E' una bellissima abitazione in pietra di circa120 mq che il sig. Franco ha terminato di ristrutturare alla fine di Luglio 2003. Dall'alto di una delle tante colline che caratterizzano la campagna del paesino di Campiglia d'Orcia, S. Michele domina tutta la vallata della Val d'Orcia. Qui nessuno potrà disturbare i vostri sonni o le serate estive fuori all'aria aperta. Quando d'estate il caldo diventa insopportabile una piscina (4x8m) rinfrescherà le vostre giornate e, perché no, anche le vostre notti. Anche quando sarete immersi nella piscina potrete beneficiare dello stupendo panorama sulla Val d'Orcia che soltanto S. Michele può offrirvi. Il soffitto in travi di legno, l'impiantito in cotto ed un arredamento raffinato rendono gradevole ed accogliente ciascuna stanza. L'abitazione si sviluppa su due piani. A piano terra si trova una grande sala munita di angolo cottura, lavastoviglie, forno (e quant'altro necessario in cucina), divano letto matrimoniale, Tv-Sat, camino in mattoni e un bagno con doccia. Dalla sala, grazie ad un altro ingresso, si accede all'esterno dove una tettoia in legno vi riparerà dal sole offrendovi un bellissimo panorama della Val d'Orcia. Sempre dalla sala, per mezzo di una rampa di scale in legno, si accede al reparto notte al primo piano che dispone di un bagno con vasca idromassaggio, tre camere matrimoniali. In casa è presente anche una lavatrice. Pagando un piccolo extra avrete la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto (c'è posto soltanto per un'auto) nel garage che si trova sotto l'abitazione e da cui vi si accede per mezzo di una rampa.
Siamo sicuri che S. Michele è l'abitazione ideale per una grande famiglia o per un gruppo di amici che desiderano trascorrere delle tranquille vacanze nella tipica campagna toscana. I cani sono ben accetti tanto che il proprietario ha realizzato una recinzione in legno e rete metallica intorno al giardino della casa.

 S. MICHELE This is a very beautiful stone house of about 120 sq m that Mr Franco finished refurbishing in late July 2003. From the top of one of the many hills in the countryside around the small town of Campiglia d'Orcia, S: Michele overlooks the whole Orcia Valley. Nobody will be able to disturb you while sleeping or spending your summer evenings outside. When the summer heat is unbearable, the swimming pool (4x8m) will help you get some relief during the day and, why not, also at night. And,, even while swimming, you will be able to enjoy the marvellous view on the Orcia Valley which only S. Michele can offer you.
The wooden beam ceilings, the terracotta-tiled floors and the elegant furniture make the whole place very tasteful and comfortable.
The house has got two floors. On the ground floor there is the large living room with a built in kitchen, a dishwasher, an oven (and anything else you may need). There is also a double sofa bed, Sat TV, a red brick fireplace and a bathroom with a shower.
Through another door in the living room, you can get outside, where a wood roofing will protect you from the sun. You will be able to enjoy a beautiful view of the Orcia Valley from there. A staircase in the living room will lead you (also) to the night area, on the first floor, where there is a bathroom with a Jacuzzi, three double bedrooms. The house is also equipped with a washing machine.
By paying a little extra, you will be able to park your car in the garage which is in the basement and where only one vehicle can be parked. The garage is reachable through a flight of stairs.
We are positive that S. Michele is the ideal place for a large family or for a group of friends who want to spend a quiet holiday in the typical Tuscan countryside. Dogs are welcome: the owner built a wood fencing with wire net around all garden to prevent the dogs can go away.

S. MICHELE Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes Steinhaus von ca. 120 m2, dessen Renovierung Signor Franco Ende Juli 2003 abgeschlossen hat. Von der Höhe eines der Hügel, die die Landschaft um das Dorf Campiglia d'Orcia prägen, dominiert S. Michele das ganze Tal der Orcia. Hier kann niemand Ihre Träume stören oder die Sommerabende im Freien. Wenn es im Sommer heiß wird bietet ein Pool (4x8m) Erfrischung für die Tage - und warum nicht - auch in den Nächten. Auch vom Pool aus können Sie das atemberaubende Panorama des Orciatals genießen, was nur S. Michele Ihnen bieten kann. Die Decke in Holzbalken, der Boden in Cotto und eine gelungene Einrichtung machen jedes Zimmer freundlich und gemütlich.
Das Haus besteht aus zwei Stockwerken. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein großer Raum mit Kochnische, Spülmaschine, Ofen (und allem was in der Küche notwendig ist), Sofabett, Sat-TV, einem Kamin aus Ziegeln und einem Bad mit Dusche.
Vom Wohnzimmer aus kommt man, durch einen anderen Eingang, in den Außenbereich, wo man unter dem Sonnenschutz eines Vordachs das wunderschöne Panorama des Orciatals genießen kann.
Auch vom Wohnzimmer aus, über eine Holztreppe, in den Schlafbereich im ersten Stock, der über ein Bad mit Whirlpool, drei Doppelzimmer. Im Haus gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine.
Gegen eine geringe Gebühr haben Sie die Möglichkeit das Auto in der Garage zu parken (es gibt nur Platz für ein Auto), die sich unter dem Haus befindet und in die man über eine Rampe gelangt.
Wir sind sicher, dass S. Michele die ideale Unterkunft für eine große Familie oder für eine Gruppe von Freunden ist, die einen ruhigen Urlaub in der typischen Landschaft der Toskana verbringen will.
Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Der Besitzer hat deshalb extra einen Maschendrahtzaun um das Gartenhaus gebaut.
