Le Selvette Alte si trova nella vicinanza di Arcille, un piccolo paese a 15 km da Grosseto. Circondato dal quieto paesaggio collinare della Toscana, è un posto meraviglioso, fatto per dimenticare la vita quotidiana e per gustare i giorni di vacanza più felici. Sul retro dell'abitazione, per allietare le giornate più calde, vi è una piscina (5x10m) circondata da olivi che offre uno stupendo panorama sulle colline e vallate sottostanti. "Le Selvette Alte" dispone di due appartamenti: uno al piano terra ed uno al primo piano.

Il Cipresso E' l'appartamento situato al primo piano. Dispone di due camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli, un bagno con vasca, una cucina in legno massello ed una sala con divano letto a due piazze e camino, permettendo così a 6 persone di abitarci comodamente.

La Mimosa E' l'appartamento situato a piano terra. Dispone di un ampio soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, cucina munita di forno, frigo, congelatore e tavolo per pranzare; camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia. Il bagno è accessibile soltanto dalla camera matrimoniale.

Una lavatrice posta in una stanza comune a piano terra offre a tutti gli ospiti la possibilità di poter lavare i propri indumenti. Una terrazza coperta invita a trascorrere serenamente anche gli assolati giorni estivi circondati da vigneti, pendii di ulivi e natura vera. Un paesaggio senza toni troppo forti per la più quieta armonia.

 LE SELVETTE - ALTE Is near Arcille, a small village 15 km from Grosseto. It is a splendid house surrounded by the quiet, hilly, Tuscan countryside, a place where you can forget your everyday routine while spending a happy holiday. At the back of the house, to make hotter days more relaxing, there is a swimming pool (5 x 10m), surrounded by olive trees and from which you can enjoy a beautiful view on the hills and valleys below. "Le Selvette Alte" has got two flats, one upstairs and one downstairs.

Il Cipresso It is the upstairs flat. It has got two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two twin beds. There is a bathroom with a tub, a kitchen made of solid wood, and a living room with a double sofa bed (the flat can therefore host six people) and a fireplace.

La Mimosa This is the downstairs flat. It has got a large living room, with a double sofa bed, a kitchen with an oven, a fridge, a freezer and a dining table. There is a double bedroom a bathroom with a shower. The bathroom is reachable only from the bedroom.

There is a washing machine, in a common room downstairs, which can be used by all the guests. There is a covered terrace where you can spend you time and relax during the very hot summer days and from which you can enjoy a splendid view on the vineyards, on the hills covered with olive trees and on the whole countryside. A soft Tuscan landscape full of harmony and quietness.

 LE SELVETTE - ALTE Liegt in der Nähe von Arcille, einem kleinen Dorf ca. 15 km von Grosseto entfernt. Umgeben von der beruhigenden Hügellandschaft der Toskana ist es ein wunderbarer Platz, entspannt den Alltag zu vergessen und glückliche Urlaubstage zu genießen. Auf der Rückseite der Anlage liegt, um die heißen Tage zu erleichtern, ein Pool (5x10m) umgeben von Olivenbäumen, von dem aus sich ein herrlicher Ausblick auf die darunterliegenden Hügel und Täler bietet. "Le Selvette Alte" verfügt über zwei Apartments: Eines im Erdgeschoß und eines im ersten Stock.

Il Cipresso Diese Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock. Sie verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, eines davon mit Ehebett, das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein Badezimmer mit Wanne, eine Massivholzküche und ein Wohnzimmer mit Doppelbettcouch und Kamin, so dass hier 6 Personen bequem Platz finden.

La Mimosa Diese Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß. Sie verfügt über ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Sofabett, eine Küche ausgestattet mit Ofen, Kühl-Gefrierschrank und Esstisch, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche. Das Bad kann man nur vom Schlafzimmer aus erreichen.

Eine Waschmaschine in einem Gemeinschaftsraum im Erdgeschoß steht allen Gästen zur Verfügung. Eine überdachte Terrasse lädt dazu ein auch die heißen Sommertage vergnügt umgeben von Weinbergen, Olivenhängen und Natur pur zu verbringen. Eine Landschaft ohne laute, störende Töne sorgt für eine ruhige Harmonie.
