Da Granaione, un piccolo paese a 20 km circa da Grosseto, una piccola strada asfaltata vi porta, attraverso la campagna collinosa, coltivata con olivi e viti, al Podere San Rocco. S. Rocco è un luogo ideale per persone che sono alla ricerca di tranquillità e privacy. Le varie strade asfaltate poste vicino alla fattoria sono l’ideale per passeggiate con gli animali ed i bambini. Anche chi ha la passione di viaggiare in mountainbike si divertirà sicuramente: i paesaggi che si possono scoprire sono veramente mozzafiato. Stefano, il proprietario, ha lavorato per molti anni in famosi centri-benessere di tutta Italia. Da alcuni anni ha deciso di dedicarsi anima e corpo all’azienda paterna. Comunque, per non abbandonare quella che è stata per molti anni la sua passione e fonte di vita (i massaggi), ha realizzato all’interno della sua azienda una stanza dove, su richiesta, gli ospiti potranno beneficiare di meravigliosi massaggi che rilasseranno corpo e mente. Dopo un massaggio, quale cosa migliore di un refrigerante bagno nella bellissima piscina circolare (8m diametro) posta in giardino? Il mare dista circa 30km, la città di Grosseto soltanto 20km, Siena 70km. Stefano produce anche un ottimo Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva: provate ad assaggiarlo e vedrete che lo acquisterete sicuramente prima di fare ritorno a casa. Dimenticavo…. produce anche un ottimo vino rosso Montecucco. Berlo la sera sotto il porticato mentre vi godete la tranquillità che l’Az. S. Rocco offre, vi rilasserà. Passiamo adesso a descrivere i tre appartamenti:

Il Camino Questo appartamento si trova a piano terra. La sala è dominata da un grande camino, lì vicino c’è un forno per la pizza, dove si può cucinare un intero agnello o si può cuocere un dolce. Una casa ideale per chi cucina per hobby! Davanti al camino si trovano mobili imbottiti e un televisore con satellite. Dietro, con vista sul giardino e sotto ad un bellissimo porticato, c’è il posto deve poter mangiare all’aperto. Dalla sala, a sinistra, si va alle due camere da letto ognuna per due persone ed al bagno. Lavatrice e Sat-Tv sono presenti.

La Campanula Una scala esterna vi porta al piano superiore. Si arriva prima nella grande sala, che è divisa in due luoghi. Da una parte i fornelli e il posto deve mangiare e dall’altra un posto per chiacchierare davanti al camino, la Sat-Tv e una meravigliosa vista. Poi si prosegue nella zona notte con 4 camere da letto ognuna per 2 persone e il bagno con doccia. Questo appartamento è arredato molto bene. Naturalmente c’è a disposizione anche qui una lavatrice. Nel giardino gli affittuari hanno posti separati per sedersi, cosicché ogni famiglia ha il suo spazio.

La Lavanda E’ l’ultimo degli appartamenti che Stefano ha realizzato. Dispone di due camere da letto (una matrimoniale ed una con letto singolo ma, all’occorrenza, può essere aggiunto un altro letto singolo), bagno con doccia, lavatrice, Sat-Tv, soggiorno con angolo cottura, barbecue e un bel porticato dove poter mangiare all’ombra. Tutto arredato in maniera impeccabile.

Siamo sicuri che qui trascorrerete delle meravigliose vacanze immersi nella classica campagna toscana.

 SAN ROCCO From Granaione, a small village about 20 km  from Grosseto, a small asphalt road will  lead you - through the hilly countryside with olive trees and vineyards - to the San Rocco Farm. San Rocco is the ideal place for people who want to have a holiday far from the noise and who look for privacy. The several asphalt roads nearby are perfect for  walks with dogs and children. They are also suitable for people who love having fun by  riding a mountain bike. The landscapes there are breathtaking. Stefano, the owner, worked for many years in beauty farms all over Italy, then he decided to look after  his father’s farm. Anyway, not to give up his favourite job as a masseur, he got a massage room built inside his farm, for guests who want to benefit of his incredible massages which are relaxing both for your body and soul! And, after a relaxing massage, there ‘s nothing better than a swim in the cool water of the  beautiful, round swimming pool (with an 8 meter diameter) which is in the farm garden!!! The sea is about 30 km away. The town of Grosseto is only 20 km and Siena 70 km. Stefano produces  a very good Extra Virgin Olive oil. Try it. You will certainly buy some before leaving. He also produces an excellent Montecucco red wine which you can drink while relaxing at night under the farm portico. There are three flats at San Rocco.

Il Camino This flat is on the ground floor. A big fireplace dominates the living room. Near the fireplace there is a large pizza oven,  where you can cook even a whole lamb if you want!!!!! A perfect flat for people who love cooking! In front of the fireplace there are padded armchairs and  Sat TV. Behind it, with a beautiful view on the garden and under a portico,  there is a place where you can take your meals in the open. In the living room, on the left, there is a door leading to the two double bedrooms and to the bathroom. There is also a washing machine in the flat.

La Campanula An external staircase leads you upstairs. You  first get to the large living room which is divided into two parts. In one part there is a built in kitchen where you can take your meals. The rest of the room is a place where you can relax and talk  in front of the fireplace. There is Sat TV in this room and  a wonderful view. From the living room you get to the night area with 4 double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. This flat is well furnished. Of course, a washing machine is available also here. La Campanula has its own garden like Il Camino.

La Lavanda This was the last flat to be built. It has got two bedrooms : one double and one single. In the latter, when necessary, an extra  twin bed can be added. There is a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and Sat TV. The living room has got a built in kitchen. There is a B-B-Q too in the garden and a portico where you can take meals in the open.

 POD. S. ROCCO Von Granaione, einem kleinen Dorf ca. 20 km vor Grosseto, bringt Sie eine kleine Asphaltstrasse durch hügeliges Land, bewachsen mit Wein und Oliven zum Podere San Rocco. Die Strasse endet beim nächsten, der hier verstreut liegenden Bauernhöfe. S. Rocco ist der ideale Ort für jemanden, der Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht. Die verschiedenen asphaltierten Wege in der Nähe des Hofes sind ideal für Spaziergänge mit Tieren und Kindern. Auch dem, der gerne Mountainbike fährt wird es hier sicherlich gefallen: Die Landschaften, die man hier entdecken kann sind wirklich atemberaubend. Stefano, der Besitzer, hat viele Jahre in berühmten Wellness-Zentren in ganz Italien gearbeitet. Vor einigen Jahren hat er sich entschlossen sich mit Leib und Seele dem elterlichen Betrieb zu widmen. Um jedoch seine Leidenschaft und den Lebensunterhalt vieler Jahre (die Massage) nicht hinter sich zu lassen, hat er in seinem Hof ein Zimmer eingerichtet wo, nach Vereinbarung, die Gäste eine wunderbare Massagen erhalten können, die Leib und Seele entspannen. Was wäre nach einer Massage besser als eine erfrischendes Bad in dem schönen runden Swimmingpool (8m Durchmesser) im Garten? Das Meer ist ca. 30 Km entfernt , Grosseto nur 20 Km und Siena 70 Km. Stefano stellt auch eine sehr gutes kaltgepresstes Olivenöl her: Probieren Sie es und schauen Sie, daß Sie etwas davon mitnehmen bevor Sie nach Hause zurückkehren. Ich vergaß.... er produziert auch einen hervorragenden Vino rosso Montecucco. Trinken Sie ihn abends auf der überdachten Terrasse und genießen Sie die Ruhe, welche die Azienda S. Rocco bietet, das wird Sie entspannen. Gehen wir jetzt zur Beschreibung der drei Apartments:

Il Camino Diese Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss. Der Wohnraum wird von einem grossen, offenen Kamin be­herrscht, daneben ist ein Pizzabackofen, man kann darin auch ein ganzes Lamm braten oder Dolce backen. Ein ideales Quartier für Hobbyköche! Vor dem Kamin stehen bequeme Polstermöbel und ein Fernseher mit SAT-TV. Hinten, mit Blick auf den Garten gibt es eine schöne überdachte Terrasse, wo man im Freien essen kann. Vom Wohnzimmer geht man links zu den beiden Zweibettzimmern mit Bad. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Waschmaschine.

La Campanula Diese Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoss, zu dem eine Außentreppe führt. Man kommt zuerst in den großen, schönen Wohnraum, der in zwei Bereiche gegliedert ist. Einmal die Küchenzeile und der Essplatz und auf der anderen Seite eine Plauderecke vor dem offenen Kamin und Fernseher mit Sat-Empfang. Dann geht es weiter in den Schlafteil mit vier Schlafzimmern für jeweils zwei Personen und das Bad. Selbstverständlich ist auch hier eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Im Garten erwartet Sie ein großer, überdachter Sitzplatz mit Gartenmöbel.

La Lavanda Das neueste der Apartments, die Stefano fertiggestellt hat. Es verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Doppelzimmer und ein Einzelzimmer, in das, bei Bedarf, ein weiteres Einzelbett hineingestellt werden kann), Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine, Sat-TV, Wohnzimmer mit Kochnische, Grill und eine schöne überdachte Terrasse, auf der man im Schatten essen kann. Alles tadellos eingerichtet.
