Il giardino è completamente recintato e pertanto chi volesse venire in vacanza con il cane è ben accetto. Vi è la possibilità di posteggiare l'auto sulla stradina di fronte all'abitazione oppure all'interno del giardino.
La villetta si sviluppa su due piani. Il piano terra è rialzato di pochi scalini rispetto al giardino. Un grande porticato di fronte all'ingresso permette di mangiare all'aperto. In soggiorno è presente una grande Tv, poltrone, un camino funzionante ed un divano letto matrimoniale. Sulla destra vi è il bagno con doccia e una luminosissima cucina (con accesso al retro del giardino) munita di lavastoviglie, frigorifero con congelatore e forno.
Dal soggiorno, per mezzo di una scala in legno, si accede al reparto composto da un bagno con vasca e tre camere da letto: una matrimoniale, una con due letti singoli e la terza con un letto singolo.
"Villetta Medusa" è veramente un'abitazione dove trascorrere delle meravigliose vacanze. Purtroppo non è munita di riscaldamenti e questo limita la possibilità di affittare questa abitazione per il solo periodo che va da Maggio ad Ottobre.

Quietness and a large garden are the main features of this small villa located in Principina a Mare which is only 750 metres from the sea.
The garden is completely fenced, therefore, if you want to take your dog with you there will not be any problems. You can park your car along the narrow road in front of the house, or, if you want, inside the garden itself.
The small villa has got two floors. The ground floor is a little bit higher than the garden (just a few steps). There is a large porch in front of the entrance door where you can take your meals in the open. There is a large TV set in the living room with some armchairs, a working fireplace and a double sofa bed. There is a bathroom with a shower on the right and a well-lit kitchen (with a back door that opens into the garden) which has a dish washer, a fridge, a freezer, and an oven.
By going up a wooden staircase, in the living room, you get to the night area where there is a bathroom with a tub and three bedrooms: a double one, one with twin beds and another one with just a single bed.
"Villetta Medusa" is the right place for you if you want to spend a beautiful holiday by the sea. Unfortunately, it has no central heating and this is why we only let it out for the May/October period.

 Die ruhige Lage und ein großer Garten sind die Besonderheiten dieser kleinen Villa, die nur 750 m vom Meer entfernt in "Principina a Mare" liegt.
Der Garten ist ganz eingezäunt und daher ideal auch für Gäste mit Hunden. Das Auto kann man entweder auf der kleinen Strasse vor dem Haus oder im Garten parken.
Das Haus hat zwei Stockwerke: Das Erdgeschoß liegt ein paar Stufen über dem Garten. Eine große überdachte Terrasse vor dem Eingang lädt zum Essen im Freien ein. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich ein großer Fernseher, mehrere Sessel, ein funktionsfähiger Kamin und ein Schlafsofa. Rechts vom Wohnzimmer sind ein Bad mit Dusche und eine sehr helle Küche mit Spülmaschine Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Ofen. Von der Küche aus kommt man in den hinteren Garten. Vom Wohnzimmer aus über eine Holztreppe geht es in den Schlafbereich mit einem Bad mit Badewanne und drei Schlafzimmern: Ein Doppelzimmer, ein Zweibettzimmer und ein Einbettzimmer.
"Villetta Medusa" ist das ideale Domizil für einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus besitzt keine Heizung und wird daher nur vom Mai bis Oktober vermietet.
