pochi km dal paese di Arcille, su una piccola collina, sorge un'azienda
agricola il cui casolare è stato finito di ristrutturare nei primi
mesi del 2006.
Il casolare è stato suddiviso in quattro appartamenti: due a piano
terra e due al primo piano.
A piano terra abbiamo i due appartamenti più caratteristici.
LECCIO
(4+2) Si trova sul lato sinistro del casolare. Gli ospiti che
soggiorneranno il questo appartamento hanno un loro posto auto riservato
vicino l'ingresso. Anche qui il soffitto è a volta con mattoni.
L'arredamento è simile a quello di Melograno. Vi sono due camere
con letto con letto matrimoniale (in una delle quali è presente
anche una cassaforte incassata), bagno con doccia e cucina con angolo
cottura. Un porticato offre la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto.
Gli animali sono ben accetti dal proprietario. Entrambi gli appartamenti
sono recintati ed hanno l'ingresso indipendente. Nel locale caldaia
vi è una lavatrice in comune per tutti gli appartamenti. "Le Selvette - Il Cipresso"
è senz'altro un posto ideale per chi è alla ricerca di tranquillità.
Al primo piano vi è l'appartamento del proprietario (vuoto per la
maggior parte dell'anno perché il proprietario vi si reca soltanto
alcune volte durante l'inverno) ed un secondo appartamento composto
da un ampio soggiorno, due camere (una matrimoniale e l'altra con
due letti singoli) e bagno con vasca. Quest'ultimo può essere affittato
su richiesta dagli ospiti di "Melograno" e/o "Leccio" al prezzo
di 220,00 Euro settimana (riscaldamenti esclusi) qualora vi fosse
la necessità di altri posti letto.
MELOGRANO
(2+2) E' l'appartamento più piccolo ma anche il più carino.
Gli interni sono in pietra ed il soffitto è quello caratteristico
delle vecchie aziende agricole toscane: a volta con mattoni. Il
soggiorno è spazioso e munito di angolo cottura con camino in pietra
e mattoni, forno, tavolo toscano con sedie. Un grande arco a mattoni
separa l'angolo cottura dalla zona dove si trova il divano letto
matrimoniale. Prima di entrare in camera una porta sulla destra
(dietro alla quale vi è una cassaforte incassata) conduce ad un
ampio bagno con doccia. Oltrepassando un altro arco a mattoni si
accede alla camera matrimoniale con armadio. L'esterno presenta
un largo marciapiede lastricato e una tettoia dove poter far colazione
o cenare all'aperto.
Facciamo presente che per un grande gruppo di amici, poco distante
da "Le Selvette" vi è un'altra nostra struttura ("Le Selvette Alte") con due appartamenti e piscina.... |

 LE SELVETTE A
few km from the village of Arcille, on a small hill, there is a
country farm which was refurbished early in 2006.
The farm was divided into four flats: two on the ground floor and
two on the first floor.
LECCIO
(4+2) This flat s on the right of the farmhouse. The guests
who rent it will have their own parking place next to the entrance.
There is a red brick vaulted ceiling here too. It is furnished like
"Melograno" and has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower
and a living room with a dining area. A porch gives you the chance
of having your meals outside.
Animals are welcome by the owner. Both flats are fenced and have
an independent entrance. In the boiler room there is also a washing
machine which can be shared by the guests of all the flats. "Le Selvette - Il
Cipresso" is doubtless the ideal place for people looking for quietness.
Thee owner's flat is on the first floor (which is empty most of
the year as he uses it only sometimes in winter) together with another
flat which has a large living room, two bedrooms (a double one and
one with twin beds) and a bathroom with a shower. There is also
a kitchen. This can be rented on request by the guests of "Melograno"
and/or "Leccio" for 220 E per week (heating expenses excluded) in
case they need some extra beds.
MELOGRANO
(2+2) This is the smallest flat but also the prettiest flat.
The walls are made of stone and the vaulted red brick ceiling is
typical of the old Tuscan country farms. The living room is large
and has a cooking area with a stone and red brick fireplace, an
oven, and a Tuscan table with chairs. A big red brick arch separates
the cooking area from the part of the living room where there is
a double sofa bed. Before you get to the bedroom, there is a large
bathroom with a shower. Beyond another red brick arch there is the
double bedroom with a wardrobe. The two most characteristic flats
are the ones on the ground floor.
Outside, there is a large pavement and a roofing under which you
can have meals in the open air.

from "Le Selvette" another house ("Le Selvette Alte") with two flats

 Wenige Kilometer von "Arcille" entfernt, auf einem kleinen
Hügel, befindet sich ein Gutshof, dessen Wohnhaus Anfang 2006 fertig
renoviert worden ist. Das Wohnhaus ist in vier Wohnungen aufgeteilt
worden: Zwei im Erdgeschoß und zwei im ersten Stock.
Im Erdgeschoß befinden sich zwei Wohnungen im toskanischen Stil.
LECCIO
(4+2) Befindet sich auf der linken Seite des Hauses. Für die Gäste dieser
Wohnung ist ein Autoabstellplatz neben dem Eingang reserviert. Auch
hier ist die Ziegeldecke gewölbt. Die Einrichtung ist ähnlich wie
in Melograno. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett
(eines mit Wandsafe), Bad mit Dusche und Küche mit Kochecke. Eine
überdachte Terrasse bietet die Möglichkeit im Freien zu essen.
Tiere sind dem Besitzer sehr willkommen. Beide Wohnungen sind eingezäunt
und haben einen unabhängigen Eingang. Im Heizungsraum befindet sich
eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung aller Gäste. "Le Selvette - Il Cipresso" ist
sicherlich ideal für diejenigen, die auf der Suche nach Ruhe sind.
Im ersten Stock liegt die Wohnung des Besitzers (die meiste Zeit
des Jahres steht sie leer, da der Besitzer nur ein paar Mal im Winter
hier wohnt) und eine zweite Wohnung, die aus einem weiten Wohnzimmer,
zwei Schlafzimmern (ein Doppelzimmer und ein Zweibettzimmer) und
einem Bad mit Dusche besteht. Diese Wohnung kann von den Gästen
von "Melograno" bzw. "Leccio" zusätzlich zum Preis von 220€/Woche
(Heizkosten nicht inkludiert) gemietet werden, falls man zusätzliche
Betten braucht.
MELOGRANO
(2+2) ist die kleinste aber auch die netteste Wohnung. Die Wände und die
gewölbte Decke sind aus Ziegelsteinen, typisch für die alten toskanischen
Gutshöfe. Das Wohnzimmer ist breit und ausgestattet mit Kochecke,
Kamin aus Ziegeln, Herd und toskanischem Tisch mit Stühlen.
Ein großer Ziegelbogen trennt die Kochecke von dem Raum mit dem
Doppelschlafsofa. Vor dem Schlafzimmer ist rechts eine Tür (hinter
der Tür ist ein Wandsafe), die zum großen Bad mit Dusche führt.
Hinter dem Ziegelbogen kommt man ins Doppelzimmer mit Schrank. Der
Außenbereich hat einen breiten gepflasterten Bereich mit Schutzdach,
wo man in Freien frühstücken oder Abend essen kann.
Für eine größere Gruppe Freunde bietet es sich an, wenig entfernt
eine unserer anderen Ferienanlagen, ("Le Selvette Alte") mit zwei Wohnungen
und Pool, gemeinsam mit "Le Selvette" zu mieten… |
