer haben drei Schäferhunde in dem Teil des Gartens, der die Grenze zu La Gabbianella bildet.
700 Meter asphaltierte Straße verbinden La Gabbianella mit dem Radweg, der Grosseto mit Marina di Grosseto verbindet. Diese Wohnung ist ideal für die Leute, die in der Toskana Urlaub machen und das Fahrrad vom Haus bis ans Meer benutzen wollen, ohne Zeit zu verschwenden einen Parkplatz zu finden. Nur 500 Meter vom Haus entfernt befindet sich eine Reitschule.
