 Una volta oltrepassato il cancello elettrico un viale di cipressi vi condurrà alla proprietà.
“Madrechiesa” si compone della villa padronale accanto alla quale si trova l’abitazione più grande: “EVA”.
A sinistra di questa prima costruzione si trova la piscina (6x12 m) a tre profondità (la massima è di 2,30m).
Accanto alla piscina vi è un’altra costruzione suddivisa in due parti: una stanza adibita a cucina che il proprietario si è riservato; l’altra parte è la seconda abitazione che viene affittata: “SARA”.
Eva L’appartamento si compone di un porticato che la collega all’abitazione del proprietario.
Il soggiorno, a forma di “L”, si compone di una zona tv con ricevitore satellitare e dell’angolo cottura munito di lavastoviglie. Dal soggiorno si accede alla camera dei ragazzi, molto piccola, dove sono presenti due letti singoli.
Sempre dal soggiorno, per mezzo di un’altra porta, si accede alla camera matrimoniale.
L’unico bagno con doccia è accessibile dall’interno della camera matrimoniale. Sara L’appartamento dispone di due ingressi: uno rivolto verso la villa padronale e l’altro dalla parte opposta e, poiché qui è presente una panca con tavolo in legno, vi è la possibilità per gli ospiti di mangiare all’aperto.
Nel soggiorno vi è un camino, una tv con antenna parabolica ed un piccolo angolo cottura. Dal soggiorno, per mezzo di un corridoio, si accede al reparto notte dove sulla sinistra si trova la camera dei ragazzi con un letto singolo ed un divano letto singolo mentre sulla destra vi è la camera matrimoniale. Alla fine del corridoio si trova il bagno con doccia.
Una piccola porta sul retro dell’edificio dove sono ubicati la casa padronale e “EVA” consente agli ospiti di Madrechiesa di accedere alla lavatrice comune. |

 MADRECHIESA Once beyond the electric gate, you will see a cypress drive leading to the property. “Madrechiesa” includes the owner’s villa and, next to it, a bigger building called “Eva”.
To the left of the villa there is a swimming pool (6x12 m) with three levels of depth (the deepest is 2.3 m).
Next to the pool, there is another building divided into two parts: a room used by the owner as a kitchen, and the second flat to be rented: “Sara”.
Eva The flat has a portico that connects it to the owners’ villa. The “L” shaped living-room has a TV area, with SAT TV, and a cooking area, which is equipped with a dish-washer. From the living –room you can have access to the children’s bedroom which is very small but with twin beds.
Another living-room door leads to the en suite double bedroom which has the only bathroom with a shower of the house.
Sara This flat has two entrance doors: one facing the owners’ villa and the other at the back, where there is a wooden table with a bench and, therefore, the possibility for guests to have meals in the open air.
The living room has a fireplace, SAT TV, and a small cooking area. Outside the living room, a corridor leads to the night area : the children’s room, with a single bed, is on the left; the double room is on the right. At the end of the corridor there is a bathroom with a shower. |

 MADRECHIESA Durch das elektrische Tor führt Sie eine Zipressenallee bis zum Haus.
Madrechiesa ist unterteilt im Haus der Besitzer, und in der grösseren Wohnung „EVA“.
Links von diesem Haus liegt das Schwimmbad (6x12m) mit drei Tiefen, die tiefste ist2.30m.
Neben dem Schwimmbad steht ein anderes unterteiltes Haus. Hier ist die andere Wohnung „SARA“ mit daneben einer Küche, die dem Besitzer reserviert ist.
EVA Zuerst kommt man in den Wohnbereich mit Sitzgruppe, einer Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine und Essplatz. Dann geht es in die Schlafzimmer, eines mit Ehebett und Bad, das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten. (Ins Badezimmer kommt man nur durch das grosse Schlafzimmer. Eine schöne Terrasse lädt zum Essen im freien ein.
SARA Hinter der obengenannten Küche liegt diese reizende Wohnung. Die durch zwei Eingänge Begehbar ist, einer neben dem Haus der Besitzer, der andere auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Hier gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Ehebett, das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten, einem Bad und einen gemütlichen Wohnraum mit offenem Kamin, Essplatz und einer kleinen Kochecke. Auch hier lädt eine schöne Terrasse zum verweilen ein.
Für beide Wohnungen steht den Gästen eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung u. Beide Wohnungen besitzen TV-SAT-Anschluss.
