Questa grande casa per 8/9 persone con piscina era una vecchia fornace di mattoni. Nella vecchia cava di argilla si trova ora la piscina (6x12 mt; profondità da 1,2 a 1,8 mt; aperta dal primo sabato di Maggio al primo di Ottobre). Rapolano Terme dista solamente 5 km.
Poco distante dalla casa si trova la superstrada Siena-Bettolle che consente di raggiungere la città di Siena in 15 minuti mentre Firenze ed Arezzo in meno di 1 ora.
La villa sorge ai piedi di una collina e si sviluppa su due piani (il terreno su due livelli fa si che ciascun piano sia di fatto a piano terra…). Il giardino intorno alla villa è recintato, ma il vostro cane potrebbe comunque fuggire. All’interno del giardino è possibile posteggiare più di 2 auto. Vi è anche un garage chiuso su tre lati che può contenere non più di due auto. Si accede al giardino per mezzo di un cancello in ferro battuto sorretto da due colonne di mattoni. Dal giardino si accede ad un ampia cucina e da qui, per mezzo di due scalini, al ripostiglio dove vi sono lavatrice, lavastoviglie ed un WC separato.
Dalla cucina, oltrepassando un arco in mattoni e salendo un gradino, si accede a ciò che in passato era la zona dove venivano cotti i mattoni d’argilla. Oggi in questo grande spazio troviamo un tavolo con sedie e sulla sinistra una scala, composta da tre rampe, che conducono al reparto notte.
Salendo, alla fine delle scale, vi è un ampio soggiorno dove si trovano oltre a divani, poltrone ed un caminetto, anche due portoni d’ingresso che conducono all’ampio giardino dov’è ubicata la piscina.
Il reparto notte è costituito da 3 camere da letto con letto matrimoniale e tutte con il bagno con doccia in camera. La quarta camera dispone di 2 letti singoli. In una delle tre camere matrimoniali è possibile aggiungere un letto singolo.
Per raggiungere una delle camere matrimoniali si devono scendere 3 gradini mentre in una delle camere matrimoniali per accedere al bagno con doccia si devono scendere 2 gradini.
In tutte le camere vi è l’aria condizionata (utilizzabile pagando un extra settimanale).
Il ristorante più vicino alla villa dista solamente 350 mt; altri ristoranti, supermercati e panificio si trovano nel paese di Rapolano Terme.

TERRACOTTA This big house, suitable for 8/9 people, has a swimming pool and an old red brick kiln. The pool (6 x 12 m and from 1.2 to 1.8 m deep)  is in an old clay pit. Rapolano Terme is only 5 km away.

The "Siena-Bettolle" highway is not far. It allows you to get to Siena in 15 minutes and Firenze and Arezzo in less than an hour.

The villa is at the foot of a hill and has two floors (the ground,  which is  on two levels, makes each flat a ground floor flat). Although the garden around the villa is fenced your dog might run away. You can park more than two cars inside the garden. There is also a garage closed on three sides. This cannot host more than two cars. A small iron gate is the entrance to the garden with two re-brick pillars on both sides. You enter the large kitchen from the garden and from the kitchen, by means of two steps, to the storeroom where there is a washing machine, a dish washer and one more WC.

From the kitchen, walking under a red-brick arch and up a step, you get into the area that was once used to cook clay bricks. Nowadays, there is a large table with chairs  and, on the left, a staircase with three flights which leads to the night area.

There is a large living room at the end of the stairs with sofas, armchairs and a fireplace. There are also two entrance doors which open into the garden with the swimming pool.

The night area has three  en suite (with a shower) bedrooms with double beds. The forth bedroom has twin beds. An extra single bed can be added in one of the three double bedrooms.

You have to walk down three steps to get to one of the bedrooms and you have to go down two steps to get into the bathroom (with a shower) of one of the three bedrooms. By paying an extra weekly sum of money you can use the air conditioning in all the rooms.

The nearest restaurant is only 300 metres away. Other restaurants, a supermarkets and  a baker's can be found in the village of Rapolano Terme.

 TERRACOTTA Dieses grosse Haus für 8/9 Personen, mit Schwimmbad, war ein alter Hochofen aus Backsteinen. In der alten Tongrube befindet sich nun das Schwimmbad (6x12mt; Tiefe von 1,2 bis 1,8 mt; offen von erste Samstag von Mai bis erste Samstag vom Oktober). Es liegt nur 5 km von Rapolano Terme entfernt. Nicht weit vom Haus entfernt liegt die Schnellstrasse Siena-Bettolle, auf der man in 15 Min. Siena und in weniger als einer Stunde Florenz und Arezzo erreichen kann.
Das Haus liegt zu Füssen eines Hügels und hat zwei Stockwerke, die jedoch infolge der Struktur des Hauses beide im Erdgeschoss liegen. Der Garten rundum der Villa ist eingezäunt, doch könnte ihr Hund trotzdem ausbuchsen.
Im innern des Gartens können mehr als zwei Autos parkiert werden. Daneben befindet sich auch eine dreiseitige Garage mit zwei Plätzen.
Ein Schmiedeisentor, von zwei Backsteinsäulen gehalten, ist der Eingang zum Garten. Vom Garten aus kommt man in eine grosse Küche und von da aus über  zwei Treppentritte in die Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Geschirr-spühlmaschine und einem separaten WC.
Von der Küche aus, über einen Treppentritt und durch ein Backsteintor kommt man zu dem Teil, wo früher die Ton-Backsteine gebrannt wurden. Hier befinden sich ein Tisch mit Stühlen und zu ihrer linken eine Treppe mit drei Tritten, die in die Schlafzimmer führen. Am Ende der Treppe kommt man  in einen weiten Raum mit Sofas, Lehnstühlen und einem kleinen Kamin. Von hier aus führen zwei grosse Eingangstüren in den grossen Garten zum Schwimmbad.
Die „Nachtabteilung“ besteht aus drei Doppelschlafzimmern, alle mit integrierter Dusche. Das vierte Zimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. In einem der drei Doppelschlafzimmer kann man ein drittes Bett stellen. In allen Zimmern hat es Klimaanlage (extra zahlbar pro Woche).
In nur 350 mt Abstand befindet sich ein Restaurant. Einkaufszentren, Bäcker und andere Restaurants finden Sie in Rapolano Terme.
