Questo è il nome di fantasia che abbiamo scelto per descrivere questo casale ubicato sulle colline adiacenti la città di Arezzo (4 km!!). Bellissimo panorama, tranquillità e lusso sono le parole chiave che identificano “Luxury”. I proprietari sono molto gentili. Gli ospiti che scelgono questa abitazione vengono coccolati e trattati più da amici che da clienti. All’arrivo viene preparata una cena di benvenuto e il giorno della partenza viene preparato il cestino da viaggio con panini, vino ed acqua da consumare durante il tragitto.
I proprietari abitano a circa 70 mt dal casale. I clienti hanno il loro accesso riservato alla proprietà  e possono disporre non solo della piscina riscaldata (6x12 m) con vista panoramica sulla città di Arezzo ma anche del grande giardino, della connessione Wi-Fi, della dependance adibita ad area fitness, della zona del gioco delle bocce, del ping-pong e biliardino.
Durante il week-end, possono essere organizzate escursioni a pagamento con i cavalli o voli turistici a pagamento con il “Piper” privato dei proprietari. La proprietaria ha poi la passione di cucinare e con un piccolo extra a persona è possibile frequentare dei corsi di cucina.
Il casale è stato ristrutturato con gusto ed eleganza direttamente dai proprietari. La villa si sviluppa su due piani e si compone di due appartamenti che vengono però affittati insieme. A piano terra, nella parte centrale del casale, si trova l’ingresso dell’appartamento più grande mentre sul lato destro vi sono le scalette che conducono all’appartamento ubicato al primo piano.
Appena entrati, sulla destra, vi è un bagno con doccia. Dall’ingresso si accede al grande salone diviso in due parti: a sinistra la zona lettura con i divani ed il camino, a destra la sala da pranzo con una scalinata che conduce al primo piano. Ancora più a destra vi è la cucina che, in realtà, si compone di due parti suddivise l’una dall’altra da un arco. Qui trovate tutto l’occorrente per cucinare (frigorifero all’americana, forno, fornelli, lavastoviglie, acquaio, ecc…). Dalla cucina, per mezzo di una porta a vetri, si accede in giardino ed un ripostiglio dove si trovano lavatrice ed asciugatrice.
Tornando in soggiorno ed utilizzando le scale interne si accede al primo piano dove si trova il reparto notte. Qui troviamo tre camere matrimoniali (una delle quali con bagno con doccia al suo interno) ed un bagno con vasca-doccia. Da questa ala del casale vi è l’accesso al terrazzo da cui si può ammirare la città di Arezzo ed il giardino dove si trova la piscina.
Una delle tre camere matrimoniali (quella con il letto a baldacchino) dispone di una porta che la collega al soggiorno dell’altro appartamento del primo piano. Se questa porta venisse lasciata chiusa, il casale si trasformerebbe in una costruzione con due appartamenti completamente indipendenti.
Il soggiorno del secondo appartamento è molto ampio: dispone di un angolo cottura, di un camino e di un divano letto matrimoniale. Dal soggiorno si accede ad una camera matrimoniale ed al bagno con doccia.

LUXURY This is the imaginary name  that we have chosen to describe this farmhouse located on the hills near the town of Arezzo (4 km!). A beautiful view, peace and luxury are the key words that best describe “Luxury”. The owners are very friendly people. The guests who choose this house are “cuddled” and regarded more as close friends than  guests. They are given a welcome dinner when they arrive and when they leave they are given a packet lunch, for their trip back, with sandwiches, wine and water.
The owners live about 70 m from the farmhouse : guests have their own private access to the property and have at their disposal not only a warmed-up swimming pool (6x12m), with a view over the town of Arezzo, but also a large garden, a Wi-Fi connection, the annexe – which has been turned into a fitness area -  the bowling green, the ping pong and the table soccer.
During the week-end, guests can take excursions on horseback or by a Piper, the owner’s small private aeroplane (both excursions have to be paid for, of course). The owner’s wife likes cooking so, with a little extra money per person, you can attend cooking courses too, if you are interested. 
The farmhouse has been refurbished with taste and elegance by the owners. The house has two floors and is divided into two flats which are let together. On the ground floor, in the central parte of the house, there is the entrance door to the larger flat, while, on the right side, there is the staircase leading to the first floor flat.
Once you are in the downstairs flat, you can see, on the right, the bathroom with a shower and you can get into the living room which is divided into two parts : the sitting room on the left – with two sofas and a fireplace – and the dining room with a staircase leading to the first floor. The kitchen is on the right and is actually divided into two areas by means of an arch wall. It is fully equipped, with an American fridge, a cooker with an oven, a sink etc.  The kitchen has a glass French door opening into the garden  and  a closet where there is a washing machine and a clothes drier.
From the dining room, by means of the staircase, you can get to the first floor and  the night area where there are three double bedrooms (one of which en suite with a shower) and a bathroom with a tub/shower. The access to the terrace is in this part of the house. From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view over the town of Arezzo and the garden with the pool.
One the  three bedrooms (the one with a four-poster bed) has a  door opening into the living room of the first floor flat. If this door was kept locked, the house would have two totally independent flats.
The first floor living room is very large. It has a cooking area, a fireplace and a double sofa bed. From there, you can get to the a double bedroom and to the bathroom with a shower.
In all the bedrooms and living rooms of the farmhouse there is an LCD TV set and SAT TV with a dish pointed towards “Hotbird”. The Wi-Fi connection is in the whole building.

 LUXURY Dies ist der Fantasyname, den wir diesem Gehöft gegeben haben, welches sich auf den Hügeln, die Stadt Arezzo überblickend, befindet (4 km). Sehr schönes Panorama, Ruhe und Luxus sind die richtigen Worte „Luxury“ zu beschreiben. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett. Die Gäste, die dieses Anwesen aussuchen, werden  mehr als Freunde als wie Gäste verwöhnt. Bei ihrer Ankunft erwartet sie ein Willkommen-Nachtessen und für die Rückreise bekommen Sie einen Korb mit Brötchen, Wein und Wasser.
Die Besitzer wohnen ca. 70 mt vom Gehöft entfernt. Zu Diesem gehört ein beheizbares Schwimmbad (6x12 m) mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Stadt Arezzo, ein grosser Garten, Wireless-Verbindung, eine Fitness-Anlage, eine Spielzone mit Boccia, Ping-pong und Billiard.
Während dem Wochenende können bezahlte  Reittouren oder Rundflüge mit der Privatpiper des Besitzers unternommen werden. Die Bestzerin ist eine passionierte Köchin und erteilt gerne, gegen ein kleines Entgeld, Kochkurse.
Das Gehöft wurde von den Besitzern mit Geschmack und Eleganz eingerichtet. Die Villa hat zwei Stockwerke, somit zwei Wohnungen, die jedoch nur zusammen vermietet werden. Ebenerdig, im Zentrum des Gehöfts, befindet sich der Eingang zur grösseren Wohnung, während sich auf der rechten Seite des Hauses, über einigen Stufen, der Eingang zur oberen Wohnung befindet.
Beim Eingang rechts hat es eine Dusche. Durch den Eingang kommt man in einen grossen Wohnraum, welcher in zwei Räume unterteilt ist. Links eine Lesezone mit Sofa und Kamin, rechts ein Esszimmer und eine Treppe, die in den ersten Stock hinaufführt.
Noch weiter rechts ist eine Küche, die wiederum durch einen Bogen in zwei Teile getrennt ist. Hier finden sie alles was man zum kochen benötigt (amerikanischer Kühlschrank, Spulmaschine, Back-Ofen, Küchenzeile etc.). Von der Küche kommt man durch eine Glastüre in den Garten und zu einer Unterkunft mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler.
Im Wohnzimmer zurück kommt man über die Innentreppe in den ersten Stock zu den Schlaf- räumen. Hier finden Sie drei Doppelschlafzimmer (eines davon mit integrierter Dusche) mit  Bad. Von hier oben kommt man auf eine grosse Terrasse mit Blick über die Stadt Arezzo und das Schwimmbad.
Eines der drei Schlafzimmer (jenes mit Baldachin) hat eine Tür, die das Wohnzimmer zur anderen Wohnung im ersten Stock verbindet. Sollte man diese Türe schliessen, hat das Haus zwei komplett in sich abgeschlossene Wohnungen.
Das Wohnzimmer der zweiten Wohnung ist sehr gross. Es hat eine Kochzeile, ein Kamin, und ein doppeltes Sofabett. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kommt man in ein Doppelschlafzimmer mit Dusche.
In allen Zimmern der Villa hat es eine LCD-Television mit SAT auf „Astra“ und „Hotbird“ gerichtet. Im ganzen Haus hat es Wireless-Anschluss.
