Questa abitazione è una delle migliori nostre case al mare. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La casa ospita 6 persone e offre una maglifica vista sul mare (l'occhio spazia dal paese di Porto S. Stefano alla Giannella fino a Talamone e alla costa del Parco Naturale dell'Uccellina).
"La Panoramica" si trova all'uscita del paese. E' situata a pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti, pizzerie, ma contemporaneamente lontana dalla confusione tipica dei paesi di mare nei periodi estivi.
Altri pregi della casa sono: il cancello elettrico (utilizzato come ingresso anche dai proprietari delle altre 4 abitazioni dislocate lungo la strada di accesso); un posto auto vicino l'abitazione; la possibilità di raggiungere a piedi in soli 5-7 minuti due piccole caletta sottostanti ("La Caletta" e "Il Siluripedio").
Una volta posteggiata l'auto dovete scendere alcuni scalini. L'abitazione dispone di due ingressi: quello principale, posto a lato dell'abitazione, da cui si accede direttamente in soggiorno e quello secondario, posto sul retro, consente di entrare dalla cucina. La casa si sviluppa su due piani. Appena entrati troverete un ampio soggiorno con camino, divani e tavolo. Sulla sinistra uno dei tre bagni con doccia, poco più in là un cucinotto e alla vostra destra la zona più bella ed importante: una spaziosa terrazza munita di tavolo, sedie ed una tettoia. Da qui sarete liberi di perdervi con lo sguardo nell'infinito dell'orizzonte, di seguire la scia lasciata dalle barche che escono dal porto per dirigersi verso le coste più belle dell'Argentario oppure di seguire il volo dei gabbiani. Infine la sera mentre sarete riuniti con parenti o amici a tavola, potrete ammirare la innumerevoli luci delle case e dei paesi che brillano in lontananza.
Dal soggiorno, per mezzo di una scala in legno, si accede al reparto notte che consta di tre camere da letto (una con letto matrimoniale, una con due letti singoli e l'altra con due spaziosi latti a castello in legno) e di due bagni (uno con doccia e l'altro con vasca).
Dalle camere e da uno dei due bagni si gode di una stupenda vista mare.
La casa dispone di lavatrice e riscaldamento autonomo. Il proprietario acconsente ad ospitare anche i cani.

 This is one of our best homes at the sea. It is worth the rent and can host 6 people. It has a beautiful view on the sea (you can see from Porto Santo Stefano and Giannella to Talamone and the coast of the Uccellina Natural Park).
The "scenic route" is outside the small town. It is near the shops, restaurants and pizza places but, at the same time, far from the typical noise of seaside resorts during the summer months.
The house has also an electric gate (that also the owners of the other 4 houses, along the access road, use as their own entrances) and a parking area not far away. If you want, you can walk to the small cove below in just 5-7 minutes.
Once you have parked your car you will have to gown some steps. The house has got two entrances: the front door, on one side of the house (which opens into the living room) and the back door, at the back of the house, which opens into the kitchen. The house has got two floors.
The large living room is on the round floor. It has a fireplace, sofas and a dining table. To the left of the living room there is one of the three bathrooms, with a shower, then a kitchenette and on the right there is the most beautiful and important part of the house: a large roofed terrace with a dining table and some chairs. From there, you will be able to enjoy an incredible view: the sea, as far as the horizon, the wakes left by boats leaving the port and going towards the most beautiful Argentario beaches, the seagulls flying around and, at night, while sitting at the table with your relatives and friends, the lights of the houses of the small towns far away!
From the living room, going up a wooden staircase, you can reach the night area where there are three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with twin beds, and the other with two comfortable wooden trunk beds) and two bathrooms with a shower (the window of one of the bathrooms has a beautiful view on the sea).
There is a washing machine in the house and independent central heating. Dogs are welcome too by the owner.

LA PANORAMICA Ist eines unserer schönsten Häuser am Meer. Der Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Haus ist für 6 Personen geeignet und bietet einen sehr schonen Blick aufs Meer (der Ausblick reicht von "Porto S. Stefano" bis Talamone und zur Küste des "Parco Naturale dell'Uccellina").
"La Panoramica" befindet sich am Ende des Dorfes, wenige Schritte von Geschäften, Restaurants, Pizzerien entfernt, gleichzeitig aber weg vom typischen Lärm der Dörfer am Meer im Sommer. Das Haus besitzt noch andere Vorzüge: Ein elektrisches Tor (dient auch als Eingang für die Besitzer der 4 Häuser, die sich entlang der Zufahrtsstraße befinden), einen Autoabstellplatz in der Nähe des Hauses und es bietet die Möglichkeit zwei darunter liegende kleinen Buchten in 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ("La Caletta" u. "Il Siluripedio").
Nachdem man das Auto geparkt hat, geht man einige Stufen hinunter. Da Haus verfügt über zwei Eingänge: Den Haupteingang, an der Seite des Hauses, durch den man ins Wohnzimmer kommt und den zweiten, auf der hinteren Seite des Hauses, durch den man in die Küche kommt. Das Haus erstreckt sich über zwei Stockwerke. Nach dem Eintreten befindet man sich in einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Sofas und Tisch. Links befindet sich eines der drei Bäder mit Dusche, dann folgt die Kochecke und rechts der schönste und wichtigste Bereich: Eine großzügige überdachte Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen.
Von hier kann man den Blick bis zum Horizont schweifen lassen, dem Kielwasser der Boote folgen, die vom Hafen in Richtung der schönsten Küsten des "Argentario" fahren oder einfach den Flug der Möwen beobachten. Und am Abend am Tisch mit Freunden oder Verwandten kann man die unzähligen Lichter der Häuser und der Dörfer bewundern, die in der Entfernung leuchten.
Von Wohnzimmer aus, über eine Holztreppe, kommt man in den Schlafbereich, der über 3 Schlafzimmer (eines mit Doppelbett, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten und das dritte mit einem großem Holzstockbett) und zwei Bäder (eins mit Dusche u. das andere mit Badewanne).
Von den Schlafzimmern sowie von einem Bad aus genießt man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer.
Im Haus befinden sich eine Waschmaschine und eine Zentralheizung. Der Besitzer erlaubt die Anwesenheit von Hunden. Wir sind sicher, dass Sie nach einem Aufenthalt hier wieder kommen möchten.
