Mount Amiata has something to offer tourists all the year round.
Paths wind up to 1,730 meters. There you can find beautiful
places for picnics among small lakes, streams of water, and
hot water springs (for healthy baths). You can also go horse
riding (in the silent chestnut tree woods) or ski in winter.
There are small Medieval towns like Montegiovi, Montelaterone,
Monticello, Seggiano,
Santa Fiora, Arcidosso, and Castel del Piano.
