Graziosa villetta di 100 m² restaurata nella campagna umbra, nelle strette vicinanze del piccolo borgo di Vigne di Narni (negozi di alimentari a 400-500 metri), maneggio a 4 km, 10 km da Narni, 50 km da Spoleto e 75 km da Roma. A meno di un'ora di auto: Orvieto (65 km), Todi (55 km), Tuscania (70 km), Assisi e Perugia (90 km). Nel raggio di 50 km i laghi di Piediluco, Bolsena Vico e Bracciano. Vista suggestiva sulle colline. Posizione tranquilla. Al vostro arrivo troverete un cancello in pietra con tettoia circondato da quattro cipressi: una meraviglia!
Attraversando il cancello si accede ad un ampio giardino di 7.000 m² (munito di barbecue e forno a legna) e ad un'immensa pianta di ciliegio che il nonno aveva piantato quando Sandro (il proprietario) era bambino.
Qui sotto potrete consumare le vostre colazioni o le cene durante il periodo primaverie ed estivo.
La terracotta regna sovrana sia in giardino che all'interno dell'abitazione.
Una volta entrati, un ampio soggiorno con travi in legno sul soffitto, mobili di pregio, divano letto matrimoniale ed un grande camino vi faranno rimanere senza fiato.
Poco più avanti, a destra del camino, si trova la cucina munita di forno elettrico, fornelli, lavastoviglie. Da qui, per mezzo di una porta-finestra si accede ad un piccolo terrazzino circondato da una grande pianta di glicine. Per mezzo di alcuni scalini si può scendere nel giardino sul retro e raggiungere la piscina od il campo da tennis.
Dalla sala si accede anche alle due camere (una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli) ed al bagno con doccia.
L'abitazione dispone di riscaldamento autonomo, biciclette e una lavatrice posta nel garage del proprietario.
Il campo da tennis si trova di fronte all'abitazione ed è immerso nel verde degli olivi, cipressi e pini.
Altrettanto bella è la piscina 13x7x1,8 m: circondata da pini, pavimentata con il cotto e, poiché ubicata su un punto panoramico, offre una vista veramente meravigliosa sulla campagna e la valle circostante (il proprietario, assai rispettoso della privacy, si astiene dall'uso della stessa in presenza degli ospiti).
"La Palombella" è veramente una villa da sogno: avrete voglia di tornarci anche l'anno successivo.

 LA PALOMBELLA "La Palombella" is a pretty refurbished small villa of 100 sq m in the Umbrian countryside. It's very close to the small village of Vigne di Narni (with groceries about 400-500 metres from the house). There is also a riding ground about 4 km away. The villa which is 10 km from Narni, 50 km from Spoleto and 75 km from Rome. In less than an hour's drive you can reach the towns of Orvieto (65 km), Todi (55 km), Tuscania (70 km), Assisi and Perugia (90 km). The lakes Piediluco, Bolsena, Vico and Bracciano are within a fifty-km radius.
When you get there, you will see a stone gate with a roof and with 4 marvellous cypresses around it!
The gate opens into a large garden (7,000 sq m) where there is a B-B-Q, a wood-burning oven, and a huge cherry tree that the owner's grandfather planted when Sandro was a child.
You will be able to have your meals outside especially in spring and summer.
Terracotta tiles are everywhere, both in the garden and inside the house.
As soon as you get into the large living room with a wooden beam ceiling, the good quality furniture, the sofa bed and a big fireplace will leave you breathless.
A little further, to the right of the fireplace, there is the kitchen, which has an electric oven, a stove and a dish washer. A French door in the kitchen leads to a small terrace with a big wisteria plant all around it. By going down a few steps you can get to the back garden, to the swimming pool and the tennis ground.
You get to the two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds) and to the bathroom (with a shower) from the living room.
The house has got central heating. There are also some bikes and a washing machine in the owner's garage.
The tennis ground is in front of the villa and is surrounded by olive trees, cypresses and pines.
The swimming pool (13x7x1,8) is beautiful too. It is surrounded by pines, paved with terracotta tiles and, as located on a higher level, it offers a splendid view on the countryside and the valley below. Sandro, the owner (who respects privacy a lot) never uses the pool when the guests are there.
"La Poalombella" is a dream place: you will surely rent it more than once!!!

LA PALOMBELLA Reizendes renoviertes Haus auf dem Lande, in der Nähe des kleinen Dorfes "Vigne di Narni" (Lebensmittelgeschäft 400-500 m entfernt); Reitstall 4 km, Narni 10 km, Spoleto 50 km und Rom 75 km entfernt. Weniger als eine Stunde mit dem Auto entfernt: Orvieto (65 km), Todi (55 km), Tuscania (70 km), Assisi und Perugia (90 km). Im Umkreis von 50 km befinden sich die Seen von Piediluco, Bolsena und Vico. Von hier aus genießt man einen bezaubernden Blick auf die Hügel. Ruhige Lage. Am Eingang befindet sich ein Tor mit Schutzdach umgeben von vier Zypressen: Ein Wunderwerk!
Durch das Tor kommt man in einen 7000 qm großen Garten (mit Grill und Backofen) mit einem riesengroßen Kirschbaum, vom Großvater des heutigen Besitzers Sandro gepflanzt, als er ein Kind war. Hier unten kann man frühstücken oder im Frühling und Sommer Abend essen. Die Terrakotta herrscht im Garten sowie im Haus.
Nach dem Eintreten ist man über das große Wohnzimmer mit Holzbalkendecke, die wertvollen Möbel, das Doppelbettsofa und den großen Kamin sprachlos.
Rechts des Kamins befindet sich die Küche mit elektrischem Ofen, Herd und Spülmaschine. Von hier aus, durch eine Terrassentür, gelangt man zu einer kleinen von einer Glyzine umwachsenen Terrasse. Über ein paar Stufen kommt man zum Garten auf der hinteren Seite des Hauses und von hier aus erreicht man den Pool und den Tennisplatz.
Von Wohnzimmer aus kommt man zu den zwei Schlafzimmern (eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten) und zum Bad mit Dusche.
Das Haus verfügt über Zentralheizung, Fahrräder und eine Waschmaschine in der Garage des Besitzers. Gegenüber dem Haus liegt der Tennisplatz, eingebettet in das Grün der Olivenbäume, Zypressen und Pinien.
Sehr schön ist auch der Pool (13x7x1,8 m): Umgeben von Pinien, gepflastert mit Cotto und dank seiner Panoramalage bietet er einen wunderschönen Blick über das Land und das umliegende Tal (Der Besitzer benutzt den Pool nicht, wenn Gäste der Palombella da sind).
"La Palombella" ist wirklich ein Traumhaus: Man möchte wieder hierher kommen.
