L’appartamento in questione fa parte di un complesso di 10 appartamenti ricavati dalla ristrutturazione di un vecchio podere costituito da tre casali. L’appartamento (il nr. 7) è ubicato nella struttura centrale più grande a piano terra. Il complesso sorge su una delle molte colline ubicate nelle vicinanze di Peccioli (10 km) e offre una magnifica vista. Anche la piscina (6x12 m con profondità da 1,2m a 2m) offre un bel panorama sulla vallata sottostante. La piscina viene aperta ad inizio Maggio e chiusa alla fine di Settembre. La piscina non può essere usata dopo le ore 21.30.
Anche se l’appartamento è ubicato all’interno di un residence, è doveroso far presente che tutti i proprietari (la maggior parte sono stranieri e comunque tutti non originari del luogo) hanno acquistato qui la loro seconda casa per trascorrervi le vacanze nel segno della tranquillità. Dunque anche gli ospiti dovranno essere rispettosi della tranquillità altrui.
L’appartamento nr. 7 dispone di un porticato la cui metà è riservata ai proprietari e/o agli ospiti dell’appartamento nr. 4 ("La Rossa-4").
L’appartamento dispone di un ampio soggiorno con divani e di un reparto cucina senza porta. Sulla sala si affaccia una camera con un letto a castello. Per mezzo di una porta si accede alla zona notte che dispone di due bagni con doccia, di una camera con due letti singoli ed una camera con letto matrimoniale.
L’arredamento è di pregio e lo stile architettonico dell’abitazione è molto elegante.
Questo appartamento è ideale per chi vuole stare in mezzo alla natura per avere una base di appoggio per visitare la campagna pisana oppure per chi è amante del golf: a soli 6 km si trova il campo da Golf di Castelfalfi (18 buche).
L’appartamento dista 5 km da Legoli, 13 km da Palaia, 17 km da Montaione, 20 km da Gambassi Terme, 22 km da Ponsacco e 50 km da Pisa aeroporto.

 LA ROSSA This is  one of the ten flats which resulted from the refurbishing of an old three building  farmhouse. This flat (N° 7) is  on the ground floor  of the bigger building. The farmhouse is on one of the many hills near Peccioli (10 km) and, therefore,  has a magnificent view. Also the swimming pool (6x12m and 1.2-2 m deep) has a beautiful view over the valley below. The pool – which cannot be used after 9 p.m  - is open from early May to late September.
Although the flat in  a residence, we have to point out that all the owners (most of whom are foreigners or coming from a different area) have bought their holiday home here to spend the summer in quietness. For this reason they will respect the privacy of all the other tenants.
Flat N° 7 has a porch half of which is used by the owners and/or the guests of Flat N°4("La Rossa-4").
It has a large living room with sofas and  a kitchen area without a door. From the living room you have access to a bedroom with a trunk bed. Another door leads to the night area where there are two bathrooms with a shower, a  bedroom with twin beds and a double bedroom.
The flat is  expensively furnished and its architecture  is very elegant.
It is suitable for people who want to be amidst nature, for people who want to make excursion to  the countryside around Pisa and for people who want to play golf. In fact, only 6 km away from the flat, there is the golf course of  Castelfalfi (with 18 holes).

 LA ROSSA Diese Wohnung ist eine von 10 Wohnungen, die durch die Rennovierung eines alten Gutshofes mit drei Häusern entstanden sind. Die Wohnung (Nr. 7) liegt im mittleren, grösseren Haus im Erdgeschoss. Dieses Gehöft liegt auf einem Hügel in der Nähe von Peccioli (10 km) und bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht. Auch vom Pool (6x12 m, Tiefe von 1.20 bis 2m) aus geniesst man das Panorama auf das untenliegende Tal.
Der Pool ist von Anfang Mai bis Ende September offen, darf jedoch nur bis 21.30 Uhr benützt werden.
Auch wenn die Wohnung in einer Residence liegt möchten wir doch darauf aufmerksam  machen, dass alle Besitzer (die meisten sind Ausländer, jedoch niemand ortskundig) hier ihre Zweitwohnung gekauft haben um ruhige Ferien zu verbringen, sodass auch die Gäste diese Ruhe respektieren sollten.
Wohnung Nr. 7 hat einen grossen Säulengang, der auch vom Besitzer und Gästen der Wohnung Nr. 4("La Rossa-4") benützt wird.
Die Wohnung hat ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Sesseln und eine Küchenzeile ohne Tür. Neben dem Wohnzimmer ist ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kastenbett. Weiter hat es zwei Duschen, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein Doppelbett Schlafzimmer. Die Einrichtung ist wertvoll und sehr elegant.
Diese Wohnung ist ideal für Leute, die inmitten der Natur verweilen möchten und Golf lieben. Nur 6 km entfernt liegt der Golfplatz von Castelfalfi (18 Löcher). Sie ist auch 5 km von Legoli, 13 km von Palaia, 17 km von Montaione, 20 km von Gambassi Terme, 22 km von Ponsacco und 50 km vom Flugplatz Pisa entfernt.
