“Sasso Canaldo” è un antica dimora situata ad 1,5 km da Lucignano. La Villa, la dependace (suddivisa in due appartamenti) e le villette che compongono “Sasso Canaldo” sono situate in un parco secolare di querce, cipressi ed olivi. Aiole di rose e lavanda offrono una calda atmosfera garantendo un’ottima privacy.
L’atmosfera che si respira in “Sasso Canaldo” offre il relax tipico di chi soggiorna nella campagne toscane. La vicinanza a centri d’arte e cultura come Lucignano, Arezzo, Siena Cortona, Pienza, Montepulciano e Montalcino offre la possibilità di innumerevoli escursioni. A pochi chilometri vi sono anche le terme di Rapolano Terme.
Per chi, invece, volesse rinfrescarsi durante i mesi più caldi a disposizione degli ospiti c’è la piscina (17x7m, con profondità da 1,2m a 2,10m) a mosaico, circondata da olivi e cipressi, situata in un balcone naturale che domina la vallata e la cupola di S. Maria della Querce di Giorgio Vasari.
Tutte le abitazioni sono minite di Tv satellitare.

LA VILLA (250 mq) 9 pax - Antica dimora in pietra su due piani. Al pian terreno sono presenti un salotto attraverso il quale si accede ad un grande salone con zona pranzo e ad un accogliente soggiorno con camino. Dal salone si può accedere al giardino all’italiana circondato da olivi e cipressi. Il giardino è attrezzato con tavolo e sedie per mangiare all’aperto. Sul lato della casa rivolto verso la piscina, vi è un portico con forno a legna. Ancora dalla sala si accede ad una cucina rustica (accessoriata con forno, fornelli, frigo, lavastoviglie). A piano terra vi è anche un ripostiglio, una camera singola e un bagno.
Al primo piano ci sono 3 camere matrimoniali (due delle camere hanno il bagno al loro interno), una camera doppia con terrazza panoramica ed un bagno con vasca. Una delle camere matrimoniali ha un accesso indipendente all’esterno attraverso una loggia.

 SASSO CANALDO - “Sasso Canaldo” is situated among the hills of Tuscany, only 1,5 km from the medieval town of Lucignano, between Siena and Arezzo.
The property grounds covered 11 hectares of oak woods, olive groves and vineyards, comprising the main house and two charming independent cottages, surrounded by rose and lavender beds. The long avenue and the circle of cypress trees, the replica of antique Italian garden complete with pergola and goldfish pond add a touch of class to the residence. “Sasso Canaldo” offers quiet and privacy; it is an ideal base for touring, walking, cycling.
It is within easy reach of motorways and roads leading to the historical towns surrounding it: Siena, Arezzo, Firenze, Roma, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Cortona to mention a few.
Tennis, horse riding, golf and thermal baths are in the vicinity. At the guests disposal there is a mosaic tiled swimming pool (17x7m) situated on a natural level which dominates the valley, its hill top towns and church of Santa Maria della Querce, work of Giorgio Vasari.
The property also offers an excellent solution for a large group if the villa is rented with the apartments.

The Villa (250 sqm) Sleeps 9 - This is a magnificent old stone farmhouse on two levels offering a warm and intimate atmosphere. On the ground floor there is a small living room getting into a large living/dining room with fireplace. This dining/living room opens into the Italian garden surrounded by olive groves. The garden is furnished with table and chairs for dining out. On one side of the house overlooking the swimming pool, there is a lovely covered portico and an old oven at the guests disposal. On the ground floor there are also a well equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, cooker and dishwasher) with a small storeroom, a single bedroom and a WC.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedded rooms (two of them have their own ensuite bathroom.), one twin bedroom with panoramic terrace and a third bathroom with tub.
One of the two double bedroom has its own private outside steps and covered loggia terrace. Satellite TV.

 SASSO CANALDO - “Sasso Canaldo” ist ein alter Landsitz, 1,5 km von Lucignano (Provinz Arezzo) entfernt. Die Villa, das Nebengebäude (unterteilt in zwei Wohnungen) und eine kleine Villa bilden zusammen die Anlage “Sasso Canaldo”. Sie befindet sich in einem jahrhundertealten Park mit Eichen, Zypressen und Olivenbäumen. Lavendel-  und Rosenbeete  schaffen eine südliche Atmosphäre. Die Luft, die man in „Sasso Canaldo“ atmet, schenkt die typische Entspannung eines Aufenthalts auf dem toskanischen Lande. Die Nähe vieler Kunst- und Kulturorte, wie Lucignano, Arezzo, Siena, Cortona, Pienza, Montepulciano und Montalcino, bietet die Möglichkeit verschiedener Ausflüge. Wenige km entfernt befindet sich auch die Therme von Rapolano Terme.
Während der Sommermonate steht den Gästen ein Pool mit Mosaiken (17x7m mit einer Tiefe von 1,2 m bis 2,1 m) zur Verfügung, umgeben von Olivenbäumen und Zypressen. Der Pool ist auf einem natürlichen Balkon gelegen, der über dem Tal und der Kuppel der Kirche S. Maria Delle Quercie von Giorgio Vasari liegt.
Alle Unterkünfte verfügen über Sat-TV.

LA VILLA (250 mq) - Altes Steinhaus mit zwei Stockwerken. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein großer Saal  mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Von Wohnzimmer aus kommt man zum italienischen Garten, umgeben von Olivenbäumen und Zypressen. Der Garten ist mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet, so dass man im Freien essen kann. An der Seite zum Pool hin liegt eine überdachte Terrasse mit Steinofen. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kommt man auch zur rustikalen Küche (ausgestattet mit Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine). Im Erdgeschoß sind auch ein Abstellraum, ein Einzelzimmer und ein Bad.
Im ersten Stock befinden sich 3 Doppelbettzimmer (zwei mit Badezimmern), ein Zweibettzimmer mit Aussichtsterrasse und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist von außen über die Loggia erreichbar.
